They went above and beyond what I expected. I had the car at the dealership before taking it here and I should have went to trans plus from the start. after the dealership saying they couldnt figure it out after paying 7 hours of labor, trans plus figured it out. Instead of having to talk to a service manager who doesnt know the answer to questions I would ask, I was able to talk to the tech who was actually doing the work. they even have fords IDS so they can do any programming you need. 5 out of 5 stars, I highly recommend

I asked Trans plus to align my vehicle and they wrote on a work order possible frame damage but our recommendation is to consult with a body shop to determine how out of shape the frame is what needs to be done to allow for an alignment within specifications (strut mount shows signs of being out of position). So I went to the Ford Dealer and showed them what Pro Trans wrote. They ex aimed the vehicle and there is no frame damage. So I took my KIA Se dona back to Trans Plus and they refused to align it or refund me my $89.95. So Trans Plus lied to me.

Charlie is, in my opinion, the best mechanic for gas and diesel. He fixes it right and makes sure its 100 % correct before he allows vehicle to be returned.Thank you very much Charles
