I changed the screen of my S20 ultra in cellairis and with less than a week the screen appeared with a problem without falling without even using it patriciously I took them to see it and they asked me for a month to change it and still want to charge, more when I paid 370 dollars to change it didnt take me a month I went all in a week for being a new cell phone.

Complete rip off. I had the exact same experience as the previous reviewer. I paid over $100 for a screen replacement which cracked after less than 24 hours just from being inside a backpack. It was not dropped or mishandled. Shoddy work with terrible quality components. They refused to honor the warranty I was promised and refused to offer a refund. Should be just down.

I have been coming to this place for the past 4 years to change my screen protector. It has changed owners about 3 times already. They have this deal you pay $40 ( almost triple the amount of a regular screen protector) and the next times you come ( lifetime) you pay only 10$ to change the screen protector. They have always honored this even though they have changed owners. I went in today January 24, 2020 and they told me they changed owners again and I would have to pay $40 to change out the screen protector. Don’t fall for their scam . Better to pay $20 for someone to fix it one time then to pay double and get scammed

Do not waste your time or money going to this place. I brought my daughters iPhone in for repair for a cracked screen on a Monday. By Tuesday morning the screen sensitivity was off and she could not swipe. By Tuesday night, the screen went blank and would not work. Brought the phone back on Wednesday and we were told the screen was fine, and that my daughter must have stepped on the phone, and it has a slight bend and thats why its not working. Took the phone to the Apple store and had it checked by their tech. He told us the phone was fine, and the aftermarket screen was the problem. Brought the phone back to this place and demanded a refund. They only agreed to refund half of my money, and put an old, broken Apple screen back on her phone. The phone now works perfectly fine with the replaced broken screen and Im out $112.00. Thanks a bunch... WOULD COME BACK FOR SURE IF I WANT TO BREAK MY PHONE AGAIN...

I brought my sons iPhone 5c in for a screen replacement. After a day of use, my son started to experience latency with the touch screen. We popped back in and Javier was able to straighten it right out - even repairing something additional at no cost. Fantastic service. I got my phone fixed here last week. It was a simple screen repair. I have a glass cover and a strong case and I dropped my phone yesterday (from the couch so maybe two feet) and the screen immediately pushed out of the bottom and it went black with rainbow streaks. The screen was weak and clearly placed wrong if dropping it lightly from that distance would cause suck damage. Never spending my money here again

Was visiting mall on Columbus day. Guys did amazing job with my ipads cracked screen. They charge less than Apple Store and you wait only one hour (which is nothing when you do shopping).Definitely suggest them to everyone. Great job for fair price!

Took my iPhone 7 here to get my cracked screen fixed a couple months ago. I didnt receive the best of service from the start. When I first got there it was around 2pm and they told me they didnt have any iPhone 7 screens, and the shipment will come in later in the day, not too big of an issue. So I waited a bit and finally they were able to begin fixing my phone. They said it would take about an hour and a half. It was around 7 pm now and went to pick up my phone. Heres where it starts getting bad, they told me my phone was done, and then they ended up GIVING ME THE WRONG PHONE and hadnt even started fixing mine, close to 2 hours later. So now its nearing the closing time of the mall so I can tell they seem sort of rushed. I ended up getting my phone back, maybe 30 minutes AFTER the mall was closed and my phone was fixed, so I thought.Throughout the course of the next couple weeks, I noticed my phone screen was misaligned. My phone was scrolling on its own, typing random letters on its own, I would try texting and the wrong letters would be clicked on and was overall lagging. So I brought my phone back in, telling them what the issues were and they claimed to fixed it with no extra charges. Again, I thought it was fixed but the same issues started happening again. I dealt with it for a while and finally went to Apple to fix it. I ended up paying the same price and got an authentic apple iPhone 7 screen.Dont go here unless you want your phone to stay broken

I took my galaxy S9+ to change the broken screen, the phone was working perfectly, I was charged $280 to change the screen and paid in cash when I left the phone, 2 hours later I picked my phone which was apparently ok, but when I got home after a few hours of use my phone was in a lot of trouble, totally crazy, I lost all my data, photos, contacts, and the next day when I go back to the store the same boy looked at my face and said “you was never here”, that he never took my phone, the same boy who took the money in my hand! I looked for the administration of Natick Mall and they told me that they could not do anything! A store with dishonest people and a mall with poor management! Dont waste your time or money in this store!

Scam artists told me $90 over the phone for a quote then tried to charge me $110 in store for the same thing, then .my card gets declined I added cash and has them try again it was still declined? I checked my app because i know I have money, the first time they ran it they put a hold on the rest of my money as a pending transaction so it got declined a second time.

