10/10 definitely worth the 6 hour drive down from Indiana; place has great finds and for what it’s worth, the prices genuinely aren’t too bad. Dude at the counter was chill, actually gave us our space to look around, music taste was pretty 10/10 with the Joy Division; the the real star of the show was the incredible lamb skull lamp I got, and I have to say, it’s the best purchase I’ve ever made

Loved that they had a sign that welcomed all people and assured them a safe space. (Its sad that a place has to mention that, but it was good they were accepting of all). If youre looking for very eccentric place, this is it.. They had such a variety of old medical equipment, taxidermy, cards, clothing, you name it!

Definitely a hard departure to most shops in Nashville! The child-sized caskets felt a bit much to me, but overall a very cool place to walk around! I’d recommend a visit!

GPS ODDITIES HDA was on the opposite side of the road per GPS suggestion. Hmmmmmm...... ...... A very interesting location with many ODDITIES. A must stop location for the curious and not for the faint-hearted.

Super amazing shop! Curiosities, shirts, patches, stickers. They’ve got it! Super friendly and very very helpful staff that will and can answer almost any question! We make it a point to swing by every time we’re in town to see what’s new!

I specifically stopped in Nashville to come to this store. The owner is amazing and helpful, and the products are unique and worth traveling 8 hrs for. True story

You will need to go off the beaten path to find this little gem of dark and unusual things, but if that is right up your alley (like it is mine), it is worth it! I enjoyed perusing the shop and walked away with a new addition to my Halloween cache - an antique baby doll houses in a childs coffin = creep factor engaged!

Was expecting more of mix of novelty and quirky but was really just a store full of mostly old medical garbage and visuals. A few cool t shirts but not worth the stop.

Wish you kept your business hours up to date.Travelled 55 minutes to specifically come to this establishment on Monday (labor day) just be to find them closed during advertised business hours. Was superrrr bummed

One of the coolest stores Ive ever been too, if you like creepy/spooky things this is a must visit place. The owner there when I visited was super nice and had the sweetest little dog running around the shop. Theres some pretty high budget unique items that were out of my price range but definitely worth saving up for if you want a high quality one of a kind item.

When the cats away the mice will play! The cats chillin at this place, and I dont blame him. Super cool spot definitely worth checking out

Very S p o o p y place 😉 if you like the stranger side of life, this is the place! Everything from antique medical tools, to preserved pig babies. The selection is always being spiced up. I usually go here for the bones, but there are also things like books, records, and candles.. If youre not a bone guy 😅

What a dope little shop!! Full of all kinds of treasures, from taxidermy to vintage T-shirts, Hail Nashville truly transcends any description I could conjure in an attempt to categorize this place.. I learned about them a few years back when an artist I was working with had them deliver several impressive pieces to his studio in order to set the vibe for a multi-month residency.. A beautifully preserved and stuffed full size wolf, outrageous antlers and some vintage ashtrays were among the objects, and they all made a lasting impression on me.. So when I was recently in Nashville shooting music videos I stopped in to inquire about renting some prop pieces and I was met with great spirits by the gentlemen behind the counter.. They offered up essentially all I could need to create some epically creepy concepts and they were extremely fair on pricing.. All in all this place is an amazing addition to the ever evolving landscape and cultural phenomenon that is Nashville Tennessee.. They’re fully deserving of your business and of all the success that will continue to come their way.. Thanks guys for being generally awesome and adding flavor and flare to one of my favorite cities in the world!!

Its an absolutely gorgeous shop. The only thing was that almost everything was out of my price range.

Store keeps a light but spooky atmosphere. There are so many cool thing I suggest a decent block of time to really check everything out.

Theres an adorable little puppy that helps cash you out! And a hidden trove of vintage clothing in the back- amazing taxidermy finds and super sweet employees.

