Ive had a special boxers that I call 3P, (Pecan, Pieces {Reeces} and Pineapple), since I was in highschool. The DQ quit the pieces. Recently they started a peanut butter blast blizzard, which includes pieces. This particular DQ let me make the 3P blizzard again... I thank them for the great memories! 🤗

If I could give this location no stars, I would. I ordered a custom birthday ice cream cake on Saturday (5/22) and scheduled pick-up for Tuesday (5/25) after 4pm. I received an order confirmation which stated if there were any questions or concerns, the store would contact me. Went in today (Tuesday) to pick-up my order for the employee to tell me they don’t have it. I was then handed every excuse in the book and told I could pick it up tomorrow. After becoming extremely frustrated, the employee offered a free cake with writing that looks like a 5 year old wrote. I mean, I am very appreciative of the gesture that I had to push and get angry to get, but I will never do business with this location ever again.

Attempted to go through the drive through at 9:15pm. Online and all signs say open til 9:30pm. When saying hello at the drive through the male inside responded with we are closed and when I said that the sign says 9:30 he responded with well I have other things to do. We are closed, bye. If you want to be done working before a business closed than dont work there. Everyone who goes out of their way to drive to this location is rudely turned away just because an employee decides they want to be done for the day. Sorry but thats not what you get paid to do. When I was in high school and worked in food service we would seat guests until the close time and still serve them if in before close then wait for them to be done before we clean up. Terrible customer service dont waste you gas driving there.

Their drive through is always disgusting with their fences being down for months to trash being there for days I like their food and they are somewhat fast but that’s just lazy I mean it’s a wooden fence

Talk about an atrocity of a parking lot/ side walk. DQ trash all over the place with ice cream caked on all the side walks with absolutely no place to sit outside.

It takes them more then three days to make a ICE CREAM CAKE . Im 100% done with dairy queen if its not one thing Its another with this place good riddance

Its DQ people, lets not get overly excited. Generally the service is borderline average — its hard to get younger workers to show enthusiasm and good customer service when youre getting paid minimum wage. Still, its nice to have a DQ in the area to take the kids to when Grandpas Ice Cream isnt open. (Yes, this is the backup for Grandpa’s in Fridley)

I placed my order, drove up, marked that I had arrived, and my fresh-made blizzards were brought out to me.One downside: during some drive-thru visits, some employees are not properly following masking guidelines for COVID-19.

Always good service and products. We live the coupons on the Cub receipts for cakes and blizzards. Checking for the names of the day for free dilly bar is fun as well.

I have frequented many Dairy Queen the during the Covid 19 quarantine and I have to say this Dairy Queen is the cleanest, fastest, in best hands down!

We go here all the time. It is close to home. They do pretty well with your deserts. They are not a full restaurant, but have hot dogs and those type of items. Ice cream cake etc. They also give your dog a nice treat too. :)

Usually depends on the experience of the staff member making your food. The one thing that is not good. When you order a box of Dilly or Buster bars, sometimes they come in the paper wrap instead of individually sealed plastic bags. When you take the boxs with the paper wrap home a put them in the freezer lose the flavor and tastes stale in as little as 1 day.

I LOVE this place, its the only DQ (that I know of) to offer weekday specials!! I LOVE any size Julius for 2.99 every Wednesday!!! They have amazing deals!Seating was limited pre Covid becase the shop is so small but during this pandemic they are only allowing take out orders for ice cream and other treats.Its walking distance to a few parks and a few stores in the area. Its definitely my go to! Prices are always reasonable. The staff is always nice and take kind conversations very very nicely. I think most of the workers are people who live in the area so that makes it even more special.

Needs an update. Its way too small. Line gets super long and they have a hard time handling it. Seems like there are never adults working. But the teenagers are friendly so thats a plus. New Brighton should tear down this strip and replace it, rebuild the dq.

Ordered two treatzza pizzas yesterday for a birthday and the lady said it would be a 10-15 min wait. We told her we will come back tomorrow afternoon to pick them up because we needed to be somewhere and we didnt need them yesterday. Went in this afternoon and they not only didnt have them made the girl behind the counter brought them up and without looking at us said sorry for the wait and walked away. I asked the other girl closets to me if there was a manger there because I wanted to know why these werent made yesterday when we ordered them AND paid for them. She replied there isnt a manager here and walked away. I fully intend to speak to a manager when they have one on duty. I also took a picture of the big sign in front of the main entrance that said if we dont treat you right well make it right. There was no excuse for the behavior of the staff today and Im incredibly annoyed we had to wait for the pizzas to be made when we bought them 24 hours prior. Really bad for my first experience at this DQ. If I could give them zero stars I would.

This is my go-to local DQ. The employees are always very friendly and the service is pretty fast 90% of the time. I frequent this place about once a week and order a Mud Pie blizzard, the blizzard varied alot at first but I think Ive ordered enough of them that theyve figured it out pretty well now.

Disappointed in my order. I ordered a dish of ice cream with the crunch and sprinkles (usually the crunch provides an even ratio to ice cream). I received a cup of ice cream with a few crunch on it.

Terrible Service. Had to wait 5-10 minutes at drive through for glass of ice water and pre-made ice cream bar. (I was the only one there...) They also charged me $2 for a small cup of ice water, without much ice. Super lame..................

Im sure the ice cream is great but its a bad place to go for lunch. The only cooking they do is in the microwave so you might as well go to the gas station.
