I have never been more impressed with a Staples. I have been using their print and marketing services for the past few months and they always go above and beyond to make the experience as professional and timely as possible. Andrew is amazing to work with and I highly suggest using them if you prints of any magnitude done.

I went today to Staples to print colored paper for a project that I am working on. I got to the printer and put my USB and the folder wasn’t opening I asked an employee there his name is Martin for help he went above and beyond he took my USB on a different computer and tried to open the folder it didn’t work too he went inside used it on his computer and asked me what kind of papers I would like my prints to be on and how the print should look on the paper he was so kind and patient he printed all the pictures that were on the folder and gave me an excellent print and price ! He literally made my day I am so happy with the customer service and I will definitely come back again

I just spent time in the new Staples connect store on the Needham Newton line. I have to say at first I didn’t think much. I decided to tour the store, and I’m really impressed. As a small business owner I don’t necessarily have a meeting space or a place Where I can get office work and busy work done. I will definitely be taking advantage of the availability there. There’s also a room where you can sign up for seminars, and I believe a podcast studio as well. The space is extremely well appointed with everything. Go check it out.

I bought a pc online, and the online servers were down. The person I spoke to was really nice and helpful, and I got the computer. They have very friendly customer service. Even though it took awhile, they handled it very professionally.

I went there a few weeks ago with a computer issue and the Manager (Gary) was not just helpful and knowledgeable, he was LEGENDARY!!!!! He went above and beyond accommodating my problem. After spending a good amount of time on this with a great conversation added to it, he will be the reason I keep coming back. Thank you!!!!

I walked in and asked for help and the worker walked around for a few minutes walking through all the aisles trying to find my item. At checkout time the cashier kept asking me to sign up for rewards even after repetitively saying no. He then asked about my race and where i was from. Took us a solid 10-20 minutes to check out 1 item.

I come here sometimes to get whatever I need. The item selection is good overall, though some items will be moving to online only I heard as the company is creating and renovating their stores to become a better model. The staff are nice and some do try to help customers with the customers actual interests at heart, but what the staff need to work on in general is what worries me. Staff should be trained to be nicer towards customers at checkout, some people that come in to buy things might not understand what the associate is telling them as they have a language barrier. This does not mean the associate should keep demanding something of the customer, nor get more aggressive and louder asking them if they have a rewards account. Then there is the fact that associates have to ask someone else where an item is when they supposedly had training to know where the stores items are. I hope that in the future that associates are trained better.

The worst. No service. Rude employees who speak in two work statements. No FedEx. . Stood at copy center for 10 minutes while two clerks ignored me, and then helped someone who just walked up. Manager could not be be bothered with customers. Guess that is why they will me Amazoned. WB Mason much more customer friendly.

I have never written a bad review (or, I think, any review) on Google...until now, and I wish there was an option of zero stars. do NOT buy a laptop here. They were supposed to install Office on my new computer, including Outlook. It took me 7 trips.By the 7th, they still hadnt correctly installed Outlook...and the perfectly functional battery on my old computer was dead and they had lost my Calendar and Address Book files...and then -- 7 trips later -- they informed me that they dont install Outlook -- that was a mistake on their part. Would that they had told me that in advance of contracting to install Outlook!Along the way, they blamed me for not getting my Windows updates (which I do every time its suggested) and came up with all sorts of excuses for why the old (May 2018 purchase at Staples) computer was slow, which was originally what I was trying to get fixed before buying the new one. But they never fixed the problem.It has taken me 4 phone calls (3 non-returned ones) to try to get a gift card equivalent to what the Square Trade insurance cost me, since I had to send the old computer in. Not because it was slow but because while Staples had it, it stopped working pretty much altogether. (I think they dropped it -- they claim they didnt, but the battery was working fine and I had my files before they got their paws on it.)As with the original problem and the original service itself, they are refusing to take any responsibility and provide a refund equivalent to what I paid for SquareTrade. SquareTrade was to protect me from my own negligence, not theirs, but since it covers their negligence it seems like they should have paid for the coverage.Technical service -- 0Integrity --- 0Responsiveness -- 0Willingness to own up to their errors -- 0.I only live a half-mile from Staples but I am never going there again for anything requiring the slightest bit of human interaction.Jeff Bezos just gained a new customer.

