I can’t say enough about how awesome this company is and how great their work is! They seriously went soooo above and beyond for me and my job was not a big job! Jake specifically went sooooo out of his way for me! They care a lot about you and the job they do and they are also competitively priced! They will also come out to Nashville as well! I had so many issues with my cabinets that had nothing to do with them yet they went out of their way to help me and a deadline that was hard to meet and yet they bent over backwards to help me….Seriously I can’t say enough kind words but hire them! They will totally do a great job with a great price and treat you like you are their best friend!

A very bad experience from the start. Lazy staff that doesn’t want to get out of their chair. They want you to bring them pictures and numbers to get a price.The chipped the granite like they didn’t know what they were doing when it was installed. Cut the holesfor the sink incorrectly.Then instead of making it right they went back and found my card and charged me more money.I’m on my way to the back now to file fraud charges.Do not use this company!

From the first walk in to MC Granite, we knew it was the right place for us. We didnt want to have to work with a fabricator and different supplier, and MC Granite offers everything in one place. Yita was able to get us on the schedule for measuring within 2 weeks (it couldve been even sooner but we werent ready!), and then install less than a week later than that.Nazario was early to his appointment to measure, which was perfect for me on a work day, and he was extremely thorough and detailed.Prior to install, Yita was great at communicating our options, due to the size of our island and necessary cutout for our gas range. They ended up cutting the large slab on-site and created a masterful, custom look for our island.We could not be happier with the result. The craftsmanship was excellent, the crew were all hard workers and pleasant to talk to, and the end result helped take our kitchen to the next level! So happy we found MC Granite!

Can’t beat the price or customer service!! I worked with Melissa in the Nashville location and she was awesome! I changed my mind and went back and forth a few times and she was always a huge help. She even went above and beyond by going out to the granite yard and sent me pictures. I’d ask for her in a heartbeat if you’re wanting granite. She’s been helping other family members and they’ve been pleased as well. The man that came and did the template was very polite and neat. Today was install day. Three employees did the install and they too were a pleasure. Everyone was very nice and polite. The install was fast and I couldn’t be more thrilled with my new granite. If you’re considering granite, I would definitely use MC Granite!

I was recommended to these people through a neighbor who had recently used them for a kitchen remodel. Im in design so I already work closely with several different installation companies and decided to give them a look. Upon arrival I seen they had a good selection and the showroom appeared to be nice, however I was left unattended for 20 min while two ladies at the desk popped their chewing gum and played on their phone. When I asked for help a third woman appeared and was very rude said that none of them could help me. I waited around for a guy who they said I needed to talk to in sales but he never came. In my 15 years of business I have never walked into a company where 3 employees sitting in plain site could not help me even around the yard. Good customer service and positive attitudes are a big thing for me so I will definitely not be using these people.

If you are looking for Granite counter tops you can go anywhere, but if you are looking for a company that will take care of you like family come see Yita! She was fantastic, she is well educated in granite and helped us hand pick out what my family and i wanted! She made my whole experience better with how excited and friendly she was! I will definitely be using Yita again on my next Granite purchase.

I completed the free online quote and Claudia was assigned to me. Well lets just say she could care less if I got a quote. I gave square footage and asked her to quote based off middle of the road price...After multiple emails...Im still waiting for an answer ! It is pretty sorry when even Lowes can give a price within 24 hours and this place cant. Based off the reviews I was hoping to be on the schedule for install by now. Very frustrating that they cant get an employee to help instead of stalling.

A work colleague recommended this place to us, and Im grateful. They are reasonably priced and flexible. Our renovation schedule kept changing with different independent contractors and they were able to move scheduling around with us. I had forgotten to buy a faucet and they just sent someone back later to cut the hole for us after installation. I will note that you dont get to pick your exact piece, but they pay attention to aesthetic details. I got a phone call from Melissa (Thank you, Melissa!) there when they were templating for us. She noticed a pattern in our granite that we probably wouldnt have wanted in the middle of our island and worked through different orientations via pictures with us until we were happy. Her attention to detail was awesome, and we are so grateful.

Our quartizite counters are beautiful. We did have some issues with our installation so I can speak to the commitment of this company to customer satisfaction. Juan the owner was responsive and personally came out to our home to address our issues and actually came out again to oversee the reinstall. They have been in now four months and we get so many compliments. Melissa in the showroom was a pleasure to work with. We plan to use them again on a second home we are working on.

