I would like to start out by saying I have been a loyal customer of this company for many years. After today I can no longer say this! I reached out regarding the price increase that happened to be on tax free weekend… I felt like this was odd timing for the price increase and I wanted to make them aware of how this looks. I then received a call from the “Owner” Mason . This call went south fast. He started out by letting me know why the price was increased. Which was fine until he decided to talk down to me and yell. During this time he told me that if I don’t like the way he does business then good riddance that my business wasn’t need. This rant went on for sometime until he began to scream into the phone using awful language. I hope he gets a complaint department because he should not be handling it himself! This seems to be an issue with Mason as I have seen a couple of poor replies from him on other reviews.

Quality of the clothes are always awesome and last for a long time. Best place to buy for any UT and Tristar apparel. I received my online order today and they even threw in some extra stuff with a note, appreciate it Mason! Their team cares and you don’t see stuff like that nowadays. VT will always keep my business!

Best place for the coolest state pride and UT gear! My whole family has been buying from Vol Traditions for years. From stickers to hats to mystery packs, everyone always gets something from VT for Christmas every year. I stopped by the store a few weeks ago (first time) and the customer service was great! We usually buy from Alumni Hall if in person, but now we’re definitely making the trip to visit the VT store. Keep it up guys and Go Vols!

Simply amazing. Checked out this cute little store which is also the warehouse in back. Great quality stuff, trendy and perfect. The person in the store was beyond helpful and nice. Another staff member helped with sizing.. all staff were happy to be working.. almost like family! when I left the store (with a great new hat/ 2 long sleeves and a pair of shorts- plus I was given a onsie for my new baby) I had the best smile. I even called my husband to tell him about he wonderful experience. Shop local and check this brand out.

Ive always wanted to stop by and look inside. When I first walked in, the guy at the front desk was super helpful and even mentioned the sales rack. They had the best sales Ive ever seen. Two additional workers came in and said hello! Ive never felt so welcomed in a store before! I asked about their ties, and they were out of stock. The employee instead of just saying, we are out. He guided me to the website to sign up for inventory alerts. Will be coming back for wedding ties! If youre in town you need to make this a stop!

I walked in looking to buy 1 polo but I walked out with multiple polos, a hat and even a few button ups. Mason was very helpful and friendly and I can’t say enough about the customer service. Their new polos are EXTREMELY comfortable and I wish I owned 10 more.

Their stuff is kinda cool, but I went to the Vol Shop and none of their stuff had pricing on it, and what very little did seemed exorbitantly priced. Maybe thats more of a reflection on the Vol Shop but irregardless 85 dollars for a golf polo shirt that felt cheap seemed like bad value.

10/10 would recommend. Great company, great people, and great products!
