People are really nice. Although, I ordered a decent amount of custom garments in December, and they did not fit at all. It is now almost the end of may and I do not have the garments. So we are now on 6 months of no garments. 6 months! I ended up having to buy other suits from another company, so I pretty much had to pay double.

Ive been coming to this location for 10 months and theyve had four different stylists/managers of this store in that time. Nearly impossible to build any rapport or get any true measurements/assessments done. Disappointing considering price.

The showroom is tucked into the back corner of Edgehill Village, and it was the most relaxing experience Ive ever had while shopping. Allie (showroom manager) helped me pick a pattern and fabric, and then I stepped into the fancy 3D body scanner to take my exact measurements. After talking through the fit of the shirt and double checking a couple measurements, they placed my order for my custom tailored shirt and that was that.

I attended a private measuring event at Alton Lane with a group of buddies. We had an absolute blast.Allie Farrish was our tailor. She was exceedingly knowledgeable and an excellent host. She guided us through the selection process with ease. I look forward to shopping with Alton Lane for years to come.
