I wanted to give them 6 stars but 5 was the highest option. The ice cream is exactly what you would hope for. Just little scoops of chocolate heaven in a bowl. I have been a fan of BJ’s for a long time. This one did not disappoint. If you are in the mood for some seriously good frozen treats, then stop in and give it a go!

Went here for a date night. The ice cream is amazing and fresh. EVERYTHING is good but I recommend chocolate therapy for chocolate lovers. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The place was clean and cute!

Tons of flavors to choose from! The amazing flavors you see in grocery stores are available to eat in a giant yummy waffle cone! Fun selection of t-shirts too, a little expensive but good quality. The two employees worked quickly and efficiently during both slow and busy times, and their pleasant demeanor did not change! The staff was friendly; thanks to the guy in the orange Bucks hat for being so patient!

Well, i was so excited to see a ben and jerry’s because i’ve been craving cherry garcia like crazy!! and we’re from out of town, so i wanted to pick up a mini puppy ice cream for our pup who was back at the hotel waiting for us. I ran to the door at 10:25, only find the doors locked and the woman behind the ice cream case ignoring me. My husband then tried, she ignored him too. Disappointing, and really poor customer service especially when you’re staring at the hours sign that’s posted right on the door and the employee sees you and continues to ignore you.!!Update!!: I was contacted after writing this review, and Ben & Jerry’s went above and beyond to make sure they made it up to me for the poor experience. I can say that i was not expecting the response i received, but I am truly wow-ed with how they responded to ensure I was satisfied. Thank you Ben & Jerry’s for caring about your customers and their experience!

The best icecream Ive ever had

I went on free ice cream cone day, which is a good measure of how efficient and welcoming the staff are. I know it was probably a very busy day, but the staff they had working shifts were cruising through the line with a smile. I hardly waited five minutes to get a delicious vanilla ice cream cone. Otherwise, theyve been very accommodating with providing ice cream cakes and other amenities.

NEVER GOING BACK AGAIN VERY DISRESPECTFUL AND RUDE! Ice cream was nothing to get excited about it was water!

The young girl did not give me the two scoops of the chocolate brownie, then she didnt add any caramel on it

This place is a joke I got the water shakes for $19.00. Then call only to hear how they have a special process for there milkshakes. The workers told me to email there manager they couldnt help really. Then gave me 2 invalid email address for the manager. WOW dont go here.

Delicious ice cream, as expected, but overpriced and no seating.

Terrible experience here. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone, silver lining is the ice cream is not special nor worth the cost in the first place.

Way over priced for icecream

The girl behind the counter was very knowledgeable about the numerous flavors! She also gave great suggestions. I ordered the cookie cookie sundae and its actually a shake, which was a little surprising but still very good!

Excellent customer service, great product! Milk and Cookies is a ridiculously delicious flavor (vanilla ice cream with chunks of Oreos and chocolate chip cookies). I put two scoops in a waffle cone, which has a hint of spice and is lightly sweetened.

Loved the Mint Cookie shake! Friendly staff.

Sooooooo gooooood! The ice cream🍦 was so yummy and it didn’t hurt my tummy so it was easy on my digestion which is hard to find‼️ The cones come in sprinkles or dipped in chocolate 🍫 which is pretty cool! The brownie was warm and fresh‼️

Have went to this Ben & Jerry’s several times and received great service. Today I ordered a berry smoothie. The girl with brown hair and pig tails behind the counter informed me they were out of bananas. She made the smoothie with other ingredients which was fine. What I received was an icee, not a smoothie. That’s totally fine, but not what I wanted. I asked the employee to make a milkshake instead. She looked very offended that I did not like it & continued to charge me for 3 drinks. She did not say anything to us and you could clearly see she was upset, but proceeded to be cheerful to other customers in front of us. Giving 2 stars because the milkshakes my husband and I bought were great.

Couldnt get exactly what I wanted on short notice (a particular ice cream birthday cake), but they were pleasantly helpful with what they had on-hand. As always, parking is hit-or-miss here, but the food is worth a little effort.

Wonderful people and delicious flavors. We had 10 different flavors, not one complaint! I had contacted Ben and Jerrys with an odd request, catering for my mothers birthday funeral. She had requested an outdoor funeral and it was supposed to be 80 degrees that day, what would have been her 98th birthday.The catering manager replied almost immediately that it was their 10,000 free scoops day (we didnt know) but they wanted to help us anyway. They could not get away from their big day to deliver the ice cream, but they offered to give us 100 scoops for our event if we could get them that morning.A precious cousin and her husband did the picking up and delivering it to moms farewell party. It was so helpful of everyone. Were extremely grateful and highly recommend both the people and their ice cream!My husband thinks that their butter pecan is the best in the business. Cherries Garcia is amazing too.

Very poor service. Waited for 5 minutes to place an order when body was of us and 1 person waiting. They had 3 workers that were very rude.

