For my renovation project, I purchased the custom cabinets, the countertops and the carpets throughout the house from ProSource. The account manager Ashlie and the cabinet designer Josh are super friendly and knowledgeable. This was one of the best experiences I have ever had. I am very pleased with working with them. I highly recommend ProSource.

I couldnt be happier with my experience purchasing tile here! I had the pleasure of working with Imani, who was knowledgable, friendly and responsive throughout the entire process. The selection was great, the prices were fair and they even helped me when I needed to return tile (my fault for way over ordering, not theirs). Will definitely be shopping there again!

After posting the below review, Daniel Gallegos at ProSource contacted us and we were able to come to an agreement with which both parties felt comfortable. We received a check that covered the cost of materials plus at least a portion (if not all) of the labor to install our flooring. It seems ProSource has changed management to some degree, and this is for the best. Previous employees had told us that under no circumstance would we receive a check for our issues. We were also told that it would be up to us if we wanted to change our review. We mentioned we likely would. With life being busy, it didn’t happen immediately and we received an email requesting we update it. The situation ended up working out fine, over 2.5 years later.Original:We experienced not only bad workmanship at the hand of Prosource contractors, but even poorer handling of our complaints directly with the leadership at this company.To boil down several years worth of interaction with this company: Our builder contracted ProSource to provide flooring and install during our home build. Prosource proudly informed us that the products installed by them came with a great warranty and customer service. Wrong.Prosource installed our laminate flooring wrong from the beginning and refused to fix it. We had huge spaces between boards, incorrect installation of transitions, and warped flooring. As well as adhesive stuck to the top of our boards and defective (cracked and chipped) boards installed. After two repair teams came out, one reporting that the flooring was glued down and noting that initial installation was done incorrectly, regional manager, Sean McConnell, arrived. We were then asked how we cleaned our floor, if we dumped buckets of water on our laminate, if the sub-flooring was inspected during the build, not so subtle hints that its probably the builders fault, or maybe the product is faulty, etc. Sean told us he would contact our builder to discuss next steps. Our builder wasnt involved in any prior fixes, so it’s clear that ProSouce was tired of paying for their own mistakes and wanted to shift blame. Our builder confirmed that the sub-flooring was inspected and cleared. At this time we also found out that our builder no longer worked with ProSource (thats telling, isnt it?). ProSource contacted Mohawk, the manufacturer, who sent out a third party inspector to determine if the product or ProSource was at fault. Unsurprisingly, the answer was that the problem is with installation.Instead of owning up to this problem and offering to re-install our floor or write us a check for a refund, ProSource leaders arrived at our home and proceeded to tell us that this was actually the builder’s fault. Emails were sent back and forth. ProSource gave us two options, both of which would be unsightly and require US TO PAY. It’s obvious this company has no idea how to install any of the products they sell so why would I trust them in my home again? We advise we would like the cost of materials that were paid to them when we built the house. To be clear, it’s a couple thousand bucks. Sean McConnell said we would never receive a check. We communicate that our relationship is over and we will be reporting them. I’m sure they will reply to this review with how hard they worked to come to a resolution. But we gave them the option to treat us correctly many times and they didn’t.To support our review, pictures are attached.Adhesive stuck to the top of a board, we’ve tried everything we can to get this off, no luck. Giant spaces between the boards in several places. Cracked and chipped planks. This damage occurred prior to or during installment because this damage is present in an area of the house that we do not walk in or have furniture (corner of a formal dining room). Transition from bathroom flooring to hallway, improper handling of transition between materials.

Hello! I recently had the very, very best experience at ProSource. 10/10 - The account manager I worked with was ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL! Excellent customer service from the initial phone call to her helping me to the car with the samples -- to which I add, I didnt even have to ask. She was wonderful to work with and made my experience seamless. I was specifically searching for bathroom tile. ProSource had a fantastic selection whether you are looking for high end or budget friendly. My account manager looked at my inspiration images and immediately pulled multiple items I loved. If you are in the market for tile, I would recommend making an appointment at ProSource to review their selection. Thank you ProSource for a fantastic experience.

My wife and I met twice with a designer, once by Facetime about a bathroom. Despite multiple calls and emails, we have not received even the courtesy of a response. No answer. Nothing. For all we know, the place is closed. I would strongly caution anyone against allowing a decorator to send you here. Our last conversation, when we were ready to make plans to renovate our master bathroom was late August. We have given up and are looking elsewhere. Never have been so ignored and poorly treated.Don’t bother with these people.

Talk about great customer service!! Yesterday we had a pallet of hardwood to be delivered. The driver was unable to get his truck into my drive, and we ended up with the pallet sitting by the mailbox. Not long afterward, our salesman, Andy, called to make sure it had arrived. When he heard about the delivery struggle, he immediately drove over and began to load boxes into his personal pickup to drive them up to the house himself. My husband and a neighbor joined in for four round trips in the pickup, loading and unloading. We were amazed at his attitude and were so grateful for his help in making short work of an unexpected task. What a wonderful example of going way above and beyond! Thank you so much, Andy! I have been purchasing flooring from ProSource for several years now. Their customer service is fantastic and always keep me updated on the status of my orders. I have recently started purchasing cabinets from them and have had the same customer service.

After visiting several tile shops/studios in the middle TN area, we saw an ad for ProSource and stopped in. Not only did they have a larger selection and better prices, their staff were all very knowledgeable about the products they sell, including tips and tricks on installation. It was this knowledge alomg with their willingness to work with the customer to achieve the desired results with the correct products that made us buy from ProSource. They will be our go-to store for all tile or flooring needs!

Very disappointed with ProSource of Nashville. Bought flooring from ProSource and needed a t piece to finish the transit between the floor and tile. We ordered one as they had none in stock to match the flooring and were charged a $70 deliver fee for a t piece that barely weighs a pound. Were not told of the delivery charge up front and they would not return it. Had we known, we would have had a piece custom made for much less. Felt really ripped off. Will not shop from them again and recommend you do the same.

There’s plenty of blame to go around prosource, homeowner, that’s me and tile installer. We ordered smoke grey grout color and it was clearly on the paid invoice. When the installer went to pick up the order he was given a pick up ticket with a totally different color for the grout, we purchased the perma color brand which has a colorant to mix with the grout. How and why ProSource order fulfiller changed the grout color remains a mystery, no one owned up to the mistake. So the installer happily installs the grout and then comes to me and says “you have the wrong caulk color” at which point I investigated and told him, no pro source sent the wrong grout color. Our installer was awesome he removed all the wrong grout and fixed their mistake. Only the shower floor (a basket weave) would have been too time consuming to remove /replace. So a color dye was used, it came out darker but not that noticeable. Once Prosource was notified they got us the correct materials and communicated well thru the process. Christie Hite was wonderful. The moral of the story to all homeowners, CHECK AND DOUBLE CHECK YOUR ORDER!

This is the 2nd time working with prosource. 1st was special order. Timely, helpful, patient. 2nd was multiple trips to decide and changes. Accommodated need to take samples. Received products on time. Very customer service friendly.
