I had to take my daughter there to get covid testing & the employee that helped me was very nice, helpful & considerate. I really appreciate her talking my daughter through each step of the test & it being quick with no long wait.

Good basic quality on basic products and they have the higher end products as well. When you do your shopping online to pick up, you can select those things that best fit your needs and your budget! You can take an hour or two to figure out everything you want. You can reassess before you check out and you can stay within budget without buying impulse items. They will make substitutions if something you ordered is not in stock and as an example instead of getting three decadent cookies I ended up 10 good cookies. You can accept or refuse substitutions when you pick up your order. The Walmart brand peanut butter ice cream is as good as any higher priced ice cream on the market for $1.97 for 3 quarts! I started shopping this way because of surgery where I couldnt get out and walk around the store anymore. This is the way Ill buy my groceries as long as it is a free service and high quality on everything continues!

The store gets 3 stars but the pharmacy only gets 1. Thats only because of the nice pharmacist the other pharmacy staff were unprofessional confused and need to find another profession!

Going into the big store can be a pain if you just want to get groceries so I started going to this one when they opened. I used to enjoy this neighborhood Walmart but they are often out of numerous products, ranging from hygiene items to various dry goods. Produce is very disappointing these days. This is the biggest downer for me. Many things are already spoiling or very picked over. Used to be better. Perhaps it will be again. We will see.

There are no cash registers other than self check out, customer service and the person who helps do self check out....I understand it cuts back on unneeded cashiers but JESUS why take all the cashiers away 🙄 also for there to be no cashiers to work multiple check outs the shelves sure are empty. SO many spots on shelves where there is no merchandise. Will not be going back 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️ also carts EVERYWHERE outside and so many in cart collectors

Ill give them a 5 star this time because they finally got my favorite Pilgrims Blazing wings back in stock. Please keep them stocked. They are the best 😋

I like the self checkout for me, it seems to go faster than the traditional lane. My mom likes the option of a lane because this “new fangled technology” is not easy for her to grasp. The employees were all kind and the store was clean. I will definitely do back.

The store is consistently out of stock of items that can easily be found in other stores, seems more of a problem of ordering within this store than part of the pandemic. Its horrible trying to shop when stockers bring pallets of merchandise out on the floor and place them at the end of the aisles, most especially in front of the dairy coolers during peak shopping times. The staff are all friendly and helpful. I like the expansion of self checkout as I rather bag my own groceries.

Its not the worst place to shop. I frequently shop here, its just not a place I get excited to got shopping. The customer service is kinda just... its hard to describe. Most times I dont interact with a single associate. Prices are good. 🤷‍♂️

Tried going here for the first time rather than fighting the crowd at the Super Walmart. Ended up coming back a 2nd time only days later. Employees are busy but courteous. Layout is new to me, but Ill figure it out. Fairly easy to get in and out of. Plenty of parking and not an impossible location to get in and out of.

Only self checkout. What a pain! Especially if youre senior citizen!

They do a great job with the car delivery. I have been using it off and on since they started offering it. The employees are almost always friendly and helpful. If they are out of an item they offer you a substitute at the same price. The app knows when you pull up and you park in the marked spots and input the number of the spot in the app. They come out quickly, normally in less than a minute.

Love this WalMart. The fact we have a big WalMart with everything and the little WalMart which makes getting in and out faster, way easier. Love it

Not being a huge store is a huge plus here. Items are easily located. Employees are helpful. Self or cashier checkouts are seldom congested. Its a pretty efficient place at an excellent location.

I dont hate the place as much as I do their new policy about no cash at the self checkout registers. If they would open more than one or two registers that are for their cash paying customers then it wouldnt be so bad. Having to stand in a line for up to 30 minutes is just no way to treat your paying customers. How about spending some of your cash on more cashiers PLEASE!!! Another idea check out the way other stores work the check out lines. Ie: Bi-Lo. They have it figured out!

