Horrible customer service, went in today with a fleet enterprise work vehicle and was told they couldnt accept payment over the phone for four brand new tires even with me based out of Columbus Ohio for work. Gladly walked out of this establishment and took my business down the road to Big O Tires and they accepted the payment from my boss over the phone in under three minutes.

In short, bad customer service. Didn’t feel confident in work staff.Long version, there was no one at front counter. Stood there for several minutes caught one of the workers as they were walking thru. Asked if anyone worked front desk said no. No one wants to come into work. He said he would get me in next. He goes to get my vehicle and when he pulls it in the bay another guy says no that is not next. Then pulls my vehicle out and helps customer that arrived after me because first employee didn’t put it in system. Explained guy who says he is the counter person he says too bad without ticket can’t do anything. Told him my concerns and he didn’t care.

This was a good decision that I stopped in there for the first time today to fix my tire when I came in I didn’t know what to expect or what kind of service I would get I just knew my tire was losing air when I came in Jackie was at the desk she was so friendly immediately with a smile took care of me told me what to expect then chad the tech came out and explained it was a sensor only and showed me what to do next time I will be back if I ever need service again and I would recommend just from my first experience

A lot of times people see a young woman coming into a tire store as a chance to take advantage, but he really helped! Best service you can find when it comes to your tires! The manager even takes it upon herself to help you. Even busy/close to closing time. They never leave you disappointed!. Great service and great prices. I shopped 2 other places around the corner and tire barns labor prices were much lower. Good to see tire barn does NOT have the get as much $ as you can attitude. Highly suggest and I am a car guy.

I called Tues just to get a quote on new tires, I liked what I heard with the price....they got me in Wed, called me with a price for another issue I had going on with my rear shocks(I asked them to check it out, they did not go looking for something else to fix) I really liked that price as well, so I gave them the go ahead! I went in to see if my flat tire could be repaired. It could not. Then they told me, they could not sell me just one tire for my jeep because changes in tires would rip out my drive train. Hmmmm I have a donut for a spare. Went some were else and was taken care of.

I bought my tires there. One of them went flat. They fixed it and put it back on for free. Everyone is friendly, from Jackie at the same front desk to the guys in the back. Service after the purchase is important in choosing a tire store, and these folks are excellent. I highly recommend them.

Ray is the bomb. So nice and accommodating. He made sure I got the best deal available. I will return for the next three tires.

Tire Barn in New Castle is great! I was told by a dealership that my tire could not be repaired. I spoke with Jacque and she told me to come in and they would try. Low and behold the tire was repaired! Since then thats the only place Ill go for tires! Ive bought several sets since then and recommend them to all my friends and family.

I had a tire rotation. The people there are friendly and courteous. I think I waited 30 minutes. The waiting area was clean and had a TV. My experience with tire barn was very good.

I had a tire going flat. Got to the New Castle Tire Barn just as it opened. Im assuming that Jackie the person that waited on me is the manager. Shes the reason I go to Tire Barn. She is professional trustworthy and always explains to me whats going on. My tire going flat was a big thing to me they had it fixed in no time explained it was in good shape just had a small screw in it and they fixed it. I left happy with a smile on my face. She made my day just by being kind and taking care of things for me.

When they are made to find a minimum of two other issues with your vehicle, thats just bad business ethics. I took my car to a trusted mechanic and... Surprise! Nothing was wrong. Dont trust them!

I made the switch a year ago from poor customer service and the way the manager treated his employees at another place in town to Tire Barn and wish I would have done it sooner. Every employee I have encountered at Tire Barn has been helpful and polite. Customer service goes a long way!

Ive been a loyal customer ever since I could drive. This place to used to take great care of its customers. Specifically its loyal customers. I previously rated them at 5 stars but had to change it.The last several times that Ive been there I havent received friendly service. I feel like Im just another number. They used to do things for you like offer to rotate tires etc. Now the nickel and dime you death. It seems like their solution to everything is to buy new tires and if you dont do that or cant afford to, they dont offer any other suggestions.Taking care of their customers used to be their focus, but recently it feels like they just want your money and as much as they can get.

I has to stop at this Tire Barn for an emergency replacement of one of my cars tires. We were traveling from Indianapolis to the east coast and on a rest stop another driver alerted me to the fact that a bubble had appeared on the outside wall of my tire. We found this tire barn, after some initial searching and they replaced that damaged tire quickly within an hour. We were able to complete our trip without any further incident.

In New Castle visiting our son when e had a low tire warning. They found and repaired a hole without even charging us because of the slightly long wait time. A great place to do business. They will be my tire shop when I move here next year.

We suffered a flat in the middle of the night driving cross country with a spare in the trunk which we discovered was also defective. AAA was able to get us to the tire Barn where we stayed until they opened. We learned this car has unusual tires and the tire we had could not be repaired. The amazing staff here found a lone tire 45 minutes away, had it sent over to this shop, mounted it and we were on our way. 7 hours later we are still on the road and the tire is surviving the pot holes. I can’t say enough about the superb customer service we experienced. Thank you for taking care of us!

EXCELLENT Customer Service with competitive products and services. I have always felt as though the personnel cared more about the customers satisfaction than them just making a sale...and to me that is what keeps me going back.

Had an appointment first thing in the morning and was in and out in no time.Updating to one star review. I would not recommend the tire barn in New castle. The last three times I have been in there I have allegedly needed $900 -$1000 dollars of extra work done before they would even touch the tires. The last time I was in there I needed $1000 worth of tie rods before they would do an alignment and my teenage daughters took it in for a low tire reading. I took the car to two other garages to have the tie rods replaced and bot places told me the tie rods were in good condition.

Done a fantastic job. The guys up front were very knowledgeable and very professional. I will be a return customer.

Recently went here for a new tire. They over charged, and didnt bother to check the condition of the rim or the tire pressure, and I ended up having a flat on the new tire the very next day thanks to their neglegence.

I was just down there to have my daughters car looked at, I was given a long list of things wrong with her car. I took it to have a second opinion. NOTHING you told me on the list is wrong with it. She has a bent rim that’s causing the shake in her car and that’s it! I will never be back to this place again!
