Called them for 3 months trying to get low volt done.Always going to call me right back to set up a time to do the job. Never once called me back.
Only 2 stars cause the technician was very nice.However, my doorbell cameras keep falling offline (I have one on front and back door) and I’ve had a technician out here multiple times to fix the issue and it still is not fixed. Would not recommend. Considering other options. My parents have the ring and have not had any of these issues.
Our home was built with Ryan homes and Sympsire did the electrical work. Working with Sympspire was a nightmare. I would not let them hang Christmas lights at my house, much less wire my house for electricity. After finding an exposed 220 volt uncovered behind my oven, I called them twice Friday stating I had an emergency and they never showed up. When I called Saturday morning they were hesitant to get back with me and were not willing to send someone asap stating that it was only dangerous, if I were to touch the wire, which is not true. I have dogs, I have a small child that frequently visits my house. The danger really lied in the fact that if metal were to rub against that wire a fire would have started and there would have been a 220 volt shock, and a full metal appliance was pushed all the way up against it, not to mention the metal salt shaker that had fallen back there. Since living in this house we have had our electric short out a dishwasher and have had 4 bad breakers that have had to be fixed, and the house is barely 3 years old.
Horrible alarm equipment! Easy false alarms.Key pad is super slow in responding, so by the time you find out you somehow hit the wrong button on their horribly laid out touchscreen keypad, the alarm is already going off and theyre calling you. Deleting what was entered is also difficult because of the delay between key press and the system registering that input. It also only beeps, which other companies at least have verbal alerts so you can more quickly know where the problem is.Dog bark sets off glass break, which sensitivities cant be adjusted. Dont have smoke detector monitoring, or they just didnt bother to offer it to us.Took a lot of effort to even get scheduled and then they didnt even have the appointment saved. Two stars because the guy installing was nice, so he saved them in that department. The easy exit button is a nice feature.Used them because our builder paired with them. It seemed great, until we had to use it.
By far, the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. The fire alarm system Did not work properly yet I was still charged monthly and they charged an additional $600 fee to come test their own system.I explained my disappointment and requested to terminate our agreement. they refused to let me leave and continued to charge me monthly. Scared that my restaurant would burn to the ground without notifying the fire department I still chose to switch to a new company..While continuing to be charged from symspire.. I would not recommend this company to anyone. The manager’s name was JERRY.
There were some miscommunication issues with delivery and installation of my equipment. The team at Symspire took the initiative to own up to letting some things fall through the cracks and took care of it immediately. The process wasnt perfect but you could tell they cared and were genuinely sorry. If not for this mishap Id rate 5 star!
Update 09/14: I have been contacted by the manager and they have scheduled a time to address the issue. The manager Brian took time to understand the open issues and guaranteed to get them resolved soon. Original Post 09/12: I have had interactive systems which I believe has been acquired by Symspire, Since the past several months the Alarm system along with the app are not working and, I have been trying to reach them with no luck - Terrible service
Good luck getting someone on the phone! Tried for 2 hours today... finally got their answering service who said how may I direct your call... and then told me that no one was available! I would think an alarm company would be a little more accessible...
I love the Audio/Video setup these guys suggested for me. I was introduced to Symspire by my builder while planning for my new house. Greg and Ryan did a great job listening to me and finding the right solutions for me. The installation was done by a great tech, Bill. I love showing off my great sound system and smart lighting. Came into my new home to fix a defective outlet they installed. Unfortunately, they refused to let me turn off the breaker and performed work on a live circuit in my home, which is an OSHA violation. I am appalled they’d come into my home and put themselves at risk. I’ve filed a formal complaint with OSHA and cannot recommend Symspire to anyone based on their poor safety culture.
Terrible customer service. Our builder forced us to use Symspire and they have tainted the overall experience. If your builder wants you to use them, RUN
Locally owned business that does good work. And they dont go up on their monitoring agreements, unlike ADT.
My wife and I are building a new home in Smyrna.Tn, and we had to attend a meeting with Brandy with Symspire in Nashville today. I can say that Brandy was more than prepared. She gave suggestions that would help us in the set up of their products. Very nice folks. And she did not waste our time with long sales pitches.Thank YouJames and Linda
James does a GREAT job from a technology & service standpoint then an even better job explaining what he is doing so we can understand what we have to do to use the system properly. He is a tremendous tech & service provider !!!
Slade Warren did a great job with my questions and did a lot of repair to the system in a short amount of time.Ill be needed him back out here ASAP as some system bugs have already popped up. Hope it doesnt take 10 days to get him out here this time.
Symspire did a great job for us. They responded quickly and went above and beyond in correcting our electrical issues. I would highly recommend them!
Symspire was the company chosen by my home builder Lennar to handle all the Ethernet and cable wiring and the Ring doorbell.They installed a doorbell and it didnt work. They never tested it by pushing the button.Two of my 3 bedrooms were not wired correctly for Ethernet and Cable. In both cases the hole in the wall was made on the wrong wall. One of the bedrooms had no wires at all. They had to make a splice to make that on work, which resulted in degraded performance. The other bedroom had the wires (in the wrong wall) but they didnt work. They never bothered to test any of their wiring. When they finally drilled holes in the drywall on the correct wall, they left little piles of white dust on the carpet and just got up and left.They were scheduled to come out to my home 4 times, and twice they never showed up. The other time, the wrong number of people showed up or they did not have the equipment they needed. The response of the warranty dispatcher to the missed appointments was to brag that he was in the office at 4:30 AM. Hey thats great, but it doesnt solve the problem.I would not recommend using this company for anything.
JB gave us great service. He listened to, what we had to say. He checked all the necessary items to make our Symspire system work properly. My wife and I are glad, he came to our home! WML
With regards to the home theater installation, I had issues with all stages of the proces.
Crazy bad company they promised everything and didnt live up to it at all. Now we are trying to find someone to connect all our av and security. Terrible service

