Amazing customer service!!I visited for the weekend and came to Patagonia to exchanged a gift, and the Patagonia team helped me find a jacket in my size from a different store.I made it home and realized that I forgot my patch in the pocket of the returned jacket. No worries! I called the store, they tracked it down, and mailed it to me.Another great reason to return to Nashville!

Amazing food, I cant believe a Tex-Mex Restaurant blew all other Mexican places away with taste and quality of food. Server was very nice as well. Parking was free in a covered garage behind building.

I just had the best customer experience at this store. This store is also doing the best job Ive seen of anyone regarding the pandemic and taking precautions to protect their staff and shoppers. Customers arent allowed in the store and they bring everything to meet you curbside. Im sure this takes a lot of extra effort on their part, but I really appreciate them for enacting these policies to reduce the community spread of covid19.I needed to exchange a product I ordered online. I called in the morning and spoke to an associate named Laurel who told me they had the one I needed in stock and that I could come by and make the exchange any time. When I got there, I called to let them know I was there (Laurel answered and assisted me). She brought out the new product and processed the exchange. Painless. Super friendly service.

At this point, the science doesn’t align with their COVID protocols. They have essentially closed their doors eliminating people’s free will and freedoms to choose. I will not come back.

Came here a few weeks ago, the staff are extremely friendly and helpful.Brought in a tres parka for repair as the down was coming out after five years of use, was expecting they would either re-stuff the down or trade in for store credit....instead, the staff was kind enough to replace a new parka for me! Way too go Patagonia!! Really shows that they care about customer experience and hold true to their iron clad standard.Later, my family purchased three more fleeces, a few t shirts and a pair baggies shorts. This was probably the easiest way to show our support and appreciation to the Patagonia team.Highly recommend shopping here, and you will only find the best products at Patagonia. No regrets!!!

Great service and products! Came in to have them try to fix up my nano puff jacket and they just gave me a brand new one for free! Service like that makes it worth spending $250 for a jacket. Such good people there! Came in to exchange my sons Christmas gift and ended up asking about the retro shelled x pullover which is sold out online! The girl ( I wish I could remember her name) got on the phone and started calling other stores to check if they had one in my size. She made my day! We got one ordered up. By the the way it was my first Patagonia purchase! I walked out of the store cheesing pretty hard. Thank you again!

Awesome company and great staff! I dropped in today to send a jacket out for repair and to make an exchange. Unfortunately, I didn’t check the hours and arrived about 20-min before they opened. I was waiting outside and one of the employees invited me in and took care of the repair and exchange before they opened. What can I say? That never happens. This is a great company through and through - responsible business practices, high quality products, and great employees. The new Nashville location is no exception. Thank you!
