David is such a knowledgeable, down to earth businessman. He is very open and honest about all his products and willing to help.

Before I ordered the machine, I called the company to make sure the delivery date, and the man who has the same voice with the companys voice mail said that they have to build the machine, and I would get it up to 15 days. I have repeatedly tried to get in touch with the company after the estimated delivery date to learn the reason for the delay, but the same guy blamed the manufacturing company this time by saying that they are not the machine builder and insist that there is nothing they can do.After several phone calls, that guy said the latest delivery date will be August 19th, and that was the last time that I have talked with. After that call, he never took my call anymore (one time he put me on hold and didnt get me back). Afterward, I decided to cancel my order and I left a voicemail since nobody has taken my call. One day after I got a shipping email from Alpha Supply Company with the shipment tracking number. I called once again to say I would like to cancel my order due to showing non respect behaviors to the customer, but of course nobody took my call.Anyway, I got my order with another bad surprise. I spent around $3000 and you guys sent it without the wooden box (just in a plastic bag). Serious! I was shocked because its clear that something fell on it and broked it, so the product is damaged. The handle was bent and the plates were not in place! It took them 1 month to ship the product, and it was severely damaged when arrived.

I love the Alpha Supply company, Im like a kid inn the candy store. They have everything you need to create any t-shirt design. The staff is very friendly and very knowledgeable about the products they offer.

Love this place! Tricky to find unless you have GPS, but it is so awesome and great customer service and prices. The people are very helpful. Vynile is top notch. So many different choices.

I always get the right color of heat tranfer vinyl that i ask for & my printing papers are very good quality! ☺️ They can also print the pictures for you!! Like common can’t beat that! Definitely recommend!!

BUYER BEWARE! SHOP SENDS OUT FLOOR MODELS like they are new models! WHEN THEY ACCEPT RETURN, THEY KEEP A HUGE PROFIT OFF ITEM. AND YOU LOSE MONEY! I purchased a Sawgrass printer expecting it to be a new printer. I purchased over the phone, so there was no paperwork or email that I received. When I got my printer in the mail, I noticed it wasnt new. I contacted them right away for a return. They gave me a huge hassle to return. I had to pay shipping back. They received my package back a few days later, and did not issue a full refund. I only returned this printer since it was not what I agreed to purchase. I should have received a brand new unopened printer. What I received was a floor model. I have called the shop several times, just to be given the run around. Manager was extremely rude, beligerent, and never returned my calls. I lost $300 of my return, and he didnt give a care in the world. He is selling floor models, that have been opened, and is sneaky about doing it. I have filed a complaint to the BBB.

Great place to but vinyl. They usually have what I need and can get what they dont have that I need. Vinyl is also good quality.