Ben and Jerrys catered at my wedding, and it was SUCH a great experience. Emily, the manager at 21st Ave. South, and her crew did an amazing job, and I would recommend her and the Ben & Jerrys services to EVERYONE. The ice cream was (obviously) amazing on a hot June night, and the service was extraordinary. Guests commented to me after the reception how awesome it was to have Ben & Jerrys there and how kind the servers were! Thanks for making my night so great, Ben & Jerrys crew!

Service was alright, but the ice cream had chunks of ice throughout, which significantly impacted taste. Customers inside were loudly playing guitar, to the point of making hard to have a conversation. If you crave ice cream, CVS next door has it cheaper for a better quality

Freshly made ice cream which is iconic and delicious. Have vegan ones too. Be prepared to wait as they freshly bake their waffles. I would prefer if they also introduce sugar free options. My girls love this place.

I wanted to like this place more than I did. The service was alright (though they didn’t know how to work their credit card machine and it took about five minutes for them the charge my card) and it was clean enough inside... ice cream was mediocre at best and a little freezer burnt I think. Not a fan.Pricing though, now that was terrible!!! I was really surprised when I got to the register to discover that two small scoops of ice cream in cups (they charge extra for cones, lol) was $12 and some change. Seriously? Wanted to check it out because we were thinking that maybe we spend a little more than necessary on our evening ice cream dates to Jenni’s.... but it was more expensive at Ben and Jerry’s!Last time I come here. Better selection, service, atmosphere, and prices at and of the other shops in town. Totally lame.

Wanted to try this place for a while after going to Jenis maybe too many times. Standard quality which makes not much difference from their packed ice cream i can find at grocery stores. Friendly staff but further training needed, especially should learn how to operate credit cards. However, the price... a small cup (which is really small!!) with one topping costs more than 6 dollars... May not return again

Heaven on Earth

Store is dirty and dated. Staff is friendly but not well trained. They were struggling to keep up with the customers and not able to multitask. The napkin dispensers were all empty. When I asked for some I received a couple pieces of industrial brown crinkly paper towel from a roll. Things had not been wiped down. The back employee counter behind the customer counter was a disaster. The experience isnt worth the price. For a premium price, I expect a full stock of napkins, a clean and organized store, AND adequate plastic spoons which dont buckle while digging into ice cream. Lose the cheap Sysco food service plastic ware.

Went for dessert after Indian food for dinner. Servers were helpful and polite.

Love the non-dairy ice creams. As a lactose intolerant person, they are my to go ice creams. My favorite flavor is caramel almond brittle! Delicious!!

Its Ben and Jerrys ice cream, so the ice cream was as good as we expected. However, the place is cramped with inadequate seating and it was very warm inside. There were 3 young, seemingly inexperienced workers running the place. The kids scoop of ice cream was simply placed on top of the waffle cone (not pushed down into it), so it nearly toppled off the cone with the first lick attempt. Their sign says waffle cones are made daily, but ours were quite stale. They probably do make waffle cones daily, but you might get one that was made a couple of days ago. One of the cones had a large hole in the bottom, so as the ice cream melted it drained out of the bottom, creating a sticky mess. Well go somewhere else for ice cream next time.

The young man behind the scooper was very friendly, knowledgeable about the ingredients and offered samples. Of course, the Kerfuffle Truffle shake was delicious. I have gone out of my way to come here multiple times unlike any of the competitors that Ive tried.

Fun and friendly!! Sign said to notify server of allergies. We have one child with nut allergies, which makes scooped ice cream shops unpredictable. They have uncontaminated ice cream stored in the back, marked allergy! Server cleaned area, washed her hands and so considerately served the safe ice cream!

Ordered the American Dream Ice Cream. The waffle cones in it was old and stale ( I get the pint all the time at the grocery stores and it’s always delicious) but this store it tasted horrible. I ate only 1/4 pint and later got upset stomach, diarrhea, . It angers me because not only they charge double the grocery stores, but then I get sick . Will never eat here again

Its okay. Went there last night. There wasnt anything that made me want to do this review other than the fact Id always wanted to go there. The prices are high iean my date got a small cup of ice legit baby size and I got a small waffle cone and that came out to be $15 bucks. Might as well save the trip and go buy at a grocery store.

This place is terrible. employees dont know anything about ice cream, seem not to care. the shake i was given had large bits unblinded making it difficult to drink through a strawthe ice cream costs more in ben & jerrys store even though they get 100% of the profit as opposed to supermarkets which offer lower prices with lower profitsits a disgrace. i was expecting much more from the actual ben & jerrys store experience Considering how much I love them and enjoy their ice cream usually

I just came to see what the hype was about and it wasnt all that. I got some ice cream with reeses pieces in it and it was 8 dollars. It is very overrated in my opinion. I could have made that at home. The clerks really didnt like answering questions nevertheless that will be my last trip there.
