My husband and I have now each brought our cars to Frank’s for at least one repair. The first time, I got my brakes replaced. I was so pleased that when it was time to get the brakes on my husband’s car looked at, I felt confident bringing it to Frank’s. My husband recently had his car in for some wheel sensor issues and was completely satisfied with the repair and communication. I really do appreciate this place.. After Hogan Tires forgot about my vehicle for 3 days, I immediately called them and they were transparent about when they could take a look at my truck.They even fixed it WAY before they said they could take a look at it! Made me very happy and I will definitely take my vehicle again if I have any issues.

I came to Frank’s with a rather unique set of aftermarket brakes for my Ram 1500. Entire kit including brakes, rotors and pads. Being ceramic brake pads they have a unique break-in process. Chris, who is in charge at Frank’s has a vast knowledge of makes and models of vehicles so I knew this was the place to go. They the job done fast, with no mistakes, and even did the break-in process for me. Great communication throughout the day to keep me informed on the progress as well. If you have anything big or small, Frank’s Auto Repair is the place to go!

I have used Franks multiple times, and will continue to do so every time I need my car fixed. They do it right, they only do whats needed, and they charge a fair price. These guys might just be the last honest mechanics on earth, and Im definitely happy theyre here in Natick.

Frank is running an honest shop which is so rare with the industry. Chris patiently take the time to explain customers options for repairs. It makes all the difference when you are deciding whether to repair an old clunker or sell it for parts. You can tell they care, they dont prey on your ignorance when you dont know much about cars. Other New England mechanics have been rude or dismissive towards my wife when Im not there but never at Franks. She loves the shop, too. Cant recommend them enough!

I’ve only mainly interacted with Chris and Frank since moving here almost a year ago for school. My family wanted me to find a car place we felt we could trust while I lived out here for a few years. Instantly I felt comfortable with them, and I still do, time after time. I felt compelled to write this because I’ve been going to them for a year and it’s never been a bad experience, I should’ve done it sooner! They’ve helped me with my tires, my windows, engine things, battery, etc. They even fixed a janky plastic piece that was always hanging off my car (for years no one ever fixed it for me) without me even asking and without charge. They are on time. They are professional. They are friendly. They work very hard and are honest good people. I look forward to seeing them even though it means my car needs some work, haha. Oh and since this is COVID-19 era I should mention, they wear masks and they have hand sanitizer out! As a healthcare worker, I trust them immensely. They are just as much frontline as I am, getting into stranger’s cars and working around the clock. They’re the best!

Once had me take my car to Dealer for part replacement, he himself made the call to dealer to make sure parts are covered under warranty and didnt charge me a dime. These guys are great. Super friendly and honest. I took my car in to get the air conditioner tested to see how much it would cost to fix it. They originally said the test would cost $150 but they only ended up charging me $50. They easily could have just charged me the full amount but I guess the test didn’t take as much time as they thought it would so they didn’t.

Brought my car into Franks because of some clicking and rattling with my steering wheel. After testing it out and looking for problems, they found that it lay within the steering column and shaft, that may also be tied in with the airbag. They recommended that I take it to the dealer as this maybe be a warranty or covered issue from my car manufacturer. They were super timely, communicative, and didnt charge me for the time it took to evaluate the problem.I will definitely be coming back to Franks in the future!

One of the best experience I’ve ever had! Had an emergency after my golf round around noon! I teach for a living. Needed the car by the next morning because had a bunch of lessons set up. Anyway, they (Chris) didn’t pressure me into staying here. Problem was I needed a new alternator ASAP! I called a few other places new Newton where I live and the prices were high and that pretty much made my decision. They said it might be ready evening or early tomorrow morning. To my surprise, I got a call it was ready! Couldn’t believe it because they had 9 cars ahead of me! So Thank you so much Frank and Chris for your fast service and care on my car! I can’t thank them enough for the customer service they provided! If I could, this would be 100 Stars!

The staff are very kind. They answer your questions and do not rush you. They are honest and fair. They do not pressure you to make unnecessary repairs. They save you money when possible by letting you know if a leak is minor and not causing problems. They even allow you to look under the car when it is on the lift, showing you the condition. This establishment knows their cars and fix the problem the first time with a reasonable price. If he cant fix it hell tell you up front. I have been using Franks for a couple of years now. They are good at what they do. You can trust them not to B.S. you or add on stuff that is not needed. I just recently bought an old truck and they looked it over for me and told me what was needed to make it road-worthy and safe; vs what could be put off and done later. I had them to the necessary list and they did a good job and did not charge too much. You can trust these guys.

Frank & his crew are the best! They are honest, friendly, and do excellent work. I drive a 1996 Oldsmobile and they have somehow managed to keep it on the road... fixing everything from door handles and electric windows to brakes etc. I live in Milford now, so getting to Natick can be a hassle, but it is absolutely worth the piece of mind that comes from using a reliable and reasonably-priced mechanic. I highly recommend them.

I brought my car over to Franks with a leak a day before going for vacation. Frank was booked for the next few days but still found time to inspect my car to confirm that it is road safe, and the ac leak can be fixed after vacation. 5 star service all the time way!!

Brought my car in late Friday afternoon with problems with the power steering. They were quickly able to diagnose and fix the problem, and had me back on the road within 24hrs. Great service overall.
