I had a pick up from their warehouse, and while I was waiting to get loaded I decided to go buy some cookies and give it a try. Man let me tell you. Idk what they put in those cookies but those cookies gotta be one of the best cookies I probably ever had. It was beyond good. At least in my opinion. Good thing I bought like 10 and had some saved up for the next day. Saved the spot as a favorite location and will definitely stop by next time when passing by. Definitely recommend.

I just experienced the worst display of customer service ever! While standing in line a visitor with a sense of entitlement presumptively asked to cut in front of me in line... because he had a big group (isnt it usually customary for a big group to allow an individual to go first?) After I told him no...that he and his group could wait he went to the person at the register who obliged his request for his group to cut in front of me. Im a Nashville resident...living only a few blocks from Christies and routinely make tins of Christies a business gift. Today the gift was.for my nieces and nephew...the message Christies customer service gave me today was that not only was some random group arriving after me more important than me...but they were more important than my family that I purchasing a bulk order of my own for...Is this the kind of neighbor I should continue to patronize for corporate clients?#Christiespoorcustomerservice #ChristieCookiesPoorCorporateCitizen

Oh my wow !!!! Someone had a bucket of these cookies over Christmas . Thats the first time Ive ever saw them or tried them . Outstanding !!! It was like it just came out of the oven ! I cannot believe how good they were . I believe it was oatmeal and chocolate chip cookies. needless to say I told him it was the best thing hes ever ordered and please order two more buckets immediately ! These cookies are at the top of the list ! Anybody that likes cookies will love these cookies ! He had all kind of different flavors they were all outstanding ! Excellent packaging ! Great taste ! Im hooked I dont know what to say ! If there for yourself or a gift youll probably end up keeping them for yourself and buying them something else and hide the cookies ! These cookies are to die for!! And the ice cream cookie sandwich? Omg I thought I went to heaven for a minute! Worth every penny. The staff was so friendly as well! Greeted us as we walked in and ran through all of our options of cookie flavors. They offer coffee and fresh milk. One thing I wish they did have was bottled water, for those of us who don’t drink milk or coffee. Don’t pass these us when you’re visiting Nashville!

Through the years I have sent cookies to my dad in Florida, he is a past Nashvillian.For his BD the order was to be delivered to his home. My dad is blind, does not drive, lives alone. The delivery receipt states :left at garage. His house and garage are separate with a 25yd covered sidewalk. HE WILL NOT FIND THEM! They did not knock or approach his house.The delivery is gone! This is not how business should be done.My last order from these goofballs

I have stopped by the Germantown location on 3 different occasions to find a hand written note on the door saying be back at 2:45. I thought the hours of operation were from 10-6p.

Exceptional cookies. I used Goldbelly to order two tins of chocolate chip in the tin cookies and they were phenomenal. They arrived promptly via FedEx and it was well packed and the cookies literally felt fresh even though it was shipped over a couple of days. Anyone who is a fan of chocolate chip cookies should try these. Great gift idea for corporate or holiday time. Will definitely buy again.

I stopped in the small shop. Quickly knew I was in the right place. I picked up a dozen cookies and one brownie. The brownie was only for research purposes.Wow! I was and am very pleased. I for sure will be back. Everything was fresh and very tasty. Really worth the stop. Well done!

Cookie i got were fine. the negative reviews are scary but i give them 5 starsthey were really good.

One star is too much. On their website it has they will ship to APO addesses - but to call for rates. I called and 2 different customer service (including the mgr) numbers and both times told the Comoany has NEVER EVER sent to APO addresses. I asked to why the info was on the website and could not get an answer as to why. So I paid to get the cookies shipped to me then I mailed to my daughter who is stationed in Afghanistan- the process took 11 days (counting the 3 days it took to get to me first)-So if you have a military loved serving our country don’t bother with Christy’s Cookies.

We ordered three tins for Mother’s Day for friends and a tin for us. They are kinda expensive but worth it. The cookies was very fresh and wasn’t one broken cookie in the tin. They was packed with foam for protection. They arrived On time and in prefect shape. I’m not a big cookie eater but in 24 hours have ate five cookies. Normally I would say chocolate chip would be my favorite but I love the white chocolate with macadamia Nuts!! Thinking about visiting their store to pick out some of their other flavors!

Christie cookie has the best cookies Ive ever tasted. They were nice, fresh, and soft. There was outstanding service, the staff is really friendly. They offer free samples of their cookies.The double tree signature cookie was amazing. This cookie along with a fresh cold glass of milk at Christie Cookie Co made my day.

