I appreciated that Joel acknowledged that Ive been a sprint customer for years. Therefore, he ensured to go above and beyond to help me resolve my issue. Never have I ever received this type of treatment while dealing with sprint representatives. I am extremely satisfied with the service. Thank you very much ! Its people like Joel Vazquez who make me appreciate being a loyal sprint customer.

There were two guys, Jonny and I forgot his name unfortunately, it started with an S. They are helping over at the store in Hudson and they were very nice. Jonny was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. I ended up eating with a galaxy s21.

Natick Mall 1st floor location... great service!

We bought those phone lines for a business and after year or so we had to move to a different provider so when start our nightmare, After several calls to customer service and walk way at Natick mall store and 30 days after we transfer our account we still have no unlock phones. We went to Natick mall today and I asked help from one of their employees to help unlock at least one phone so I can use right way. The guy said he cant do it anything even just make a call to their customer service so we can resolve that. After he denied to help I ask to speak to his manager and for my surprise he said he was the manager and refuse to help a need customer with a basic customer service. I thought T-Mobile was a serious company but today it proves otherwise. I dont recommend anybody who values their time to do any business T-Mobile. They fell to unlock their phones and to be honest. I dont know if I have to travel to headquarters to unlock these phones or maybe will be cheaper trash all those phones because I cant used if they arent unlock... I waiting to get the final bill and review the whole final balance if accurate and send the final payment. I regretted to open this business account with this company. Never T-Mobile again.

I went in yesterday and spoke with one of the assistant managers. I was curious about the some of the new products. However, this guy was unable to take his eyes off of his phone that he had a Football game on. I even asked him if he had a big stake in the game. His response was that he had a lot of fantasy football players in that game. I had to ask him twice about a specific feature of the product I was looking for.It was laughable to put it kindly.Find a different store to go to

Went in there last night looking for help and possibly add a new line with the company, but the 2 guys didn’t acknowledge me not even said hi and just kept talking, I waiting for 10 minutes and decided to leave. If this is how all the employees act for the company I’d rather not be a part of it.

A good t-mobile store. I usually swing by here when I have an issue with my phone or service, the staff is always friendly and responds quickly when you enter the store.

Ive never had such a bad experience at T-Mobile.I went in in the afternoon to see if they could help me make a decision on the best way to buy 3 new iPhones ( a big purchase). I wanted to know about promos, special rebates, changing plans etc. I told him my situation and he brought me over to the computer and quickly saw that my number was not the account holder and just immediately shut the computer. I then prodded him for promotion deals and information and he opened the computer back up and really lazily and half-assed read out the standard monthly financing deal. I had looked previously at promos on their website, he didnt mention those.This guy obviously didnt care about his job and it showed. He did the bare minimum to answer my question but didnt show any care in actually helping me. This is not the service Ive gotten at other T-mobiles and totally not what I expect from one either.
