This place is truly a little gem. The customer service is phenomenal, and being that its just a little mom and pop shop, their prices are really good. They are all really friendly and knowledgeable. Be respectful and courteous and you will get treated the same way. The parts department has found everything that I needed for my bike so far. Have been going here for a few months and hopefully many years to come!

RPM has been my goto shop for over 22 years. Ive had several bikes (several different brands too) and RPM serviced/servises them all. I also bought one of my bikes there and gotten several helmets too.

I dropped off a Suzuki DRZ-400 that hasn’t been run in a long time. They did a thorough job going through the machine, and it’s running like new now. As an added bonus, they even cleaned it up for me, and the total cost was less than I expected. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for quality work at a competitive price.

Stored my bike here for the winter and they took great care of it. Had them change the oil and inspect the bike. They retapped my oil plug I stripped out, and at such a lower cost KTM would of charged me. The bike was ready to go on the date I scheduled to pick it up. Couldn’t ask for more helpful of a bike shop. I’ll be going here for now on.

Roger helped me to sell my bike this season. It was pretty straight forward. Roger explained the consignment process in detail and gave advise on the price. 4 weeks later I received a check with the agreed amount. I will definitely use them again in the further. Very satisfied.

Brought in my motorcycle for an issue of unable to shift gears. Received it back saying it was fixed but when I got home the bike still wouldn’t shift gears and could not be ridden.

Do NOT have your motorcycle serviced here! The service manager is terrible which leads to sloppy and dangerous work done by the motorcycle techs. They screw up basic mechanical tasks and cannot be trusted with anything even slightly more complex. If you value your life, avoid the service department. If you want to order parts or buy merchandise, its a good place, as the parts and clothing people are very helpful.

Love this shop. Went in for a small carburetor part today and they didnt even charge me for it. Bought my used Harley here 3 years ago and havent had a single problem with it.

Trying to buy a bike and they wont knock any money off the sticker price the bike is listed for $4,697 and i offered $4,500 cash and they said no. The worst part about it is that someone owns the bike and they only want $4,000 for it lol make your 500 and walk away, i dont get it....

I was interested in a new helmet, jacket, and gloves. The staff was attentive, knowledgeable, and offered alternatives. The prices are competitive and selections are numerous.

Saw a bunch of great reviews and yes, voted best bike shop. I cant speak to how good the service dept is, but the sales experience has been sub par. The salesman I delt with pretty much failed at every turn. He took the day off after I told him Id be making the 3 hour drive the next day to get the bike. Pretty sure I ended up dealing with the owner when I got there, he was pleasant to deal with. He didnt know anything about the bike though. Finally almost a week later I got time to take it out for a ride and discovered that it doesnt run well enough to ride safely. I decided to call to maybe get some answers or resolve the issue and quickly got attitude about it. Was told that I refused the service prep and that I never said I was going to come and buy the bike so it never went to service. Who goes through multiple phone conversations and gets financing and insurance for a bike then drives 3 hours just to look? When I got there a sold tag was hanging on it. Hopefully this was a fluke and the bikes sold there are actually checked over before the customer arrives.If there had been the slightest of concern voiced on the phone today, I probably wouldnt have written this review.

After registering my sleds with these guys for two years I had the opportunity to try their service when one of my sleds had an electrical problem. They had it back to me fixed in 24 hours for a VERY reasonable price and the entire team couldnt be more helpful or nicer folks! They have earned my future business! Carl H. Havent ridden in ~12 years. Took the motorcycle class again and was bitten hard by the riding bug. Went to RJs and found an ideal bike with the terrific assistance from Paul. The sale and paper work went as smooth as silk. As the bike was being prepped for pickup, I got a call from Paul saying that the tires were not in the best shape. They put on a brand new set at no additional cost!A terrific woman (sorry, forgot her name) helped me select and get fitted for a helmet, jacket, and gloves. Great service!When I went to pick up my bike I also purchased a battery tender. Right after the purchase, one of the people getting the bike ready came hustling in and told me that there was no need to purchase a tender as the previous owner left one in the saddle bags. They did not need to check for that and go out of there way to tell me that - but this place is down-to-earth, friendly, and honest.Only one minor negative was that the gas tank was about 1/4 full at pickup - so I needed to get gas right away. Probably an oversight.Bottom line, I highly recommend this place.

