I personally have never had any issues with the store. I only go when Im not in a rush and have an hour to waste. I do know that 90% of the people that go there are already teed off from being on the phone 2 hours so their story is different than mine. Staff has always been courteous to me and helped resolve my issues. Of course, when I do go, its always something that got messed up on the xfinity system side.

Hopeless support. Couldn’t help and didn’t want to help. Go anywhere else but here. Moving house I was told in the store all I needed to do was take my modem with me and they cancelled the technician appointment I had booked. I moved in - nothing worked and I have to wait 4 days for another technician to come out. The ‘staff’ in the store were completely unhelpful and unwilling to even try to help. Thanks xfinity

DONT USE - GO AT&T OR GOGGLE FIBER. I would give zero stars if possible. Super disappointed in Comcast service. I tried to set up internet back in January and the tech came out and there were no more cables left since neighbors were already set. Tech said Id either need Comcast to come out and lay more cable or go with another provider. I still paid the tech service fee even though they accomplished nothing. I went with AT&T and then I canceled Comcast - then I get a notification that I owe money for a service I could never end use if I wanted to.I called Comcast and visited this store - they said they would take the charge off since I never used the Comcast service - that was back in January.... Now I received a note that they sent my account to a debt collector.

John Eldridge, tried to take advantage of me by changing my 12 month internet plan to a 24 month plan under the guise of getting me a better deal and telling me that nothing about my original plan was changing. Thankfully I checked my email carefully once I got home and saw the difference, but then I had to go into the store for a third time in 3 days to get it changed back. Everyone else was helpful in person (not over the phone), but John was very manipulative... He acted like someone getting paid commission which was annoying and very unhelpful.

I was so disappointed. The lack of customer service skills we received from associate Anna is something weve never experienced. My husband & I have been good standing customers for an entire year and even recently upgrading our service. We went into the store today to add 2 lines of Xfinity Mobile service. All was well. We knew what we wanted. Jason, the General Manager was very kind and offered assistance every way he could. All was going well until he left for the day. Every agent seemed to have lost their customer service etiquette training and Anna had no clue what or how she was doing. The original phones we wanted were out of stock so we settled on another one. Anna inputted my info into her computer and told me we qualified for 5 lines of service. She pushed us for tablets, and even watches. We politely declined. Once doing that we no longer could get the phones unless we paid the entire amount upfront. I politely asked Anna to ask for assistance as her GM did before leaving. She asked Kevin who walked over and said It is what it is. The computer says what it says. At this point I said thank you anyways and walked off. Yes, I was angry and did let the female in the front know. She said she was the manager and walked out of the store to talk. Like why now? We drove out of our way specifically to come to this location.Please, do not waste your time or energy here. Drive the extra few miles of you need to.

Comcast in general is lethargic in disconnecting service. One week after a scheduled disconnect and act like it’s a big process. Granted if you want to get service… they can turn it on almost instantly. Amazing how that works.I also called into the activation team.., got misrouted 3 times before their automated system worked right my 4th call… then they still couldn’t help be because of their own disconnect work order not being fulfilled.2 stars because deplorable customer service and hard to get logical answers - but their service was relatively trouble free once you babysit their inefficiencies.

The clerk was nice but Xfinitys cable packages are ridiculous. Paying for 100 channels makes no sense when you only watch 5 of them. And frankly there are some news channels I dont want my money going to. The first cable company that goes a la carte is going to get my business.

Really poor customer service. I’ve been trying to report this store. They are extremely unprofessional. They are not open when they claim to be open, I’ve had employees walk pass me refusing to acknowledge me, I’m shocked at the lack of professionalism. Very few people in line yet waited for like 45 mins while 3 employees just stood on the side chatting away. Do not recommend this store at all.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. If you want a complete waste of time customer experience choose Comcast. If you want some of the worst customer experience on the planet, choose Comcast. If you want to sit in automated queues for hours on end and never speak to an agent, choose Comcast.

Comcast is a horrible company from the top down. I was trying to get one their internet service packages, but the page kept freezing. I checked my bank statement that night, and Comcast had charged me TWICE for $50 each time. Went to this store and they told me to take it up with my bank. I got the money back, but feel like I dodged a bullet by not agreeing to ANYTHING with those wayward Robin Hoods. Give to the rich what you steal from the poor.

I recently switched from T-Mobile to Xfinity Mobile to seek a more reliable service and to give it a try due to the reviews Ive read pertaining to their services.Kevin tended to me promptly. He made me feel welcomed as a customer unlike his manager who hoovered around me like a vulture on a prey. She was annoying, creepy, and discriminatory. She better watch herself how she approach folks because it may not turn out too well for her especially nowadays.So far Im loving my phone service. Great quality along with a great deal! I would give the Xfinity store 5 stars but the managers behavior was a major turn off. Overall, Xfinity Mobile has great service that utilizes the towers from Verizon and you get hotspots from Xfinity. Prices are competitive. Thats a winner there!

