Forget the other moving/truck rental company. Easy online registration and excellent on site customer service. After being screwed over on my registration by the other truck rental company, Penske came through and knocked it out of the park. Might be a tad more expensive than other companies but totally worth it.Truck was almost brand new and very clean. Had great features (even more than my daily driver). Super impressed.Theyve earned all my future moving truck business for sure.

Not much of a selection just like the rest of the rental places. Penske did shine out Uhaul after they canceled the truck rental, the day came and there was no notification that there was no truck! While Uhaul is now blacklisted, Penske is definitely our first choice when we need a big truck! Need more of those big 26 foot trucks though. Those are the perfect size. We had to go with a 16 and it didnt finish the job. Still, thank you Penske for being there when someone else left us with nothing. Guess they didnt want our money. That new model with the backup camera, was AWESOME.
