This is a great UPS Store! Staff are friendly and very helpful. In fact I drive an extra 5 miles to go to this UPS store versus the one closer to me in Wellesley because it is THAT much better.

From discussing my unusual requirements to responding at very short notice for some business cards to be produced - they were great! *UPS Store Needham does curbside dropoff service!* This is so important now with the pandemic. I called ahead, and John, the owner, gave me step-by-step instructions - then all I had to do was show up outside with the item I needed to mail. Great professionalism and going the extra mile to be friendly and fast - the package made it out right away. This makes it possible for me to use UPS, since a store in a neighboring town doesnt offer this service and the Needham UPS store came to my rescue.

In the age of COVID-19, when people are being frowned upon for walking into stores without the proper mask on their face, I saw an act of kindness that said more than any review ever could about the customer care and service at this UPS Store. John, the owner, noticed a quintessential little old lady walk into the store with a tissue in front of her face in lieu of a proper mask. Without saying a word, John went to the back of the store and silently slipped a mask towards the woman. She smiled and put it on gratefully. John is a class act. The store is spotlessly clean (in fact the smell of disinfectant hit me when I opened the door)! In this crazy time, Im glad hes still open. If you have any type of shipping and printing to do, I highly recommend this store; youll be treated well.

I had to write a note about how awesome your staff is.I restore, collect and sell vintage drums doing 99% of my business online. The drums require very odd size boxes and no stores except the UPS store actually carry them in stock. Your employees are always very friendly, fast and helpful on the phone and in person. I have gone to staples a few times as boxes are 1/3 of the price there but the employees are miserable and they usually don’t have what I need.This week I tried to order 24x24x6 inch boxes from them and I was given incorrect, dishonest information by the manager about a special order and it impacted my customer service and shipping time. I am done with Staples, your employees are much more helpful and I always get what I need with less drive and less attitude. Even walking into Staples, the kid who did my return smelled like he had not showered in a week and was definitely not using deodorant.I have even been checking out and seen some difficult customers in line before me. Your employees were very patient with them and remained calm even as I was ready to bash the annoying patrons over the head. I hope you value and trust your employees as they do an excellent job, every one of them, every time.

The UPS Store in Needham is FANTASTIC! They are so friendly and helpful and they really know what they are doing. They always go the extra mile to help customers! I recommend them highly!!! They are great for shipping of course, but also other needs like specialty printing and signs and banners - they do it all. Especially Eric and John.....the best!

Used these guys for years. Never the warmest relation ship, but convenient. Until there was a problem. Sent my son in Canada his own guitar and a backpack with a few care-package-type things. Gal who packed it labeled it all as a gift instead of as his personal property, resulting in our having to pay a stiff duty that made it about a $250 total cost to ship. Neither she nor the receipt warned me of this possibility. Oh well, things happen and she was sweet and worked diligently to correct the situation. If it had stopped there, not a big deal. However, I WAS frustrated and completely dismayed by the attitudes of Owner John and Eric who both never saw any reason to investigate or apologize, washed their hands of the issue, insisted that there had been no possibility of any error on the stores part, and told me I was on my own to deal with getting the package delivered by calling a Canadian 800-number. Their rude and negligent attitude made what would have been a frustrating experience into an enraging one. They showed me that ultimately this is a place that just wants to take your money to tape up a box and offers no premium service or support over what youd get if UPS picked it up off your porch.

There are times, when the local store, John Moran, Eric Clarke and stuff have responded wonderfully, to requests for graphic design and related services. These type of services are not UPSs main services and Eric, for instance has responded with some remarkable efforts. Eric has been steady and resilient in working through demanding projects. Business cards (attached below), postcards and even larger newsletter type of projects has been turned around, with a sense of my philosophy of a diamond being coal under pressure. I am not certain, diamonds actually come from coal, lol; yet the work stands out that way.This small shop has an array, of services, in addition to a mailing address, which I have appreciated as well. There are elements, which if they do not do; they can connect you to other resources locally and even internationally. These types of services are a partially hidden and warmly appreciated part of the Needham UPS stores business repertoire. For whatever happens from here, I appreciate the role the Needham UPS store has played in the development of my work!