Went grocery shopping tonight, had trouble with my debit card during checkout. A very friendly lady named Trish rushed right over and within a few seconds had alleviated the issue and I was able to pay for my stuff. There was another associate as well that was just as helpful when the screen locked up, she dropped what she was doing, reached over, and magically made everything ok again, I was unable to get her name, I apologize. Really appreciated both of them, they were very professional and quick to help. I would give it 5 stars, but I DID have to bag my own groceries.....lol. SHOUT OUT to my new friend Shaakira, she was super nice and has a great personality for customer service. My milk was leaking, she went and got me a whoie new one as I finished scanning my groceries. I really enjoyed how genuine and legit awesome she is, if a manager sees this, she absolutely deserves a raise. Give it.

Had most of what I needed but did not realize it was totally self checkout until we had our basket full. I am against self checkout and will not be returning since this is our only option.

Recommend the Walmart on Neuse Blvd. Pick up is extremely slow, I waited over .40 min. The poor staff seems over worked. No one would answer the phones in any location within the store or the pick up number listed outside in the pick up area. The phone associated with pick up had a voice mail box that was full. At least Neuse Blvd., answered my call when I was trying to reach this location .. I called them for potential help reaching the store. I was in town for a family emergency and needed to stay out of the store and I was in a hurry...

I dont work there I shouldnt have to ring my own stuff up and bag my own groceries

They start with pre-phone card, pre-phone wheels (aguess they sold other card that cant work on the computer in comutoes service) and start selling prepay phones. Today I buy book of stamps and I ride a bike. I great so I dont have ride other hours in a half to post office to buy one. Ty walmart. You will be my future shopping!

More self checkout kiosk make it very very quick to get in and out

Always so professional. I love just being able to pick up my order and never leave my car. My orders are always correct.

Management seems to have it together. Always seems stocked and honestly dont personally remember any time employees were disrespectful. They have a couple that really make the extra effort if you ask them something. Also, the gas out front usually priced under competition. It keeps competitors heads down.

This is the 2nd time I got gas from there. I forgot how When I get 20$ in gas, Wal-Mart decides to put 100$ on hold as well. It’s a free temporary loan to them that lasts weeks. This is the 2nd time I’ll struggle for a few weeks because of using Wal-Mart. Never again.

We got rotten pork ribs took receipt to store, they said we had to take more meat they would not refund money.Gor Got a pack of pork steak it is rotten also. They took receipt didnt give me new one so now they say we have to take something else from there, I will never buy meat from this store again.

It was nice at first and now just ghetto and nasty. No parking, pallets are always in the way in the store, you have to wait your turn in order to go around pallets and that’s everyday. Lines are always long, too many self checkouts and every time I get in my car my shoes smell like weed, where people are smoking in parking lot. Better experience at Foodlion around the corner

You gotta try the Walmart app here. Ordering online is the way to go. Pull up and they put the groceries into your car. If youre a busy person this is a huge help. Shop at home, adding to your list at your own leisure then pick a pick up time convenient for yourself. Plan ahead a little so you get a good time. Dont forget to check departments so the delicious deli cheese makes the list. Take this news and pass it on. Just dont take Thursday at 3:00. LOL.

Great set up/layout of products. Easy to navigate and good service as well. Great for quick shopping trips without all of the Mommy, can I have that toy? and the Man, I wish we could afford to buy these adorable pajamas for everyone! kinds of situations. Its just a whip in, grab and go type of place, but laid back.

The pharmacy department works so hard to get me all my medication when needed. Pharmacist is very nice and so is the staff.

No real cashiers. All self checkout. So we have to pay to do their job with no added benefits for the customer. Shelves are usually not stocked well.

I prefer going to the Neighborhood Walmart if I can instead of the larger Walmart here in town. The atmosphere is a lot less hectic and overwhelming.They have a full service pharmacy with a drive through window where I fill my prescriptions.This location has a full scale grocery section, a good selection of fresh produce, and also has basic housewares, a small hardware section, as well as toiletries.They also have a gas station as well which tends to have lower prices than other local gas stations.

This is a good Food supermarket because its just at mainly the grocery side of Walmart, it allows you to quickly get in and out for grocery shopping. Good selection, fast cashiers and checkout system. I think its good. Recommend.