I send my photos to be printed there. They said they´re having problems with the printer or whatever. I filled a form and a young man told me that Staples would contact me on the following day. Since they didn´t call me, I called them back and somebody put me on hold for more than 20 minutes. Still waiting for their call...And my pictures. Terrible!

Super expensive, 25 dollars for a day planner that broke immediately, 8.49 for a notebook, and buyer beware. Got vastly overcharged at the Needham store. She charged me for 7 extra items I didn’t even have. The manager was ok and returned some of the money but I had to go back and they’ve lost my trust. Staples better reassess. Do not take your costumers for chumps. And don’t take them for granted. No more Staples for me!!

BRIAN BURNS The Store Manager wants you to think hes all about customer service. I discovered Hes A Big Fat Phony the moment I Had Trouble With My Staples Purchase. So Will You . . .I bought a Tesla level top of the line HP Pavilion laptop for about $1000 with a $200 Four Square, cover to cover warrantyThe battery stopped charging after a few week and I brought it back into the store to get some help I was heading off to Zurich on a business trip in a few hours and was desperate because I had to make a ppt presentation on the plane to deliver the next day. (12 months ago,12 trips to Staples).I talked to BRIAN at the counter explaining my state of desperation. He displayed a Howdy Doody smile feigning mild interest in my problem while showing deep indifference. I assumed from his attitude he was a Dwarf, Drone, or Foot soldier in Staples hierarchy and looked for someone else to help me. (I was stunned when I realized was the store manager)Mike a thin man who I mistakenly assumed was the manager as he jumped in and took total responsibility and fully empathized with my situation. He took the time to test the battery, and then tried to recallibrate it. Unfortunately this didnt work.BRIAN BURNS TAKES ABOUT AS MUCH LEADERSHIP RESPONSIBILITY AS A HIGH SCHOOL CASHIER AT MARSHALLSI told BRIAN after I returned from my trip and went back to Staples how this battery problem had resulted in a blown presentation and was driving me up the wall.He wasnt the least bit sympathetic and told me to call Four Square, He sent an email to them but refused to let me see the name of the person as if I was going to call the person and harass them. In the kindest tone I asked to please do something, anything.He finally agreed to send another email to Four Square asking them to send the battery to the store which would install it. He said he would follow up but two weeks went by and I never heard a thing from him.I am sure he forgot about me the moment I walked out of the store. When I went back three weeks later and asked what happened he put on that silly Howdy Doody smile again and said, well I had a cold. When I pressed him to follow up promise, the Howdy Doody smile turned into sharp teeth.BRIAN TOLD ME HELPING YOUR BATTERY IS NOT MY jOB. I SAID WHAT DO YOU THINK YOUR JOB IS SELLING BROKEN COMPUTERS?Sir he said sharply, Its not my job to fix your computer. What do you expect of me? I said I expect you to go to the Nth degree, rather than make a half hearted effort like you make.I was so frustrated at that point and said Id like to speak to the store manager. When Brian said, I am the store manager in a huff, I began to lose all hope. I felt like taking my computer and smashing it on the sidewalk in front of the store.BRIAN THIS REVIEW IS YOUR WAKE UP CALL. GET THE MESSAGE AND YOU COULD STILL HAVE A GREAT CAREER. IGNORE IT AND YOU WILL BE DESTINED TOWARD THE MEDIOCRE ONE YOU ARE CURRENTLY HEADING TOWARDMy decision with BRIAN BURNS was that the guy didnt have a clue about what it meant to act with character, integrity, or what it meant to do the right thing by a customer, or for that matter an employee. This morning I went to the Staples on Needham street in Newton/Needham to prepare posters and hand outs for a workshop I am delivering in Chicago this week. Wow! The print and marketing associate, named Jordan, was truly exceptional. When I was having difficulties with one of the copy machines he came over right away--and then offered to take care of my copies himself when the issue was not immediately resolved. After that Jordan worked with me to complete my complicated order of posters and enlargements of varying sizes--and also prepared a beautiful 24X36 color poster which he hand trimmed to look clean and polished. I certainly did not except this level of service. Jordan was pleasant, efficient, and professional. He made my morning much easier than I expected. Thank you, Jordan and thank you Needham street Staples.
