This is a nice place, the staff weren’t super friendly, they seemed a bit annoyed I was there at 7am but it didn’t ruin my day. It was also unclear as to where to go right away. Went for my first oil change for my new vehicle, and they checked everything which is great! The waiting area was nice. Had coffee and some small complimentary snacks. 10 seats. At 7am on a Wednesday, there was only 3 people including myself in the waiting room for service. Two desks, staff there always there. Only 45 mins for my oil change.
I have used New Brighton Ford since 2016. There have been many times going to them and not being happy with my service, but not bad enough to leave a review. This was my last straw, they have had my car for 3 full days and keep making promises for it to be done for it to yet not be done and no updates. Also don’t buy extended warranty because they won’t cover it anyway according those in the service department. I will be trading to a different dealer and different brand. I will never recommend New Brighton Ford or buy from New Brighton Ford ever again.
I try to take a new car to the dealership for service the first time. I used their online appointment system and a ford coupon for oil change and tire rotation. When I got there they said they couldnt see my appointment, I showed the confirmation, no luck, but he promised to fit me in anyway. There about two hours. The coupon was for $50 plus tax and disposal fee but NB Ford managed to jam $20 worth of different fees and tax on there. Im no math genius but thats about 40%
They were able to get me in right away get the key to my truck reprogrammed. Will definitely be coming back for other services.
Today is the last time I ever go to a quick lane at any ford dealer! Every time I’ve tried to get an oil change it’s a minimum 2 hour wait! I got to New Brighton quick lane at 9:00am wait ten minutes for a service advisor only to tell me they are booked for the day!! How can a place be booked for the day, that doesn’t take appointments?! Again I’ll never go to a quick lane again. I’d give negative stars if I could!!
Estimated wait time for an oil change about an hour. Took over 4 hours to get my car back. Prices extremely high for the level of service given. I urge you to take your car elsewhere if you can.

Just sitting here getting my oil change done on my awesome Ford ;). And I Witness the Ford dealership make a decision on doing the right thing or the wrong thing. And they stood behind the customer helped her out, and did not try to take advantage of somebody who does not know anything on vehicles. I was happy to witness that there are still good businesses and people with integrity! To quote allstate, Your in good hands when you come to New Brighton Ford.

53.49 for an oil change. Get the bill its a 107.00. Counter person talks to manager they do me a favor knock it down to 77 and change. Thanks guys. Dont understand how they could not tell me the price when they have serviced the same vehicle before.
I was at the ford dealership for the service department, not the quick lane but since the service department just closed, I went into the quicklane for assistance. The quick lane was super busy with a composed and cheerful (although tired looking) man claiming to be the manager behind the desk. We asked if he could help us and told him of the terrible service we recieved at the service department and he went out of his way to help us. He was so kind and patient. I told him that after all of my terrible service with Ford he had made it so much better. He even opened my hood for us and showed me what the other department was referencing and why it was a problem. So greaful for your help!
The Quicklane doesnt seem to be quick or a lane. It seems they task out their mechanics to deal with oil changes and so the labor pool is split between service work and quick stuff like oil changes. I arrived and was told it would take 90 minutes to get me in. Ok, whatever, Ill wait, so I go next door to eat some McDonalds and wait it out. 30 minutes later I come back and my car is on the hoist and almost done. Weird. The next customer comes in and they tell her itll be 90 minutes. I think they purposely sandbag people if they dont feel like dealing with oil changes if they have other service work to do. The place just feels shady.