My girlfriend has always enjoyed the strange and unusual collections at this store. Friendly and knowledgeable staff can help you find whatever your interested in. A great hidden gem

I freakin love this place! It has a lot of the more unusual items that arent easy for me to locate. I always try to stop and take a look at what they have when Im in the area. I love their specimen collection.

Hail is a great store with a lot to see and purchase. There are a wide range of oddities, taxidermy, wet specimens, clothing, music and home furnishings for all tastes. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for some new items for their home!

Small store chock full of local, creepy goodness. I was hoping for less taxidermy and more medical oddities and occult, but there were a couple local artists I discovered as a result so yay!

We drove all the way from Kansas City expecting them to be open until 7pm. They did not UPDATE THIER HOURS on thier store answering machine or on this Google business listing. I am awfully disappointed to have missed this planned stop on my trip.

I seek out oddities shops wherever I go, and this is the best one Ive ever been to.

This place may be one of my new favorite stores! Definitely need a sense of humor for some a the taxidermy pieces, but all in all, an amazing place. They have a great selection of vintage and unique clothes and a very eclectic collection of oddities.

Love this place. I’ve been to several oddity/strange antique locations and Hail is one of my favorites. They have taken the time to have a great layout and have everything arranged nicely. It’s a very comfortable vibe and the staff is knowledgeable about the items they are selling, I can’t say that for other places I’ve been. Really unique place! For those into oddities, strange funky and a little spooky gifts, this is definitely the place to check out. The girl at the counter was nice and greeted me. The t-shirts and postcards are really cool. Im not really into stuff like this, but it was definitely a cool place to check out! Im glad unique places like this exist!

Awesome experience. Nice people. Ive been a regular for years and this is our 3rd year with Satan Claws. I was even given a bottle opener to open my beer. Always feel at home.

This place is absolutely incredible!! Every single inch of the inside of this store has something unique and fascinating in it. I’m not entirely sure how this place took so long for me to visit, since it’s been on my radar for the better part of a year now. But so glad that I finally decided to make a stop in. So much wonder and curiosity filled my mind every step I took. There is something for every person searching for a ‘dark aesthetic’. I also didn’t plan on spending any money, just went to check it out, but was able to find something that I’ve been looking to add to my home office for many years now! So excited to make this a month regular stop for me to check out all the cool new things they get in, or a ‘must have’ I might have glanced over from previous trips. Other than the building and items, the staff was great too! When we walked in, we were instantly greeted and told that if we needed absolutely any help to let them know. She gave us more than enough space to look around on our own without feeling like we were being pressured into buying anything, but was also close by to be engaging as well. So stoked to tell everyone about this place.

Loved all the creepy cool stuff!!! Found a vintage wood block clock with a dark unicorn, just needed a new time piece. Great prices for unique decor. Also great showcase for local vendor made things. Looking forward to my next purchase!

Very cool store. So much to see everywhere, every time I turned around I noticed something I hadnt seen during my first walk through. If your tastes lean towards the dark and odd, youll definitely find something you didnt know you needed.

Very nice mix of creepy and cool. My brother was excited to find a funeral flag for his hearse. Their magnet and sticker selection is awesome.

There are some things in here you wont see anywhere else, which is great... and I appreciate the lil vintage room they have. Kinda pushinnnng the cheese-factor at some points, though overall, worth a stop. Itd be cool to see more original, contemporary, weird and/or local art in there! Staff person was very nice.

I have also been to the Cincinnati store, Hail is a cool place to shop for oddities like taxidermy and skeletons/skulls. The Nashville store has less in the way of records/books than the Cincinnati store, but its still a super cool vibe.

My wife and I are going this weekend for the first time. So stoked by the pictures Ive seen and I havent even got to experience the righteous kookiness yet!!!

I absolutely loved this store. Not only was the cashiers customer service on point he was good at answering any question I had about the strange oddities of the building and I was also happy to see AUTHENTIC products in there. Interesting stuff, but overpriced and LOUD annoying staff (at least one was). Interesting taxidermy; reminds me of a less polished version of Loved To Death in San Francisco
