Great service! Quick, professional and you get what you pay for. I broke my iPhone XS screen today on the way to work and it lost its touch response. I heard about CPR from a coworker. I called and the gentleman told me that it wouldnt be a problem to fix, so I dropped my phone off for an hour and everything was fixed up within the time frame. Everything looks as good as new and now I can use my phone again. The repair tech mentioned that the repairs have a warranty as well from any workmanship issues so thats a plus too. Its good to know that if you ever have an issue with the repair, youve got a warranty on it.Thanks for the great service!

I called the store and right from the jump they spoke to me like i was stupid and as if they knew more which they probably do it’s there profession but that doesn’t mean they should speak to me with disrespect. would’ve gave them my business if they were nice.

We are very pleased with their service.After trying the big box stores were we bought Big screen and computer,after one year they went down.Ee took them back to repair and they not only did not fix it properly but trashed the coverings when reassembling.CPR told us up front the issues and actually fixed the problem.Its great to know customer service still is alive and well at CPR.THANKS GUYS!

Wonderful experience at the Nashville West Location! Called on 3/18 because my daughter shattered her iPad screen. She has Autism and uses the iPad regularly. I called and the employee working agreed to repair it that day within a few hours. The first screen did not work properly and the employee stayed late to get it working for my daughter. I could not be more pleased with the service and care provided!

I have a work / personal IPhone 7 plus that was not accepting a hard reset or any type of reboot. Had been on the phone with Apple they couldnt help, downloaded an app that was suppose to fix all the issues and unlock it. That didnt work either. I took it to ubreakIfix they kept it a few hours they couldnt fix it either.We called CPR and I think the sales guys name that helped me was Chris young guy with long black hair. He gave us a a diagnoses over the phone before we got there of what he figured it was just from a short conversation. Sure enough he nailed it. The ear piece speaker was shorted out and wouldnt allow it to power up. It was a tragic day. It was a Thursday afternoon and I was doing an online mid term exam whilst drinking a cup of tea. As I reached over to type something, I knocked my entire cup of tea all over my keyboard. My MacBook ended up drinking more tea than I did.I was frustrated and convinced my computer was dead. I must admit I couldn’t control myself and did try to power it on soon then I should have. Just before I was going to give up, I figured it’d be a good idea to take it into at least one repair shop. I chose CPR.The gentlemen who helped me was really nice and informative. He stated that my initial charge will be $50 and if the computer is revived the. I will just pay $50 additional on top. That afternoon I got a call while at work from CPR, my computer was ALIVE!!I’m thankful for a working computer and will be more careful from here on out. I will remember CPR and continue to use them and recommend their services.

These people are amazing. I shattered the camera lens, so I called to see how long it takes them to get the part in as well as a price and repair time.All I said to the guy that answered the phone is what phone I have and my issue. He apologized for not having the lens in stock, but he is getting more tomorrow around noon(another repair place said they would it in a week). He then told me the price and time with out my even asking. CPRs price for the part AND labor was three times less then what the other people wanted just to order the part.So we went in the next day at 11:45 they said 20-30 minutes. We went across the parking lot to another store for 10 minutes we were sitting in our truck and they came out and told us my phone was ready we were out the door by like 12:05.In short great people, better prices and faster repairs. All my repairs will go to CPR Cell Phone Repair from now on.

If you need a cellphone repair maybe go here. But if you need to get anything other than that I would try to avoid it. Seem like the person their wanted to avoid a computer repair which is fairly easy but didn’t want to fix my self. And the greeting and service was horrible. Felt like I didn’t belong their. I don’t think they do estimates or diagnostics I had to tell him what was wrong with my computer well what I thought was wrong. So I can’t tell you if their service are good or bad I would just try to avoid it.I ended up going to youbreakitwefixit (however you spell) I was greeted nice and friendly he asked me can I do a diagnostic on the computer and said I will call you the next business day to see what is wrong with it. Plus more just more friendly.

First time at CPR saved my phone. It went dead without warning. Took it to my usual repair shop and they said not worth fixing and i should forget about info i needed on it. CPR said they might be able to fix it. And they did. Got my data back. Thanks guys.

Wondering why this location shows up on my google account never been there. My iPhone which apple say can’t be hacked is hacked. My brother knows computers and from where and showed it to me on msn. Com go to tools it will show the browsers going crazy long address.

