Great place!! I have 4 Ford vehicles and I bring them all here. They are friendly and honest. I always make appointments and receive reminders when the appointments are approaching. If they happen to see a possible issue, while working on something else, theyll call you right away and let you know. Theyll also give you a quote if you choose to hold off on that issue. The prices are more than fair for the quality of work I receive. I have yet had to return any of my vehicles back for the same issues. Im a loyal customer of any service and really tried to give the Ford Dealership multiple chances. After being let down, I checked around and found TriAction. Best decision so far. No regrets..

I used Tri-Action when my wife and I lived in the area in the 80s and 90s. We moved away in 2003 and are now back in the area. I needed some maintenance/repair work done on my 2017 RAM and thought Is take it back. Same great staff, same great service. Called me before starting anything to give me an estimate. I was visiting family out of state when we started to have issues with our explorer. They were able to get us in before the holiday weekend and fix the issue same day. They provided a quick repair and able to get us back on schedule so we did not have to spend extra days with the state waiting for repairs. Friendly staff and cautious. Dropped my daughters vehicle off Sunday night for air condition inoperable. They evaluated and estimated the cost to repair the AC, in addition suggested additional minor but important repairs. I also added the task of replacing difficult To reach spark plugs.All repairs were completed that Monday. The cost was less than estimated and communication regarding repair progress was professional and timely.

I called Tri-Action Auto Repair and asked them about performing a pre-purchase inspection for a vehicle that we were interested in buying. We live out of state and Tim was very professional and helpful, letting me know that they would inspect the vehicle thoroughly and promptly provide an inspection report as well as pictures of the vehicle for me to consider. Scheduling the service was very easy and I was sent the report via email the same day the service was performed. The report included urgent needs as well as non-urgent needs and an approximate cost to fix. Tim called me to go over the findings and answer all my questions. We felt confident purchasing the vehicle sight-unseen after having Tim and his crew look it over - not because we expected the vehicle to be in perfect condition, but because we felt we now knew the vehicles condition even better than if we had flown out to Michigan and test-drove it ourselves. If I lived near to this repair shop, it would definitely be my go-to!

I have been going to TriAction for many years, as well as my husband. Tim and Pete are wonderful, professionals and very trustworthy. Compared to the dealership, which is typically loaded with constant upwelling, you dont get that here!

The customer service was great. They kept me informed on the progress of my car and gave me quotes for future repairs. This definitely beats paying almost double at the dealership for the same work.

So, about a week ago, my wife had a major problem with her 2014 C-max: It started leaking oil really badly.We were down to one car due to other issues needing to be handled at the time, so there were better times that this issue could have occurred.Anyhow, We tried contacting the local Ford dealerships to see if there was any help they could offer, like, say getting the car looked at in a timely manner, and both of the ones I called that were nearby said that they were booked out a week. My wifes car was leaking oil NOW. My wife searched for nearby auto repair shops, and this place came up as an option.She called them in hysterics about her car, and they said that they could look at her car at 2pm the same day. Not only that, they had a deal through enterprise and had a rental car on-site for her to use to get back to work the same day.As it turns out, the last place that installed her oil filter did so incorrectly. The car was down 3 Quarts, and it only carries 4.5 Quarts of oil in total. So if we didnt call when we did, we wouldve been screwed if the car ran out of oil. They got us fixed up and back out with our car on the same day. Thank you all so much.

They picked up my vehicle fixed it at a reasonable price and he had a problem with it not starting and they went over and Beyond to look into that and fix that also and then take me up to pick up my car very good and honest people when go there again and that was my first time using them and I got them out of the phone book

Very friendly, honest and great service. I took my truck to them not knowing much about them other than it was across from my work. I had a problem with it chugging and cutting out in the rain and no one seemed to be able to find the problem with it. These guys sprayed it down and took the time to really try to find this problem for me. Has more power now and so far has been running great. I hope I don’t have any more mechanical problems but if I do I’ll definitely bring it back to this place and I’ll refer all my friends here.

Honest. Clean and fun experience

We have a Braun wheelchair ramped van. Because of the floor being 11 lower than most minivans we have to go to a shop that has the ability to work on our van. I called ahead to make sure they would be able to do maintenance such as oil changes and tire rotations as well as less often needed work such as brake replacement and fuel system problem. They assured me they had worked on similar vehicles.We were able to get an appointment quickly and easily. They did the work we asked of them, and also checked out a few areas we had concerns with. They called us with estimates on work, we gave them the go ahead, and they had our van ready for us same day. They also came in slightly under the estimated price (nice little bonus for us).Overall we were very happy with customer service and work done. I will definitely be recommending them to others, and we plan to take our other vehicles there for service.

Called this place today to ask them how much they charge to have my steering shaft replaced. They said they can’t give me an answer until they inspect my car. I told him I know it’s the problem and I understand that you guys need to inspect it again before you do the work but how much is this specific part and labor on it. The guy hung up on me... not the way you do business. Called him back and asked why he hung up. He said I already told you I don’t give prices over the phone. go to S&k muffler or motor city auto. They are straight up and honest and don’t seem sketchy like this place.

