My first time in the store since the COVID19 pandemic started. It was good to be back. They didnt have everything I wanted but considering the current supply and staffing issues everywhere, they were doing well. Parking lot was packed, store was busy, but all staff were uniformly friendly,knowledgeable, and helpful. Staff were masked, some customers were and some werent (I was). Ill start going back regularly again.

The are getting a lil empty in the curtain area, but this is a great store for everything to decorate your home. The holiday decor is top notch and in order by theme n color most times. Love it here and spend over two hours each time Im there.

So many choices, such great prices. Enjoy shopping again. Even my grandson had a nice time while napping as I shopped.

The store it self is great, however the management Jill more so than Brittany ruins this store . Jill is so rude towards customers . I have never been in a store where I felt so bad for shopping and spending money than the way she made me feel.

I am IN LOVE with this store! I have been twice now and would make a trip to Nashville, TN JUST to shop here for sure. It is the BIGGEST home store I have ever been to. If you can not find what you want there I would be SHOCKED! I live 2 hours away and it is most defiantly worth the trip to go here. HUGE selections of everything and the prices are great too.

A decent place to get your home decor for a new condo or house going .A lot of options which are inexpensive.They have a decent furniture section as well .Not enough help at aisles though . You need to do your own research or explore the whole store if you are looking for something specific.

Came on accident and took almost an hour to leave. So much stuff its a gift and a curse. Loved the selection but it was so disorganized and thrown about I wasnt sure if it was safe to pick up anything. Saw two employees working in the whole store. Wouldve been nice to have a map or someone to ask for directions.

Wow! What a store! We could literally spend a couple of hours in here and come out completely happy and satisfied. Might come close to spending about a grand but our home would be on point season after season.

Online items show in stock but store purchase only. Drove across town in WORST traffic both ways to find that it wasnt in stock nor did the store care and even though I provided them item numbers and sku info they had NO PLANS of removing this from stock. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE will not shop this chain in the future

Being disabled in a wheelchair I took 4 city buses to celebrate my birthday discount but turned away because I did not receive a text to scan. Did not have this issue for the last two years!!!!Beware of this trick. Disabled people stay clear of this overpriced flea market/thrift store!!!!!!You will lose my business forever and the 675 senior citizens that I volunteer for too!!!!The store is very cluttered for wheelchairs.

Kinda like hobby lobby but has less decor but more all over home items! Prices arent to bad and they have some unique pieces.

I can spend all day here and always find what Im looking for. There is always a helpful worker around the corner.

Whoever the lady was at the cash register on the end on January 16th at 12:50pm was so beyond rude to her customers. Literally the worst check out experience I’ve ever had. I’m never one to call for a manager but gosh she made me want to for the first time.Her tone was ridiculously rude and treated us like she was annoyed we were there.

This place has everything. It is huge inside. Whatever you need for your home will be here. They also have great clearance events and the staff is friendly and helpful.

Great store with a nice revolving stock of home decor. Can find pretty much anything to suit your needs. Modern, vintage, neutral, colorful, basically anything your inner basic white girl could ever want.

Great place for basis decorations. But BEWARE if you buy anything that is mechanical in anyway. They only offer a 30 day return if the item was never open. So I try to find some where else to shop unless it is a true decorative only item. BAD POLICY BEWARE IN ADVANCE.

This store had low inventory so I am looking forward to going back when they are restocked. I did find a few things I was looking for and I look forward to visiting again.

This was my first time in the store. It had some cute on-trend decor, but honestly a lot of the stuff looked really cheap.

They dont have much left in the Christmas department. However there is always a hidden gem somewhere there to be found.

So much variety! I could (and have been known to) spend ages browsing in the art/wall decor section alone, and usually buy something. Their prices are VERY reasonable. Want lampshades? Bedspreads? Patio furniture? Rugs? Holiday stuff? Kitchen canisters? More? Check, check, check, etc.! Staff is helpful and friendly. Plenty of free parking. Another thing I love about this place is that they have a couple of motorized scooters and, so far, theres been one charged up and ready every time Ive visited.

It killed me to give this amazing store 3 stars but I had to because of a bad experience. I drove all the way here one night and they closed an hour earlier than their website stated. It states on the website 10pm on Sundays but they closed at 9pm. I had just got there at about 8:45 and drove all the way from Shelbyville. They need to be more clear on hours. Other than that this is an amazing store for furniture. If you are looking for a good rug, look no further as they have a huge inventory. Tons of decor. This is probably the best home decor store Ive ever seen. They have a huge selection of art, curtains, bedding, kitchenware and lamps. Not including tons of other stuff. I absolutely love this place and the people that work there are super nice.

Read the owner responses. It’s generic and the same exact response for each review that is less than perfect. Way to go! Love (not) the way you personally reach out to the customer with a specific response that is unique to that customer.

I had a problem with a brand new piece of furniture I bought. One manager (Michele) told me in disgust they would never sell anything damaged. The other manager was more understanding, took down my info, said he would get back to me, and never did. Worst customer service I have ever encountered. Nice decorations, though.🙄

Huge selection of home goods in every imaginable department. Quality of products is higher than their low prices. Plenty of employees on the floor throughout the store to help you find anything or answer your questions.One area that could stand improvement is the check out, cashier lines. There is usually a long wait to check out even with 3 or 4 cashiers.

We bought our area rugs here. A 4 x 6 is roughly $99 depending on what you get. We also bought the area rug in our office here.They have a lot of really neat nick-nacks. Anything home related, whether it be for outdoor, bathroom, bedroom, decor... youll find it at At Home.

Its like a big warehouse devoid of life. If you need help or have questions about products then this isnt the place for you. If you enjoy rummaging through unsorted rugs trying to find the one you saw on delay then youre in luck

Love this place! You have all the color choices you need. Get there in the morning and you have easy moving around. The only negative-not enough choices on tall kitchen trash cans.

We were in this store 3 times before we decided to make a purchase. The sales person was knowledgeable and helpful, despite the fact that we chimed our minds 3 times about what type of furniture we were looking for. Editing because I cant reply to comments from the owner.Ive had completely mixed results with products from At Home. The worst purchase being a comforter set bough on a Flash Sale, it was total garbage and I returned it immediately.Ive also been frustrated with being 3rd or 4th in line with only one cashier open. Naturally the person at the register has 200 items that all need to be wrapped individually, and no one comes to the rescue of the others in line. But, hey, I really dont think 3 stars is negative, I think its just average.

I just cant say enough good about this place. Literally everything can be found here from a cookie jar, huge planter, table art to dressers and bourbon cabinets!

Really cool place, much like a discount/overstock store but with quality items and a large selection. My wife and I walked around in here to burn some time and got side tracked by how much there was to look at. Some of their items will fit a niche market but most everything could be used in a regular home setting. They have a very large selection of paintings and other artwork that come in multiple sizes and styles.

This store is like if you could shop your Pinterest boards in real life. A warehouse size store of affordable decor, storage, and furniture in all shapes and colors. Be sure to look out for clearance shelves as they separate them into each section instead of one main area.
