Austin was awesome! We were on the phone with AAA when he stopped to ask us if we needed help. It was gonna be another before AAA could get a truck out to tow us back home. He didn’t even hesitate loaded our car up and got back to my house in no time. Thank you very much, you guys are awesome and I know who I’m calling next time I need a tow!

I had an accident on my way to work. I called this place and they came out in only a few minutes. They went ABOVE AND BEYOND for me. Crashing your car is very stressful but they made the process very easy. They picked it up for me and fixed it in only a few hours. Not only did they do an amazing job repairing my car BUT they also dropped it off for me at my work. Austin went above and beyond. The service is incredibly nice, they don’t over charge you, and they take care of you. Seriously this place is amazing! I can’t thank them enough!

Austin took very good care of me and my little one. We had a flat occure on 70 heading home to Indianapolis. He found a tire for cheap in great condition and had us back up and rolling within an hour. We made it home safely thanks to him and his great customer service.

Austin spent almost two hours on my tire change today. The spare would not drop as the cable attaching it to the car was locked up, but he was determined. Rather than giving up and towing it, he kept at it and got it off. He got there very quickly and took excellent care of me! This company will definitely get my future business!

Austin and Steve were absolutely amazing! They came and saved me when I was stranded on the side of the road. They went above and beyond to make sure that me and my dog were taken care of and safe. Yesterday my wife, mother in law and daughter were stranded because of a blown tire, and needed help. Austin from affordable towing met up with them, and rather than tow the vehicle to a garage that was closed for the day, he helped them by changing out the bad tire for the spare, allowing them to get home.What no one knew was that our son had flown in to visit. He enlisted in the Marines and has been in training since December. None of us have seen him since the day he left.Because Austin helped my family, and went an extra step to get them down the road, my wife was able to see her son. Thank you.

Ordered a tow, the guy said it would be 30 mins. An hour and a half later he still hadnt shown, so we called back and cancelled. Wont ever use them again, unreliable

I couldnt get my car out of gear so i called affordable towing. Austin got there 20 minutes sooner than he said. i explained the problem to him and he knew a possible solution. he popped the hood, connected some linkage, all of a sudden i was back in business. saved tons of money. Had a break down on I-70 on a saturday, cracked radiator. This guy spent all Sunday making sure I could get out of their by the end of the day. Awesome job and would totally recommend.

My driver was an awesome guy! Did a great job on loading my truck and motorcycle in the bed and got me home 100 miles away! He even help me unload my motorcycle off my truck! I recommend these guys if you need a dependable tow!!!!

Its taken me a while to post this review, but I just want to say that Brian is a lifesaver! He not only provided towing services in a very timely manner, but also offered to repair our camper so we could continue on our way. He was totally committed to getting us back on the road without delay, and his prices were very reasonable. He definitely went above and beyond, and we are so grateful.