My sisters, mom,niece and I were there a few weeks ago. None of us were that impressed with the cookies. They were very dry. My mom makes better cookies than these. However, I did like the flavor of the Nashville Hot, despite of them being dry.

I saw these cookies in my local Kroger in Atlanta yesterday but didn’t get them until tonight, after toiling over whether or not to buy them. I was skeptical because I like cookies that are soft in the middle and the packaging didn’t allow me to feel whether they were soft or not. I was concerned that they would be too hard or crumbly. After reading an unfavorite always Google review of the Christie Cookies specifically sold at Kroger, I grew more skeptical. Ultimately, I decided to take a risk on these and it was a well taken risk. These cookies are so good and taste freshly made! They were soft in the middle too. :) $5 well spent for a pack of 10.

I love this place! I get cookies from here all the time. I love their white chocolate macadamia nut cookies. I cant eat chocolate, but I heard their chocolate cookies as also great. I totally recommend this place. Its truly the best place to buy cookies in Nashville. The employees are nice and its a very neat place. You feel at home when you walk in. They place is truly outstanding.

Visited my local Kroger in the suburbs of Dallas and decided to try the cookies that were displayed. And omg so happy i did! Husband love them too!!

Very expensive. I called ahead to get prices of $1.50 cookie. Then came in to pickup my 2 dozen boxes and another 6 cookies. $64.00 later I had some cookies! There was no sign stating some cookies 1.50 but all the favorites in my box $2.50 each. Really, I could have brought a nice lunch for my customers vs some cookies for that price.

Got it from Kroger. The cookie was dry and crumbly, super disappointing you’re better off buying something cheaper or already prepackaged. Disappointing at the very best, might be better from the actual bakery but definitely won’t buy again from Kroger. Yuck.

Visit was great glad I found it. The cashier was so nice and my son didn’t even bother her. We will be back soon😃🤪

The cookies taste fabulous however after having received some as a gift I decided to send some to relatives in Europe. I called the order line and was assured they ship to european countries all the time, so I placed two orders, specifically requesting tracking numbers. I was told it would be several days to ship but they promised an email with tracking numbers when shipped. That never happened. I called in and was given tracking numbers which turned out to be incorrect (the numbers were not valid tracking numbers at all). I called back and was told the supervisor would email the numbers to me. I asked for the supervisors email address and followed up with an email requesting my tracking numbers. Several follow up emails and calls, nothing. Two gifts that cost $130 each, and paid another $70 each for shipping! I certainly think it is reasonable to confirm delivery when you pay that much for shipping alone. Bottom line, my opinion is the taste is great, service not so much!

Thanks a lot for the 100 dollar ticket for parking here after hours. Never get another dollar of mine. Merry Christmas.

Very welcoming ladies who were working the front. Cookies were yummy, yummy and really inexpensive. Although the Christie Cookie Co. doesnt offer tours, they told us a little history about the company. They also gave my husband and I good local places to explore in the area around Germantown. They were also nice enough to let us park in their lot while we had lunch nearby. A lot goes a long way with hospitality. We will be back.

This is a great family oriented place and the people who work there are so nice and theyre willing to go the extra mile to make sure your order is correct and just love the smiles!

***WARNING: NOT SUITABLE FOR ANYONE WITH ALLERGIES OF ANY KIND.***I stopped in here while shopping some of the nearby boutiques last weekend on a visit to Nashville and was EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED. If I could rate this place negative, I would. It almost put me in the hospital for the rest of my trip.I have a very severe, life threatening, allergy to nuts which I stated to the blonde woman working when I entered. I asked if by chance any of their products were safe for me to eat or if there may be possibility of cross contamination. She wasn’t friendly at all, but told me that I would be perfectly fine.I then ordered two chocolate chip cookies to go after again, checking to see if they contained anything with nuts. I left the store, and happened to look this company up online to see what their story was....I ended up finding nutrition information for some of their cookies, which included the ingredients of their chocolate chip cookies. The same is ordered.The ingredients state in plain sight that the cookies contained almond toffee with roasted almonds! It also had allergy information about the cookies containing nuts and being produced in a facility with several kinds of other nuts.THANK GOD I somehow looked at this before eating the cookies or trying a sample which they put out for people in the store. Had I eaten them, I would have gone into anaphylactic shock.I returned back to the store later that afternoon to let the girl know what happened and how terrible it would have been had I eaten the cookies she told me didn’t have nuts in them. She looked blankly at me and said “well yeah, they have almond extract in them” which wasn’t even accurate. There were two other people at that point working with her in the store, none who spoke up at all. I again stated that this was really very Important, and that people who have allergies need to know, because someone could end up in the hospital or even dead from a mistake like this. Not one of the 3 apologized or showed any remorse, they just asked if I’d like a $5 refund for the 2 cookies. I took the refund, and again stated that it wasn’t the money I cared about, but the fact that this whole experience wasn’t ok.Any food related business needs to be aware of allergies and the ingredients in their foods, especially with all of the different kinds of allergies people have today. I was SHOCKED by how poorly they handled this, and would caution people away from this place.

