Tribe Kelleys fantastic customer service (in store and online) is what made me write this review!I purchased 3 items from the warehouse sale they had going on over Labor Day weekend. After measuring myself and ordering my sizes, the items arrived a week later and did not fit. I was so bummed. I emailed customer service explaining the situation and asking them if they could exchange the clothing for a few sizes up, because this was not the first time Ive had trouble with their sizing. (I was not hopeful because most companies do not return or exchange for big sales like this.) They emailed me back and gave me a gift card for the amount I spent on the pieces that didnt fit and told me to gift the clothing to a friend, a buy something else on the website on them!When on vacation to Nashville I stopped by their store to buy a beanie and the girls were so sweet and helpful. Yes they are a little pricier, and I recommend sizing WAY up on most of their clothing with sleeves, but they have great sales and their quality is extremely unique in the best way possible. Great brand!

The attention to detail that goes into each piece is impeccable. The denim is seriously THE BEST!!! The quality, the hem lines, even down to zipper and button details. Incredible. Looking forward to adding more pieces to my collection!!!

I have been to the Trading Post twice and both times were some of the best experiences I have ever had in a store. The first time, the workers made us feel so comfortable and gave me a card so that I can call ahead and she can pick things out for me. The second time was just as awesome. They helped me find amazing pieces (sometimes disappearing to the mysterious stock room 😂), exchanged sizes, offered us drinks and everything. One of my favorite places to shop in Nashville. Love the style and love the store. ❤️

Why did I give a 5-star rating? The headpieces are the BEST in my opinion! Want to open another location? Please consider Charleston, SC. Saw BK & Tyler when they were performing at the Joe baseball stadium a couple of years ago. Aside from the humidity, its a beautiful place and your store would do well here. Love the merchandise and wish you all the best. Maybe 1 day I can travel up there to visit the store in Nashville.

I live in Wisconsin and have not been able to make it out to Nashville yet to see the real thing, but I can tell you that ordering online is so quick and easy! Honestly, the most efficient and legit online shopping experience I have ever had! They even include their own personal touch of a legit flower as a thank you post card signed by Tribe Kelley and you can actually plant it! How cool is that?! Everything is made in the states! I love that they add such a unique, personal experience and show appreciation to their tribe members located all over the US that are not available to visit the store, but yet they add an experience of their own in each packaged gift sent out to you. I highly recommend ordering from them online if you are not able to make it to the trading post because they still make it a great experience with their own personal touch from home.Much love from Wisconsin!

I am a massive fan of Florida Georgia line and love tribe Kelley. I have only ever ordered off line but being able to finaly go to a store I loved it it was amazing and the staff was so friendly!!

Tribe Kelley is absolutely AMAZING. Staff is so genuine and down to earth. The Kelleys are also always so involved in their store, it makes for a great experience. Everyone is super sweet and try to get to know you, they probably still remember my baby (Cash) because we continue to keep shopping here. We LOVE Tribe Kelley to say that least. :)

Made in the USA and being designer, the prices are what to be expected. Higher then we all want to personally spend but the products are definitely worth it when discounts and sales are available! The quality of the products are amazing and the style is its own and unique. I personally love fall/earth colors and I feel like they have a lot more to offer that style compared to other clothing designers. I’ve only ever purchased online on the website but I’ve heard the customer service in store is amazing.

I got to go to the Trading Post for the first time today and it was an incredible experience! I have been a fan of this brand since the night it launched and have been looking forward to the Trading Post since they announced it. The wonderful employees made me feel so beautiful. Kris was the lady I mainly worked with and she was so sweet. As I was trying on, they would compliment the outfits and make suggestions. It was the best kind of dress up! Ive been to Tribe Kelly twice now and both my experiences were amazing. From the staff to the clothes, the smell, the store, its incredible! My husband went in on the day of the opening and he got to meet the Kellys and said they were so down to earth and welcoming. I have two beanies from there and wear them ALL the time. I plan to take all my out of town company there for some Nashville love!

I was in Nashville with my Mom for the first time and had to visit Tribe Kelley Trading Post . It was an amazing shopping experience!! Bianca and Tierney were so helpful. The vibe was great love love the clothes my Mom loved it as well. First off, LOVE the vibe of this place! I was there a few weekends ago and had the pleasure of meeting Bianca and Tierney. They were so helpful and had great suggestions for baby sweats. I had my 6 month old with me and they were AMAZING with her! She got the Nashville Tribe Kelley sweat set and obsessed is an understatement! They are so soft and she will be able to wear them for a long time. I also snagged the Moonstone candle and it is my go to bath/relax candle. All around, this place is amazing and I will go back every time I’m in Nashville! If the rest of the staff is anything like Bianca and Tierney, which I’m betting they are, than they are wonderful and totally make the shopping trip worth it! Can’t wait to snag some Spring sweats!