I loved MC Granites staff! They made what could be a confusing chore to someone who isnt experienced in construction or home improvement, informed and pleasant. Yita Ramirez expertly took me step by step through the process. The entire office staff and work crews were always helpful, polite, and respectful. I loved being able to go out into the granite yard to look at the large slabs of stone up close and personal. You dont have to guess what the stone really looks by examining a few small samples. I went in on a Saturday to pick out a stone. Yita was super helpful. The template was taken on a Saturday and installed the next week. I love it and received great service.

Isaac and Jesse are BEASTS! 850 lb island top installed by two guys? No problem. They installed it without a scratch.With that much weight, I was worried that two guys would drop it or something, but they didnt and it looks the granite looks great. They were extremely professional. The cuts they made were exactly where they needed to be. If only the rest of my home build went so well. I highly recommend.

(He was amazing and I wish we had found him to work with through the entire process.)When we got back and asked for a quote we spoke with one sales woman who gave us a quote via email very quickly but then didnt respond when I contacted her to get the process started with purchasing granite.I ended up working with a different sales woman who seemed pretty short via phone.Installers were 2 hours late and didnt call to let us know. I understand projects can run long and thats fine, we made sure to be available all day. I just wish they would have given us a heads up that they were running late.

MC Granite has the best prices and selection, and fastest turnaround time in Nashville. My contractor suggested me using them for my kitchen countertops, but I still called around to 5 or 6 other fabricators in town to make sure I was getting a good price. Everyone else’s prices were much higher and they needed a much longer turnaround time. I was able to find the quartz I wanted at a competitive price and had the project done in less than two weeks. Yita at MC was wonderful to work with and the team did a great job of installing and removing the old counters. I highly recommend MC and wouldn’t work with anyone else in town!

We recently had MC Granite install new granite countertops in our kitchen. We cannot say enough about their fantastic job. We started the process with Melissa at the showroom who was so extremely helpful and great to deal with. She helped us pick out our granite and was able to schedule installation almost immediately. The gentlemen that measured and installed the granite were just as fabulous, too. They were extremely helpful and kind throughout the process including in resolving a small issue when two portions of the counter broke during installation. MC Granite was quick to resolve the issue, come out right away and swap out the broken pieces, and just did a fantastic job overall. We are thrilled to have found MC Granite and will most definitely use them in the future should we need any additional remodeling. We had gorgeous granite countertops installed in less than a week when other places we contacted for an initial estimate had yet to contact us.

When I first came across MC Granite, I was a bit skeptical. Their granite is price well below their competitors’, and on par with cheaper solid surface material at big box stores. We did our research, looking at granite slabs at several granite distributors in town before going to MC Granite’s warehouse. They carried the same granites. The process of estimate, templating, and installation was very smooth and quick for us. The only downside was they were a bit late for their appointments. The quality of the installation is very good. We are enjoying our new countertop.

If youre looking for expert service, this is not your place. If youre looking for mediocre service, this is still not your place. If, however, you are looking for the kind of service that makes you wonder what happened to America, this is the place for you.

Carrera Marble kitchen went well. Hylton remained responsive throughout. Payment tracking efficient. Hats off to the template craftsman who had to accommodate a number of sweeping radius cuts and a waterfall edge.Carrera Marble has increased from $53/sq ft to $55/sq ft. Still, competing bids were in the $62-70/sq ft range.

The total experience from the initial browsing for granite up to the actual installation of the granite in newly remolded kitchen was nothing but a great experience. Everyone is so nice and helpful. We especially were impressed that the owner, Juan, is so involved with the daily operations that he was the one who drove the tow motor to move the slabs so we could choose just the right one. Our salesperson, Hylton, was so nice and helpful. MC Granite offers such great customer service which is becoming a lost art in todays business world. I was totally impressed when after the granite was installed I noticed a flaw on the corner. I called Hylton and he ask me to send a picture. He called me back after showing it to Juan and said this was not right and the lead fabricator came out the next day on his lunch break and fixed it on the spot. You can not even tell there was ever a problem. Our counter tops look wonderful!! I would highly recommend MC Granite!!!!!