A bit pricy, it was over $200 to fix my iphone X screen, they were nice, and very fast, less than 30 mins. They did offer to clean out my charging port and speakers but did not follow through. I pulled out a chunk of lint when I got home and was having charging issues. All is good. Best Buy seems to be the best place cost wise.

Granted this place is busy, my issue was addressed quickly and my issue was resolved! Thanks Phil! and costed WAY WAY less than what apple wanted to charge to fix a simple issue!

I thought I had lost everything in my old phone but the people there are brilliant and know exactly what to do to recover the information from your phone to one of their practically new phones that are about a quarter of the price that youd buy at AT&T or Sprint or 1 of those other rip off places!! They did it my matter of minutes and extremely reasonable on price! I hope I dont have to go back because I dont want to have problems with my phone anymore. But if I do CPR will be the only place Ill go!!

Good tech people are hard to come by, but Ross exceeded my expectations ten fold! He continuously communicated with me before doing anything that would be an extra step on my laptop.Ross was friendly, competent, and is clearly a valuable asset to his company. Chris is my hero! My wife’s laptop had the dreaded blue screen of death and she had so much on her computer she wanted to see again.We have had pretty good experience with The Geek Squad at Best Buy in the past, but they looked at it and said the computer was beyond repair and said they might could recover it, but it would cost at least $1,500.I’ve run by Chris’ shop before just for a couple of simple fixes, and remember being impressed with his service and prices, so I thought I’d just call to ask.Long story short (well, shorter), Chris recovered the data (which took multiple hours), put in a new hard drive, and fixed the problem...all for under $200. I’ve never been happier to part with $164 in my life.Please use this company! You will not be sorry!

I shattered my iPhone screen and CPR was able to fix it in the same day. Looks just like it was brand new and works perfectly. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable and respectful of my time. If I ever have a need for repairs I’ll use them again.

The guy was very friendly didnt charge me anything at all. They didnt carry my battery. He said my battery was swollen and I needed another one. I found a new one for 8 bucks online. I will be back for sure. Excellent service and highly recommend them.

CPR was so helpful! Our phone was having lots of screen issues due to someone else trying to fix it before and messing it up, and they replaced and fixed the LCD within 20 minutes! And it was reasonably priced! Would reccomend this place to everyone!

I can wholeheartedly recommend CPR.They fixed for free several issues that a nearby battery place messed up on a screen replacement. Ross the manager was honest forthright and out of the spare parts bin replaced a broken button for free. Ross only charged for a new charge port and a new battery. They also did the initial analysis while I waited and then completed the repair in the hour that he promised while I shopped at Nashville West. Ross also helped me know what to do if I cannot remember my passcode. I have Glaucoma and I was bringing the phone in for a daughter and he helped me with vision issues. I forgot my charge card and he called me to let me know I had forgotten it. This is the kind of service retired consumers like me expect but rarely find. Thankfully I saw CPRs name on a small trailer parked in the Nashville West parking lot. They also have a good selection of peripherals such as cases and chargers. Cell Phone Repair saved me! Seriously, I accidentally walked into the pool with my iphone 6 in my pocket and it stopped working... it was just DEAD. I had not backed up any information on the CLOUD because I do not trust that process with my personal information. Suddenly all of my work schedules, appointments, contacts and pictures were completely gone... I was scared out of my mind - this was a disaster! Verizon was of no help to me except that they told me that the only other option I might have was to see if Cell Phone Repair could fix the phone. Luckily they were able to fix it and I was able to return to work with everything in tact! I am not sure what I would have done if Cell Phone Repair was not able to help me, its not a pleasant thought! Thank you Cell Phone Repair for coming to my rescue!

I went to CPR because the carry and replace (onsite) Zagg screen protectors with which Ive had good experiences - if theres a crack, you dont have to mail in the phone. Just pay $10 and they replace. The technician was clear, pleasant and quick.

My connector tip broke off in the port last night of my iPad. I tried every trick noted on the internet (except glue) to try to get the tip out for 2 hrs. These guys are 50 bucks more than Apple will replace my screen. I believe in a free market but if your service is 33% more than the manufacturer, especially when Apple is the manufacturer, somethings wrong. They will go by the wayside just like Lifeline around the corner did.
