Ordered online and picked up in store. Everything was ready, balloons were inflated and tied and all I had to do was pick up my order and leave. So convenient. The store was very clean and well kept as well.

They also have fitting rooms at this center.Some items are only available online and not available in stores.

The staff are very friendly and nice. I ordered 6 confetti helium balloons a day before the event but the balloons were on the floor by the next morning. I was told that it would last only 10 hours but I didnt hear them properly. I called them and they were very generous about it. They gave me the same balloons free of cost!

So, I ordered graduation decor for my truck as my daughter’s graduation is drive thru due to the pandemic. She was SO excited about the decor I ordered online for local store pick up. Go to the store and they don’t have my order correct. Stating that they put in supplemental decor as the decor I ordered was unavailable*confused face*. As I placed my order online it gave me a number of the available items...the cashier explained that I would have had to get the items sent to my house to get the specific items I ordered *Sigh*. As I step away from the cashier to place the order online and have it delivered to my house, BOOM, the items are now unavailable. Had I known of the little fun fact I could have had it delivered at the beginning but I figured I’d get it faster doing pick up. In the end, my daughter will have to settle for something totally different than what she was so excited about. As if her graduation wasn’t jacked up enough this year. Thanks, Party City!!!

The Halloween items are expensive but are also cheaply made. By the end of Halloween night, three products we purchased we broken: the strap broke off a Jason Voorhees mask, sequin string started peeling off a headband, and the handle fell off a plastic knife. Everything was also very small in size. We’ll try to get our costumes elsewhere next year.

The late Friday night male manager and cashier were great despite a pick up in store snafoo. However, customer service was terrible during the day when female manager and staff acted annoyed about helping. Consistency would be appreciated... Good selection. Clean and bright.

This is the only party city in this part of town which sucks really bad and I will never go there again. The only reason I got two stars is because when you dig around and look for two or three hours, you find what you need… Finally… by Yourself…no help.. On your own. Dreadful.

The cashier was on her cell phone, texting someone, she than was talking on it totally ignoring me, than after ringing up my purchases in between on her cell phone texting asked if I wanted my purchases bagged. My daughter came behind me and told her no just stand there and keep texting. We walked out and will never go to that store again.

Looking for Halloween outfits I just want to say I spend $100 to find out the next day they were more then 10% discounted I shop there alot and was shocked not to have got that notification but over all great service

Went to Party City for decorations for a kids Birthday Party. When I went to check out, their card reader was having problems. They tried my debit card multiple times but could not get their system to take it. They kept telling me that it was the machine, not my card. So I tried my credit card instead and the machine worked fine. A few days later, I checked my accounts, both checking and my credit card accounts. Both had the same charge from Party City. So, I called in and was told we cant refund over the phone, you just need to come into the store. This was an inconvenience as I do not live or work anywhere near the store, but I went in a couple of days later. The manager I spoke with didnt even research the transaction, just told me to come in the store. When I got to the store, a different manager went into the back to research it. I stood out there for several minutes waiting. When she came back out, she said she found the transaction with my credit card number but couldnt log into the system that would show the amount going through on my debit card. She took down all of my information and said the General Manager, Cody, would call me tomorrow but I would need to come to the store AGAIN to refund my card. Fine. By 215pm the next day, I hadnt received any phone calls so I called again. Low and behold, Cody had left for the day but the manager there said he would call me in 2 minutes. Nothing... so I called the main office and was told they would call me back in 2 days to help me. So now, it looks like I am out $54 until Party City decides it is important enough to clear this up. Terrible customer service! Giving me the run around and making their customer do the leg work for THEIR systems screw up! Still waiting on the call from Cody...

Items too expensive!!!

Bought a Miss Freddy Krueger 3 piece Halloween costume. The costume had $10 off because it was incomplete missing the glove and it was the last one they had. The manager suggested I can get an individual glove that was at a much higher price than $10 discount. When I asked the manager if they can include an individual glove to complete the package at regular price they were rude and said to take it or leave it. All of our family was getting Halloween costumes. The customer service was poor. We will not be coming back to this location.

I went two days ago because I bought some balloons. I had no way to inflate them and I went because they told me that I could inflate them then I said no, it will not matter if I have to pay 5 or 6 dollars and the cashier told me if we can call another worker and he told me if you know that this is true, I told him if he inflo and told me ok is 14 dollars and I said 14 dollars just to put air and he told me if it is a robbery. I practically charge it to buy it in the store, thats a steal.

Not much of a selection. I asked the cashier to point me in the right direction of my needs and she sent me to the wrong side of the store. I finally found the section I was looking for at the complete other end. Then it was empty. I bought one item and stood waiting at the cash register while the girls talked and laughed.

Didnt have hardly anything for the 70s party we were attending but so a lot of other cool things for future party plans

Management was very rude after i got there after calling them to ask for a particular item and they stated they had it got there and they didnt. I ask the older female manager that was on duty why i was told one thing and I had called less than 15mins of arriving she said Well if we dont have it then we dont have it then she went on to say idk why you was told that on the phone she rolled her eyes and walked off smh thank god I was in good spirit

I had 2 unopened boxes of hats and blowers purchased yesterday. I show up at 10am and They refused to accept return Bc it wasn’t 7 days prior to the holiday. No where on the reciept does it mention New Year’s Eve. No store credit nothing. They could store it in the warehouse for next yr. terrible business to mak decisions and not tell customers. Will never return.

Terrible customer service. Went to buy balloons for my NYE party and they seemed extremely irritated by customers. Also, I ordered a dozen balloons and only received 11. I will not be back for my next event. Ill stick to the Murfreesboro location.