Over cut out sink hole and filled it with epoxy. Now the the epoxy filler is loose and flakes are peeling. You get what you pay for. My husband and I shopped around on a low budget. We purchased granite at $32.95 sq ft. We pre paid half up front. They sent a person the next week for template who told us that a seem was going in our L shape kitchen. I assumed it would not be noticable. WRONG. The install guys came out the following week and figured out the template guy mismeasured. They asked me who did the template!! They had to recut the back splash by hand in my back yard and told me it may not be straight. They then told me that the granite may be weak in the front because my standard 22 inch drop in sink was too big to have a back splash. If we had been told this up front we would have purchased an under mount sink. The install guys also told me that they did not seal the granite after install. I thought this was odd. They sent someone​ back the very next day to try to correct the seam but I think it just made it stand out worse. It looks like a noticable darker line. The granite is very pretty and affordable if you dont mind a noticable seam. Our sales man (Hylton ) and all the crew was very nice for the hole job. If you get a deal from them ask how much extra it would cost to not have a seam. I have seen many other granites installed and the seam is not noticable. This honestly was not a very good experience for me but I did save $400 by not purchasing from HDepot. Lws was even higher.

From the time we went in to select our granite, through the measurement process to the final installation, the staff was very professional. We told Yita exactly what we were looking for and she worked with us to make it happen. Watching the measurement process was most educational. Then, when the installation crew showed up, they did an amazing job! All work was completed within the timeframe we were initially promised and seams - well, lets just say they are almost invisible. Our new granite countertop has made our kitchen remodel complete. Fantastic job - thanks MC Granite staff!!

This place has the worst customer service Ive ever experienced. After they got the measurements, they came to install the countertops. Not only were all of the slabs cut to the wrong measurements, they couldnt even get one of the slabs up the stairs. Then they came out a second time a few days later (we had no countertops while we waited) and had gotten the measurements wrong again even after I told them in person what I wanted AND they forgot one slab. After coming back the third time to bring the piece they had forgotten, they finally finished installing my countertops. This company has no concept of customer service or project management. It is a very poorly run business and I do not recommend it to anyone,

Besides having THE BEST selection of granite to chose from, MC Granite offers the most UNBELIEVABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE I have ever encountered with any big purchase I have made in Nashville. I was more than impressed at how I was treated here. Juan, the owner was more than helpful and made sure that I was happy with my selection. They have a great team there; Hylton, and Yita. Installers Grigo & JamesI was also present for the layout, which was very important to me, so I knew in advance how everything was going to look in my kitchen. Great fabricators, Fantastic talented installers who were ready to fix a last minute problem on my wall, in my kitchen.Everything went as planned and were even flexible enough to give me an install date right after my plumbing was installed. Terrific company and I would never go elsewhere.The granite is exceptionally gorgeous, my friends and family only want to hang out around the counter tops, no kidding. Hahaha!They deserve 20 stars, not 5!!

A couple of years ago, I purchased a Carrera marble countertop for our bathroom. I spoke with Melissa over the phone and ordered exactly what I wanted. An employee came out and measured the space and I had my countertop 2 weeks later. My countertop still looks beautiful! This past December, I went to the location and again spoke with Melissa about an investment property and getting new countertops for it. She showed me several slabs and I ended up selecting something completely different than what I had set out to select. The countertops were installed quickly and they look fabulous!! Melissa and the installation and measurement guys are great and easy to work with. I highly recommend MC Granite.

First attempt no return call. Second attempt I called them could not understand Hispanic very well and she got upset with me and hung up. About an hour later she called me about my message I left the first time. She told me there was a $75 fee to go to my house in White Bluff which is like 30 minutes away. I said....adios.

Well, the gentleman, Jeff, that came out to template could not have been more professional or personable. Today they came to install, again, total professionals! The three men that came were well mannered and extremely professional. I researched companies for several months before settling on MC Granite and I couldnt be happier with the result. I have to admit that I was hesitant to pull the trigger because its not a commitment to be taken lightly. However, right from the start with Hylton providing the estimate all the way until Juan and his team completed the installation my experience was extremely pleasant and satisfying.The estimate came back much better than I had hoped or prepared for, and the turnaround time was fairly quick. One week. I did my own backsplash so I cant speak to that, but if the quality of service I received with my countertop installation is any indication, Id say youre in good hands there as well.If youre thinking about installing a granite countertop anytime soon I would seriously look into this company.