LOVE LOVE LOVE this store!! Bianca is AMAZING and the staff is so helpful. Ended up buying a pair of grey tennis shoes that are so awesome (my favs) a sweatshirt, some leggings and several hats. The only thing that would have made my visit better is if Brittney and Brian and all of the pups would have been there. Do yourself a favor yall, RUN dont walk to this store ASAP!!

During a recent trip down to Nashville from New York, I made it a priority to stop into this store. I’ve been a long time customer and fan of the quality and style of their clothing since they opened their online store. I can honestly say I was not disappointed at all. Everything from the design of the store, the clothing, the workers and customer service all deserve more than 5 stars. I felt extremely welcomed from the moment I walked in and I will definitely be returning on my next trip!

Gorgeous pieces carefully selected. The fabrics are so soft and high quality its out of this world. The staff and very friendly and let your browse at your own pace. Many items are made locally. The price point is fairly high but you get what you pay for :)

Ive been buying from Tribe Kelley online since they first started making clothes so you can only imagine my excitement when I found out they were opening a brick and mortar and it did not disappoint. The store is beautiful and clean and the staff is amazing and helpful. If you are in the area I highly recommend stopping in, you wont be disappointed.

I visited Tribe Kelly at the beginning of January 2018, and had a WONDERFUL experience. The staff was extremely kind and helpful. My friend and I bought beanies and were so excited to bring them back to Canada and show them off. I bought the maroon distressed one and LOVE it. Although I have not yet been to the store in person(sad), my Dad went to the store while he was visiting Nashville and did some shopping for me. Everyone helped him shop for me, and even though I ended up having to exchange something for size, I was able to do it all over the phone and the staff was so helpful with the exchange! I love this brand and everything they are about. (Natural, USA Made, etc.) I’ve purchased their clothing online in the past, but it is so nice to finally have a physical place to check out everything they have to offer, including their candles and wellness line. You can tell the owners have really put a lot of thought and effort into making shopping at the trading post a unique, personal, and enjoyable experience. I visited the Tribe Kelley Trading post a few days before Christmas. I thought Id get some gifts for my Dad, but I ended up getting more for myself. I am officially OBSESSED with my Cruze Crew. I got the Camel one. But now I want to collect all the colors. The Tribe Ts are officially my favorite T shirts. And the Poncho...awesome. Tribe Kelley is worth every penny! You can see and FEEL the quality of the stuff youre getting. And the people that work in the store are the nicest people you will ever meet. Amazing service!

We just had a wonderful shopping experience at Tribe Kelley! All of the employees were sweet, kind and extremely helpful. I arrived 30 minutes after the store was supposed to open. The doors were all locked. There was an employee inside who clearly saw me standing outside in the cold and still did not unlock the doors. It was 20 degrees out and she could not have cared less for my wellbeing. I was very excited to try out this brand, but I left with nothing but disgust.

I live in NC & saw where they were having a sale on their boots, in store only. Was able to call & chat with the NICEST sales associate! I bought 2 pairs of boots & absolutely LOVE them! The prices were a great buy. So glad I can follow them on IG & see what’s going on!

I went to the grand opening of the Tribe Kelley store for my birthday. I traveled all the way from Virginia to Tennessee and it was SO worth it!!! Everyone in there was so helpful and so nice! I was able to talk with both Brittney and Brian Kelley and they were so sweet and down to earth, Brittney was so helpful and nice! I would be in there all the time if I lived in Nashville. Amazing merchandise and great experience! We shopped with Tierney both times and since returning back to Ohio, she has let me know of sales and I have purchased two pairs of shoes! We also met Brian and spoke to him the two days we were there and he was kind enough to chat with us and refer places to go out! Shopping online with Tribe Kelley is always easy, flawless and the quality of their pieces continually exceed my expectations. Today I saw a piece on their Insta Story and inquired. I didnt expect a quick response but Tierney responded right away. I have Stagecoach coming up so I asked if I should check out their Insta or the website to find some additional pieces. To my surprise she responded by asking for my phone number so she could personally text me some of her faves in the store. She spent a good half hour sending me several different options and Abigail was kind enough to model the items so I could see how they fit. Ive never had that kind of experience shopping online for clothes. The personal experience and their styling was pretty bad ass. I look forward to giving Tierney a call again and having her send me more items in the future. As a business owner myself I am impressed by the customer service, quality, and attention to detail Tribe Kelley never fails to demonstrate. After following the brand and being a customer from the beginning, I was finally able to visit the Trading Post last weekend. The clothes are great quality, nothing but beautiful souls on staff, and the atmosphere is perfect! Ended up buying the moonstone candle and the Cruze crew in camel. Can’t wait to be a frequent customer once I move back to Nashville this summer.