The 2 Karen’s running the store were rude from the jump. Told me my feet had to be on the red circles they can’t help me lol. Forced masks and would not talk to me without. Not to be mean but just cuz ur unhappy with your overweight self does not mean you have to me mean to everyone. 100% will never come back to this store ever.

TV connection Service is poor. Had 3 technician come out spent 5hrs and TV is still freezing and but spring good. I feel like Im back in early 90s with dial up.. Awful...when you call for help they give so many excuses.but what choices do customers have..none..this is at me elderly mother house and every time tv mess up I have to go over unplug,restart modem...so frustrating.not recommended

I picked up a self install kit. Walled-in, immediately greeted by an employee. They swiftly found my order, asked a few questions to be sure I had everything I needed. I walke-out. Fastest Comcast visit I have ever experienced.

Literally had to come in just to pick up my router/ equipment for the service I just started with them. This store is awful. Heard an employee tell another employee (there were only 4 or 5) that was sitting in an office on the computer “hey did you see there’s 17 people in the queue” (as in checked in waiting to be helped) and she said “I diiiiid” then continued to just sit there on the computer instead of help the customers waiting 30-45 minutes for service. I’ve been waiting over 30 minutes and still waiting with at least 10 people in front of me.

Safety expectations are clearly marked in and out of the store. So no surprises. I had a large order of exchanging old equipment for new and the process was very quick with good customer service. I upgraded my internet for fast speeds which work great for virtual schooling.

Very well-presented establishment with excellent customer service. My girlfriend moved in a couple weeks ago, and we both had Xfinity. We called to transfer her service to my house. The first time I called, the rep said it was done. I called to make sure my account was closed, and I was told by another rep that it wasnt closed, but I needed to keep my service to avoid them having to come out twice - once for disconnecting my service and again to add my girlfriends. None of that was necessary.Dustin answered all of our questions and assisted us in several things that the call center did not do properly. It was refreshing to get clear answers and resolutions to the open issues we had, and thank you again, Dustin, for taking care of us and our needs.

One of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had! Waited half an hour until I was just able to speak to a representative. It didnt even look that busy, but the employees couldnt have been any slower. They simply dont care about their customers time and energy. When an employee named Alex C. finally attended to me, she didnt know what their latest deal on the Iphone SE even was (even though there were about a dozen posters on it in the store). Her ignorance was just bewildering to me! When I asked her about the phone i ordered two months ago, she said that she couldnt help me with that, and told me to go check on it myself. That obviously didnt help me at all. At the end I ended up completely wasting an hour of my time. If Xfinity truly cares about their customers like they say they do, then they either need to retrain their current employees or just hire some new ones which are going to do their jobs right.

Go with AT&T or Google fiber! Xfinity bottle necks your speeds like crazy after youve been with them for a while, and then they try to sell you a faster package. Now, my Mbps download speed are typically 25% of what they advertise as my top speed. My speeds were much faster when I first started using them. Youre better off spending $10-$20 extra a month from a better provider if you can afford it.

Cable and internet always cuts out. Call center will flat out lie to you. Never dealt with such a trash company!! I use my phone’s hotspot more than deal with then this trash service. Once contract is over I will NEVER think of using them again!

Honestly, my biggest frustration with this company is poor customer service. I went in Nov. 22 to transfer ownership of my internet and was told that it would transfer in 3-5 days but 3 weeks later, it hasnt. Ive already moved out of the apartment and the current resident isnt even in charge of the internet. They keep giving me the run-around and telling me to contact different people throughout the company to resolve the issue, and no one will fix it. Ive reached out to this branch and they just made a comment on my ticket claim--which everyone Ive spoken to has done. I just dont even know who to contact any more. It sucks.

Nice store but they did not do what they told us they would do. They told my Mom that she would immediately see her credit for returned equipment but when she called the next day she was told they did not process it for her. She has had so much trouble with Comcast & shes 81 yrs old. Very disappointed with how they did not do their job.

I went to the store to switch from att to xfinity for my family. While in store wearing a mask I felt light headed and thought I would pass out. I went to a bench in the back corner, sat down and took off the mask to get my bearings and a female employee ran over and kicked me out of the store even after showing my mask and explaining I almost passed out.This is absolutely rediculous. I thought comcast was terrible before with home customer service this was even worse. No excuse for the lack of empathy and compassion.

Far and away the worst internet provider I have ever had. They have a monopoly on the service in my area and do not care a bit what you think of them. I have tried and tried to work with them unfortunately the company is run by robots and there are no humans left to help you. While there customer service over the phone still needs work, the store was different. Even though the agent helping me could not answer my questions about a bill, he was still courteous and tried. Just wanted to return some hardware. Guy at front scanned the two items in and put to the side. Printed out a little ticket for each item and gave it to me. And I thought great, Im done. But no! He said a representative will be with me in about 15 minutes. I said that all I wanted to was to leave that equipment. I had to wait 30 minutes just to drop off that equipment. Missed my appointment I had later. Stupid process!