I love this place! The make the BEST gluten free cookies I have ever had! They make gluten free versions of the white chocolate macadamia nut, chocolate chip, and oatmeal raisin cookies, and they taste like the real thing! The store also sells cookie dough in tubs for a great price!

I purchased my first Christie Cookie yesterday from Albertsons in Fort Worth. Im hoarding them and hiding them from myself. My favorite cookie is White Chocolate and Macadamia Nuts and these are the best ever.

I purchased cookies back from you guys around Valentines Day. The customer service was wonderful, and they scheduled my delivery for the cookies to be at location for Valentines Day. The cookies were such a hit, I ordered them for my boyfriend for his birthday treat. I called on two different occasions to see what I needed to do (thinking I could go ahead and purchase and schedule deliver), but the lady was quite rude, didnt offer to do the phone order. She told me to order on Friday, and they cookies would be there on Monday. I called a couple weeks later just to clarify, and another lady said the order on Friday, and he would have them by Monday. Well, its Monday, and my cookies were not delivered. When I called, I was informed that this was not policy and that I needed to have purchased on Thursday. I feel the staff needs to be better informed, and Im quite disappointed in the way this worked out.

I would probably give this place three stars. Based on the ladies that are working there 10 Stars if I could give it. These ladies were sweet and funny and bantered with us while we were in there. Theres nothing spectacular about the cookies average but the ladies make this what its about

Hours for Saturday on Google are not correct. My wife wanted cookies and they were closed when we got there before 5PM.

Jusst moved to Nashville about 3 months ago and purchased a new car from Beaman Toyota and they sent me Christie’s Cookies in the mail and they were the absolute best cookies I’ve ever had. My 3 year old barely likes sweets and had these cookies and said “mommy these cookies GOOD” Will be getting more ASAP

Sent to pick up 3 pallets of cookies. A backing nightmare for semi trucks. You have to back in from the streets which is very busy due to local traffic, disconnect your cab to prevent some one from hitting it and construction of apartment literally right across the street. This area is developing up around this place. Hopefully this place will relocate before some dummy not paying attention, feel entitled hits a truck or run over a driver trying to deliver here.

My husband and I were married on October 12th here in Nashville, TN. Because of my husbands incredible love (and maybe addiction?) to cookies, we KNEW there had to be a plethora of them at our wedding reception. In fact, we almost decide to forgo cake because of the intense need for cookies.Based on several recommendations, we decided to go sample some Christie Cookies at the main branch in Germantown. We were immediately floored by the deliciousness of ALL of the flavors, and set to work to figure out how to order a large amount of them. Thanks to the friendly and accommodating staff at Christie Cookies, we were able to very easily place an order. Two days before the wedding, they were picked up by a family member and whisked away to the reception!We received so many compliments on these cookies throughout the evening... I was surprised to find out that we even had leftovers! But thank goodness we did, because the two of us have been snacking on them since then. Id say that my cookie connoisseur husband is definitely pleased. Thank you, Christie Cookies!

The choices are few and hard to view, being displayed on open shelves behind the cashier. Ive enjoyed their cookies in the past, but I thought they were dry and somewhat stale this time. The store felt more like a depot rather than a bakery. Very disappointing.

I was thrilled to see your cookies being sold at Kroger since so convenient. Initially they were fresh. However, after a few weeks they began baking them only 7-10 days so they are stale. They will often be completely out and display removed. When asked at the goodlettsville store why not baked more often so they will be fresh, i was told all their cookie dough shipped from warehouse only weekly. So the christie cookies are never actually fresh. Kroger hurting your reputation for high quality cookies.

Ordered gluten free cookies as a gift for a good friend who had just weathered a serious medical procedure and said no flowers, but when Im well enough, Id love some cookies. The delivery day was a Tuesday but I found out 7 days later, no cookies. Called Chrstie Cookies customer service and they had no explanation or apology but said the cookies would be delivered that day(the next Tuesday). Again, no cookies. Called customer service and got a very nice woman who had no explanation, but said the gluten free cookies are actually baked in Murfreesboro, the same city to which they were to be delivered.???? Dont care how good their cookies are if they cant deliver them. Cant be trusted.