Not sure what happened but this place used to be great with courteous staff and a really strong screen protector! I had used them multiple times over the past 3-4 years and recommended them to everyone- not anymore. I had a protector put on my new phone 3 weeks ago, and the protector completely popped off yesterday! I just went to the stand to have it put back on, with the receipt, and the associate guy today was some guy who barely spoke English and was being sleazy when I showed him the protector was not broken, just popped off. His response was Its not guaranteed to work, I can put a new case on for $20. I had to go back and forth about not paying again for their poor job of putting the protector on first of all, also try theres a warranty, even showing him the sign he was standing in front of saying lifetime warranty. I eventually convinced him to do it for free but he had an attitude the whole time and just handed it to me without saying a word. Never using this stand again

Cellairis at Natick Mall can not properly repair our Apple iPhone X screen and will not honor their own warranty. We took our phone to the Cellairis store at the beginning of August to replace the cracked iPhone x screen. The replaced screen fell off exactly 17 days later. The following day, we took the phone for repair again and later that night, the screen fell off again (in less than 6 hours!). The next day, we asked for full refund per their warranty terms which states that they will fully refund the repair amount if the phone is not repaired by the 2nd time and within 90 days of purchase. The store flat out refused to refund our money and instead give us the following ridiculous options:1) The store will refund our full amount if we leave the screen with the store and walk out of the store without any screen on our phone. 2) They will refund our money if they replace the screen with another broken screen (not our phone’s original screen but some random screen that may or may not fit the phone. The technician already indicated that they did not have any broken iPhone x screen for replacement). Apparently, the store wants to reuse the screen that popped out on our phone. 3) They will refund our money but they demanded $50 deposit if we walk out of the store with the screen and we will supposedly get our money back when we return the Cellairis screen after we fix our phone at Apple. 4) They will not refund our money and challenged us to speak with mall security.Cellairis at Natick does not have the ability to repair our iPhone x screen and will not fulfill their own warranty.

Got my iPhone fixed here. Got it fixed in Boston about a year ago at a different store and i always though my screen didnt look the same quality. Now my screen is so much clearer and I could defiantly see the difference. I didnt really believe them when they said the screen quality would be different, but they were right!!

The people at this location are EXTREMELY nice and helpful. I had some time and decided to get my phone fixed, however unfortunately none of the screens were working with my phone, so the manager called her boss and had him come in that day with a new batch of screens! She kept apologizing about the wait, but it wasnt even that bad of a wait. The staff was extremely nice and explained everything to me as it was happening, which I like because it makes me feel more secure about my phone. Places that claim to fix phone screens are usually sketchy, but Cellaris is very professional with what they do. A well-deserved 5 stars from me!

Quoted $210 to replace a cracked screen for a Samsung Galaxy S5, which, the entire phone itself can be replaced for less. The gentleman who I spoke with was able to tell me that if I provided a replacement screen, the cost of labor alone is $49, which is a bit more reasonable. For that, Ill give a second star. The claim is cost of parts, but in reality, the cost of the part compared to the final price ($40 bucks for the screen, used) is quite high. I trust their work, as I have had items serviced here before, however, if youre looking to get a fair price, this is not the place to do it. (Reference for this: I also called another repair place, also in the mall, and they informed me their price was quite a bit lower...)

I was recently in Cellairis the other day looking to get my phone fixed. I had broke it at a party the night before and it ruined my night tremendously. My awful attitude carried into the next day when I came into the Cellairis store (not the kiosk) where I was greeted by a wonderful man by the name of Javier. He claimed to be the assistant manager but with how well educated he was with the products and friendly he was, he could have easily been mistaken as the owner. As stressed as I was, he made me feel a lot better, and more comfortable leaving him with my phone. I just knew it was in good hands. He made me feel that he had everything under control and made it clear he would take care of me. After fixing my phone, quickly, he found me a case that he explained would proven this from happening again.

I went to go get my iPhones screen replaced here yesterday. The phone worked fine before I got the screen replaced, sound was working, the touch ID was operational etc. The man working behind the desk was eager to get some business and quickly reassured us the that replacement will take only 20 min and that we will get our moneys worth. We left the iPhone with him, sure that he will only be tampering with the cracked glass screen. We checked in on him 20 minutes later, and the cellairis associate showed us the new phone screen. It looked fine so we thanked him, paid him and left. Shortly after leaving the cellairis desk we unlocked the phone and discovered that the volume on the device was not working. After going though the settings and restarting the phone we realized that this was an internal issue. Sure that the associate could help us out again, we went back. To our surprise, the employee did not offer to fix the problem he caused. He dismissed us immediately informing us that if we went to the apple store, the associates there might be able to solve the issue. Frustrated, we asked again if he could take another look at it because it was his mistake. Again he told us that it was not his problem and asked us to see the apple store. We walked away $55 poorer with a phone that was in worse condition than when we started.I was not impressed with this screen replacement service.

