I bought an iPhone 11 for a great price. It’s in excellent condition, came with protective glass, and warranty. They were very helpful. I would recommend them for future phone purchases.

Can’t reach them to pick up items. One number is disconnected the other number listed no one answers or returns calls. And I can’t seem to catch anyone at the store when it is supposed to be open!

Terrible experience with the one in Madison, TN. It wasnt open when I got there which was at 10:15 AM and the sign said that it opened at 10:00 AM. I left a phone there to get a cracked screen repaired, and I was told that it would be two days at the most. Three days later I go in there to pick it up and it is not working, and the gentleman told me to give him a couple of hours and he would call me back. Never did I get a call back so I called and the woman said that she did not know if it was ready because it was at another store and she would call me back in a couple of minutes. Hours go by and I have to call back because I never received a call. The woman said that they ended up having to get another screen and it would be a couple of days. Three days go by and I call again because of no status call, and the woman told me that it hasnt been repaired as of now and it will be a few more days. Im at two weeks now and still do not have a phone or repair. By far the worst experience that I have ever encountered.

Dropped off my labtop at the end of January for the screen to be repaired. I was told it was only going to take about 4 days for the repair but to give them a week. Long story short... its been 2months and my labtop is yet to be fixed. Went into the store to see about it since no one answered phone calls and was told that because of some financial issues with the store they I only had the option to pay in full AGAIN to get my labtop fixed. No no no no no. It was paid in full when I dropped it off and since its been months and is yet to be fixed and was getting told I had to be charged again for the service I had already paid for, I requested a refund and was denied one. So ultimately I have the choice of taking home a broken laptop I paid in full to be fixed... or pay more money. Makes no sense.

Counterfeit windows installed on my laptop, no driver installed....i wouldnt recommend this place to go to, my friend bought a phone from them and it was also report stolen. they need to be reported to the police dept.

So hes gone out of business but he wont tell you that when you call. He ordered a new screen for my phone for $30 deposit. That was three weeks ago. After ducking all my calls I decided to visit him and theres no business there. Con artist
