I have inherited three PixelFlex LED Walls in my current position, and Ive worked with those from several other vendors. I cant overstate the importance of the service and support aspect of purchasing an LED system - my experience with PixelFlex has been incredibly positive. Victoria, in the service department, has been prompt, courteous, responsive and professional at all times. And Reyna in the logistics department has facilitated that with prompt and courteous communications on shipments, taking great care of our equipment, and generally being a joy to work with. Pixels are going to go out. Power modules will fail. These are either touring products facing the rigorous life of the road, or permanent install with a high duty-cycle. Failures are rare, but its the response to the failures that sets the company, the manufacturer, the contract... apart. 5 stars...