DO NOT GO HERE! If I could leave zero stars I would. I made the huge mistake of buying a refurbished iphone from them. 1 week later it is already incredibly slow and glitchy. It now just randomly shuts off and stays non-responsive fore hours. I brought it in them when I was traveling to visit my boyfriend and my old phone got water damage. I brought it to Cellairis and they said it cannot be fix and I can buy their iphone instead. They said absolutely nothing was wrong with it. I have a feeling, this is only because I am still under there warranty. When I bought the glitchy iphone back to them, they said the warranty period has already expired and it would cost a few hundreds of dollars to repairs. I demanded a refund and they said they can give me store credit. WHY WOULD I NEED STORE CREDIT IF IM GOING BACK HOME IN 2 DAYS? Not only was it no the full amount of store credit (if I were to take it), it wasnt even close to half. What was I going to do with $50 of store credit, I was not going to buy another phone from them knowing what happen to this phone. This is what you get when you spend $500 on one of their iphone - a faulty iphone and a way for them to continually waste your time and money. I regret purchasing any from them because now I have to continue to deal with them wasting my time and money. If I lived near here, I would had fought for my money back. I dont even have time to get into the condescending attitude of the people who work there. Save yourself from frustration and finical loss, go anywhere else! I just took it as a lesson learned and hope this will help people and prevent them from facing the same situation as me.

My iPhone 4 stopped being able to charge and apple was no help. My phone was out of warranty and the guy tried to get me to buy a new one. I didnt want a new one, I just wanted my phone fixed. I walked Cellairis and saw they did repairs. I asked if they could fix it, turns out they could. I had my phone back and working perfect in a half hour! Thnx Guys!!

They ruined my phone!!! Will not recommend. Got more problems after the repairMy iphone screen cracked and found this place. I called to check the rates and they said $129, which was lesser than then the $140-150 what others were charging.The commute was 1.5 hours and when I arrived, I was told a totally different story. Now, at this point they said the rates are not $129 but $129+taxes. After all the travel to get there, I agreed. I decided to wait at the store to get it fixed. While waiting I noticed that all the prices are fixed and almost everyone (except poor me) were haggling over the prices and they did bring down the prices for all of them.I got the phone back after 2 hour and all seemed well. Now, they decided to charge me $158, with almost $30 of taxes!!! I couldnt not paid this because they were holding my phone as hostage saying if I dont pay, I wont get my phone back so I paid. So in effect I paid the more here as I could have paid at the store next to my homeThe real problem started a day after the repair. I noticed that the back cover which was fixed, started coming off. Since it was not supposed to come off, it didnt go back in place no matter wat I did. This means everything from water, dust, food could get into your phone. So when I initially had a screen problem, now I was at risk of losing the full working of the phone.I called them up and they agreed to get it fixed. So I again did the 1.5hr commute to get to the store. No questions asked, they took the phone inside and asked me to come back in 2hrs. I got the phone back in 2hrs and all seemed to be in order.It didnt take the time for me to get back home (1.5hrs) when the back cover of the phone had come off again and prone to dust. I dont want to go back again as I am sure they will waste my time and stick it back temporarilyI am now considering getting a new phone or getting this fixed somewhere where they know what they are doing

This was the worst experience I had. They replaced the cracked screen on my phone and then my phone got stuck in a boot-loop. I had to go back in a diagnose my own phone and attempt to flash it at their technicians recommendation. That didnt fix the problem. They sent it to their head technician who then in return made my phone even worse. Other parts of my phone were defective. Eventually you could get it to boot but the the radio stopped working on it. They refund some money but not all and then told me to send it to Samsung but if they say the phone was opened to just lie about it. I fought with them but they wouldnt do anything for me. I sent it to Samsung who then not only replaced the screen they put on as defective but also replaced the back the camera and the board on the phone. I was without my phone for months on an initial 2 hour repair. Worst experience ever. Do not go here!!!!!

I was at the mall today and thought I might stop by the Apple store to get my iPhone 6 repaired, because I dropped it on a concrete floor and luckily the screen did not break but, it popped out on one corner. The Apple store could not touch it for another week and said it might cost $125 to fix if the screen broke when they took it apart. So I left the Apple store and went to the Cellairis small booth across the way and asked the gentleman if he could repair my screen which just need reseating. He took me around the corner to their main location I asked the gentleman there how much to repair and he said for me to give him a moment. Within a minute or so he removed my screen inspected it the reinstalled it properly. I asked him when he handed me my phone how much for the repair expecting to pay something and I was floored that he said free.So without hesitation I am writing this review to say GREAT SERVICE!!! THANK YOU.