Are car started to make noise on Monday morning and we called Tri-Action Auto Repair they told us to bring it up there and we did. Once there the Service Rep was very polite and they even drove us home. They called a few hours later with the diagnostics and what had to be done and the price for all or just what we needed at the moment. Had them do just the things we could afford. The car was done by mid day Tuesday and they came and picked us up. The service rep gave us a detailed print out of what was done, needed to be done, and even gave us pictures of the problem spots. They even emailed me a copy this is the first auto shop I have seen that has been so tech savoy and informative no forced sales.They even gave us the old parts back so we could see how bad they were. All in all this is the place to go many mechanics and big shop. Quick, efficient, affordable. Need work done this is the place to go.

I took my 2007 Ford Freestyle in a couple weeks ago for what seemed to be an engine problem. My car had over 181,000 miles and I have not had any problems (aside from normal wear & tear). The car seemed to struggle when attempting to drive and seemed like it could stall at anytime. I had it towed there just before they closed. The next day I received a call letting me know the car seemed to be running fine and they could not duplicate the problem I was having. They did let me know the car was in need of a tune up. The car had never had a tune up so I had them do it. I picked up the car that evening and she was running great for about a day and it started doing the same thing while I was on my way to work. After about 20 minutes it was running fine again. On the way home from work it was still running good but the engine light came on. I was actually happy about that because now I knew they could pull the service code from the computer. I took it back the next day, they found the problem (a bad EGR valve gasket). They only charged me for the part, no labor cost. My car has been running great for 2 weeks now. I am a satisfied customer!

I had a car accident and was using a car from my friend and the battery died in it. I had to jump the car and keep the car running and I had been to two different Walmarts .Nobody had the battery .I stopped here and Tim helped me out and he got a battery delivered and got me in and out, back on the road in an hour .Very great customer service I will recommend to anyone!

Great service but my son works on cars and he thinks that because I was a woman by myself they took advantage of me. He said it should of only cost me $200 not $454 that they charged me way too much. He went on oriellys site and ceramic brakes were $40 and I was charged $119. Rotars were $60 and I was charged $90. On stop of everything the labor cost was $110. If I would have my son do the work I could have saved $200. Overall everyone was very nice.

Tim & Pete are very nice and fair, price wise for repairs. I had an issue with my car last week and Tim spent all morning checking to see if there were any recalls out there for my particular issue which was very appreciated. Thanks to the team at Tri Action I was on the road again on less than 24 hours.

Had to my struts and shocks replaced on the rear of my car they were fast and efficient with locating the issue and contacted me with any changes to let me know the process of the repaIrs. When I went in to pick the car up they were nice and showed knowledge to show and explain what happened to a person that knows nothing about cars n nice to have a auto shop that truly cares about its customers!

First an employee Tim, gave us a quote, waited until after hours to tow it in. We told them to call before they even looked at it and called back this morning after doing a diagnosis and $65 in work before calling us and giving us a much higher estimate. He continued to say how professional he is and only change his tune once we informed him that doing any work without calling us and without certain personal information is illegal and that hes broken multiple laws. Then tried offering us a free tow to just forget it knowing that he is in the wrong. He is a hustler and I wouldnt recommend this shop to anyone that prefers honest business ethics.

Verry shady people.. charge me 109 for diagnostic that an good mechanic will know in 5 min.. took the tires of and told me i cant drive it out the shop till its fixed. And told me to to get tow truck..on top of that the repairs where estimated double the price other shops would charge..told them to pit the car together and drove . Not recommending to anyone

Very unprofessional and overprised. 260 just to get my hood open on my jeep. And after i drove off with it. It started stalling out. I also called them and informed them of the issue and never returned my call. Please dont let these guys take your money.

Took my truck to them to get a driver side caliper replaced and when I got the truck back the ABS system was messed up. He readily admitted that it could have happened with them but he said since the truck is so old that its not our fault so now I have to drive a truck with a faulty ABS system because they wouldnt accept responsibility. I wont be going back there

Got there coupon for an oil change and figured we would check them out. Made an app for 9:15. Got there at 9, still didnt get out of there till after 10. But, didnt know, they do a full inspection of your ride. Gave me a full work up of goods and bads on the tank. Very thorough. Just wished I would have been told about the inspection, wife and kid tagged along, whiners both of them.LOL. Very happy over all except the wait time. But I didnt have to contort my limbs to get that oil filter off, so all is good! And a good price to boot.

I felt very comfortable with them working on my car. I thought I needed more work done than I actually needed. I am tired of auto shops that lie and try to upsell all of the time, so this experience was extremely refreshing, to say the least.

I went to Tri-Action to inquire about a wheel alignment for a Mercedes Benz and he had to research it and get back to me. Not only did he research it and get back to me the same day, he offered up another business to help since he didnt have the equipment necessary to do a Mercedes wheel alignment. This place is a stand up business.!!!

My drive belt broke on my way to work. Tri Action was able to take me right in, install the new belt, and get me on my way. I will definately use them again.

They put new front and rear rotors and brakes on my car. I didnt know what needed to be done, but took the car in because it was shaking when braking at high speeds. They diagnosed the problem before noon, and had the car ready by 5:00pm. The quote they gave me was reasonable, and when I paid when I picked up the car, it was exactly what they quoted me. They also dropped me off and picked me up from work. I will continue to go back to them with any car issues I have.