I live in Minnesota and have made two TK Trading Post orders over the phone. Bianca and Abigail were both very helpful- they even were able to send me photos of leather goods I was interested in buying before I purchased them. Awesome customer service and I will definitely order from them again!!!

So my girlfriend and I decided to checkout the Tribe Kelley Trading Post. We arrived at 10:10am. Also outside of the front door was a new girl on her first day at the job. She eventually made it into the building around the other side. While my girlfriend and I were still outside the front door waiting to be let in. We peeked inside and noticed a female turning on lights and lighting candles in the store. She was a worker of the store who must of been late to open up for the day. While she noticed we were outside standing in the freezing cold. She continued to run to the back of the store and back out to the front. We thought she was going to let us in. But she continued to go about her business getting the store setup for opening. So my girlfriend and I decided to leave. Because at that point we waited for over 20 minutes outside in the freezing cold. And the girl opening the store would not open the doors for business still. At this point it was after 10:30am. Considering the store opens at 10:00am and the the store doors were still closed at 10:30am. I consider this bad customer service. It’s a shame because we came from Toledo,OH to checkout this establishment. I have purchased two hats from this store online off the website (camo and grey). A bad experience like this can really upset a person who had high regards to your hats. And it was a chance for my girlfriend to checkout the women’s clothing and caps as well.

I am a HUGE Tribe Kelley fan, especially the towel tee - MUST HAVE folks!! These clothes are comfortable, durable, and adorable. Do yourself a favor and buy some pieces. Can’t wait to sample their new candles and kids line, my son is going to be cuter than yours! 😘

Went back in December 2017, had a wonderful experience. We came from Baton Rouge,LA and the cashier, (cant remember her name) was from Metairie, LA, was so helpful. Wanted to meet Bcole and BK, but they were not there. Beautiful shop and great comfortable clothes. Cant wait to go back one day!!!

I have yet to actually step foot in the trading post but I have a trip to Nashville planned for my 21st birthday and the post will definitely be one of my stops. I have been following the owners on Instagram for a few years now and really enjoy their positive vibes, energy and dedication to creating something they whole-heartedly love. I cannot wait to have a piece from their collection because its not just a piece of clothing, it is a family and a dream that they have created. Plus I dont know many places where the staff is knowledgeable with fashion and will take the time to help you find something that truly fits your shape and personality.

There was never a doubt in my mind if the opening of the trading post was going to be anything short of amazing. I happened to email the tribe last week and I got such an immediate response from Kylie. My question wasnt even about the clothes or the post..I just wanted to simply know if Bcole and BK would be there if I visited, something I was dying to know the answer too. She was quick to respond and so informative on that information.I love the atmosphere in photos, i love the music they play in the store, and I love the tribe in general. So happy for Bcole and BK on this awesome place that they are sharing with all of us!Love yall!

My husband and I were in town for my 30th Birthday and my only request was to stop by your new store. It was a great experience, the girls working were awesome and I left with a new shirt for myself and my 2 year old son is going to be the most styling kid at daycare in his new TK shirt!

Im editing my review which was previously expressing frustration with their online return policy. While they never returned three of my emails (spread out over 3 weeks) I did eventually find the policy on their website and returned it myself. If you go through them they charge you over $7 for a return label, but I went to the post office and it was a little over $2.00. After telling them I wrote a bad review they did get back to me, but I realized my mistake that they charged me $7.00 regardless.

One Word...Amazing! Which cant even begin to describe this brand and store!I have been a TK fan for YEARS... since the brand was originally launched! Since then, it has completely blown up and is my most shopped brand! Im pretty sure i have every piece in at least ONE color! Besides from being gorgeous pieces the quality is amazing! & Made here in the USA!Being from Kansas, there isnt much fashion here and most stores are retail chains. These pieces are great for everyone and I am getting more and more friends and family hooked!I ordered my pieces off of the website previously but have since visited Nashville just to get a chance to get into the Trading Post and now I call the store directly. The people that work in the store, especially Tierney, are the nicest and friendliest people you will ever meet! Which is no surprise that the Kelleys would have only the best employees! If you havent had a chance to get to the store - GO! These are great people with a great brand and a great attitude. Haven’t actually gotten to visit the new store yet, but have had the opportunity to attend a pop-up shop at the new store’s location and have nothing but great things to say about it! I have followed Tribe Kelley ever since Bcole first announced its frutition on instagram. Every single piece I own from TK (which is a lot) is so incredibly comfortable, unique, and so stylish it’s unreal! If I ever had to describe my style to someone, the entire line of TK products would be my answer. I cannot wait to FINALLY get to visit the Trading Post when I visit Nashville for my Bachelorette party in March, because I know that my experience there will be nothing short of amazing!!!