They did an amazing job fixing my phone it had a broken screen which I thought was unfixable, but Erin fixed it in like 10 minutes and did an awesome job. They are super helpful and even gave a discount!! I recommend cellairis to anyone who has a cracked screen. My cell looks brand new again!!!!

BEWARE! BEWARE! Dont go to this place to lose your money trying to fix a broken screen. Had a really bad experience, PAID MORE THAN $200!!!! to fix my SAMSUNG screen, Still screen issues are not fixed completely. Display issues and they claim they cant do anything about it. They claim of a FAKE WARRANTY for which they made me visit the shop more than 5 TIMES!!! and finally only to say my warranty expired. Just read the other reviews and saw few more people had very similar experiences. Should have been cautious! Dont go by the high star rating and other reviews! They have multiple kiosks in the NATICK Mall and all of them are linked. They give the same lame explanation for your questions about warranty.

I have worked in the customer service field for 8 years now, and I know what customer service is all about. I must say I truly just had a phenomenal customer service experience at the Cellairis store at the Natick mall. Cameron (supervisor) and Antonio (sales associate) showed great care and professionalism. I had to get my previous screen protector replaced because of an issue it had when combining it with a case I wanted to purchase. Cameron and Antonio tried two different screen protectors on my phone so that I could have the option and freedom to see which one would work best while keeping me well informed about the best option and going above and beyond to gather information and physically show me proof of the best option. They also offered me a great deal at the end of it. I could not have been more satisfied with their customer service and support. I highly recommend anyone to go to Cellairis at the Natick mall, you will have your issues and needs addressed and taken care of extremely well!

I tried the Live Chat option on their website and was told there was not a location in my area, even though the website has one listed in the next town over...Ive even seen it in the mall. The Live Chat forces you to fill out required information such as your email address and zip code. They force you to go through all the steps, even after inputting the zip code. They just want you on their mailing list so rather than telling you there is no store, they make you complete the wizard just to get the email address. If anyone has ever actually been able to reach a live person using their live chat, I would love to hear it. Once they say there is no location in the area, they end the chat session, never giving you the chance to chat. HORRIBLE!

Id given my Moto Z Play for repair to Cellairis @ Natick Mall 1245 Worcester Rd, Natick, MA 01760. The display had broken and theyd fixed it. While putting the new display, they broke the home button. They were courteous enough to order a new part. I came in and got it fixed too. Then one day, the display stopped working, so they said they will order a new one for me. I dropped my phone on Monday July 31st and havent heard back since then. Ive been trying to call them to get the status, but until today I was hearing that the the part hasnt arrived yet. Today, when I called in to check, I got to know that the owner/staff had changed so that has no clue what was going on. They are not even sure if my phone is ready. They want me to come and get my charger so that they can make sure that it is ready. This is highly unprofessional. The staff on phone used the language Its your job to come and check if the phone is ready or not. This kind of language is unacceptable. Im tired to going back and forth. I request you to look into this and clarify status of my phone.

If there is 0 star, I would have given. Very bad experience. They put cheap screens and when they broke with the manufacturing defect, they dont repair. Just tell to customer this is not their fault. they dont save the transaction history so it becomes impossible for the customer to prove that they did the repair from them. in tnatick mall, they have different Kioks owned by Cellarious. beware before your repair. Dont expect Warraantly

I work at AT&T in the mall and every issue with cracked screens that come into my store always get sent down to Cellairis. They have an excellent track record with fixing phones. After any repair, customers come back to the store and thank me for sending them to Cellairis.

Had an awesome experience at Cellairis in the Natick Mall today. Completely shattered my iphone6 yesterday and took it in this morning to be repaired. Javier was efficient and informative in repairing the damages and confidently explained measures that needed to be taken to prevent this happening again. He repaired my screen with original parts and everything works as good as new! He was very trustworthy and reliable with his work and was looking out for MY best interest (you dont always feel this way in sales environments). I bought a tempered glass screen protector and a nice, extremely protective yet slim case for my phone. Javi was incredibly genuine- I would highly suggest him and his expertise if you ever need phone repairs or anything along the lines.

I had the worst experience here. I took my phone to get fixed and they told me that it would be done in a week. When i went to pick it up they told me that it wasnt ready and to pick it up next week. I went the week after and they said the same thing. Its been a month now and now they told me that they couldnt fix it. so instead of tell me 3 weeks ago that they couldnt fix it they tell me after 4 weeks and i still dont have my phone. This place is horrible dont trust them with your phone.

I Broke my screen protector, brought it to cellairis in the natick mall, Javier was able to help me right away without hesitation and I got my phone back in no time.. Everything was perfect I couldnt have asked for anything better. Im a frequent shopper at cellairis and I always leave happy. Needless to say this is my go to place for cracks, protector replacements, and phone cases.