Symspire came to the rescue! Due to the freezing cold temperatures a fire sprinkler line broke in one of our twelve unit apartments and flooded three units. Within 30 minutes of the call Brian and Justin where on site assessing the damage and ensuring that the electrical system was safe for the occupants. The next day they came out and installed new electrical service for a replacement HVAC unit. Without their quick response this could have been a much greater ordeal. Great company to work with. Greg did a fantastic job setting up the initial and walking us through all the options they offer. If you are looking for something special or oddball these guys can handle it.We did have a hiccup with a line ran, but thanks to Chip and Greg they got the situation resolved. Problems can occur with any company you work with. Its how a company responds that shows their true merit. Chad the trim tech also did a great job getting the final items squared away. I will definitely do business with these guys again in the future.

This company is the worst alarm system company. We contacted them MULTIPLE times to come fix a door sensor, we left four voicemails, sent two emails, and NO RESPONSE! After a month of waiting for them to respond, we called and cancelled our service. We called NCA, a local monitoring, and they had REAL people answering the phone. We never had any issue getting in touch them. They have EXCELLENT customer service, and offer a more affordable, but better, product. Stay away from Sympsire!
Our builder contracted with Interactive Systems for the installation of cable/internet installation in our home.Ive been very disappointed with the results of their work in my home and would NOT recommend them to anyone.The only compliment I can give to them is the person I met with - Greg - to set up the installation was very professional and nice. However, his counter-part - cant recall his name but he was middle eastern was the exact opposite. He came into the initial meeting to discuss installation /options and spent more time checking his phone than talking to me about options. Once I said I probably wouldnt do a lot of custom installations he left the room.The quality of their work is terrible. I had them install over a dozen cable/internet boxes in my house as well as pre-wire for in-ceiling speakers (total of 14). When AT&T came to install our cable system they said the wiring was backwards in some locations and the way they ran the cable system was poor.I recently had in-ceiling speakers installed in my living room and the contractor pointed out the at the placement for the front 3 speakers was not aligned or spaced evenly. Thankfully he was able to make it look as good as possible but its not perfect.Save yourself the trouble and find another installation service.

Worst Company Out There!These people are absolutely terrible. I would suggest finding someone else to do your home audio. I wouldnt recommend them to my worst enemy.
Unfortunately, with our new home builder we are forced to deal with this company. Their prices are the definition of highway robbery!!! $190 to install a TV outlet in a new construction home... NO THANK YOU!!!