I have been a customer for over 10 years and I have always been treated fairly and I always felt like my business was appreciated. Roger really takes the time to explain what is wrong with your ride and never tries to upsell or do any work unneeded. He has talked me out of spending a lot of money because it wasn’t in my best interest. That right there shows honesty and integrity and that he cares about his customers!

Ordered 2 tires and an air filter on Wed, they called me on Thursday said parts were in. Made an appointment for Friday morning. Dropped the bike off at 9:30am and was called at 12:30pm said the work was complete.Also requested that they take a look at the brakes and replace them if necessary. Told me they were fine and didnt need replaced. (left that decision up to them).Nice guys.

I dont understand the negative reviews on here. They dont even make any sense. Especially when compared to my experience or any of my friends. Everyone here is helpful. I havent found anybody to be rude. They are definitely knowledgeable about their products. I have no clue where they statement came from. And why would they just let people come in and test ride consigned motorcycles? Theyre not insured for that! People can be so ridiculous. Thank you for taking care of me guys! This is the only shop I use since I started riding. Some people just want to hate.

Good prices and selection of bikes. They do maintenance on old bikes and are one of the few places around here (1 in Hooksett) that will work on a bike more than about 15 years old.

I’ve been buying parts from Roger for about eight or nine years. Most of the bikes I ride, collect, or race are not common. Roger and his team have always given more than 100% in making sure I’m taken care of. Last year Terry in the shop rebuilt my rare 1994 TZ race bike. It came out great and i wouldn’t have trusted the job to anyone else. RJ’s also consigns motorcycles and snowmobiles for customers. I’ve sent several of my friends there to consign motorcycles and they have all had positive experiences. Usually when i walk in the door his wife is sitting behind the cash register near the door and she always greets me with a smile. Roger has always been quick to resolve any issues as soon as they’re brought up. He goes out of his way to make sure within reason you leave satisfied. I highly recommend RJ’s.

They have new and used and nothing was pushed. Thank you. She was all about safety and really loved talking and educating both my new rider and me, a non motorcycle worried parent. Ive gone to RJs for many years and many reasons. After reading the couple of negative reviews here I felt compelled to post my experiences. This is the only place that I will go for service. The prices are more than fair - the labor rates are well within the normal and the mark-up on the parts is non-existent. The service and products have also been top shelf. I bought a helmet for my teenage daughter and received very personal fitting help and advice. To address one of the negative posts, I once brought in a set of tires to be mounted and was charged full labor charges. After talking to a neighbor who has dealt much more with motorcycles and service I realized that I broke a cardinal rule of not having tires mounted if you didnt purchase them there. My next set was purchased there and mounting was free, and the price matched what I could get on the web to the penny. I trust these guys.

Crooks! Charged me 500$ for a tune-up, 350$ for a carb clean, 110$ for an oil change. Valves were not checked so what tune-up work did you do that cost 500$ yeah nothing, oh and when I picked the bike up in January it overheated because it had no coolant, crooks, liars, and hacks.

RJs is the best. I would not consider taking my bikes anywhere else for service. I have had them service my bikes for the past ten years and have sold bikes through their consignment program as have my friends and all have had excellent results. I will choose RJs over the dealership every time...

I was going to sell through them but they were very misleading. They would quote me a price, it would seem final, then I was charged more. This happened twice in the conversation. I even brought it up that they were being misleading and there was no apology or even clarification for the confusion, they actually denied it even though it was in writing..... The whole interaction seemed very much off. Buying through them or getting service might not be bad but i would not recommend selling through them based off this interaction. I think I dodged a bullet here.

I have visited the shop numerous times with alway friendly knowledgable service. They have even went as far as to look my bike over after I did repairs myself and was unsure it was right. I am particular about my Harley Street Glide and this is the place I choose to go. There are plenty of choices some even around the corner from my house but the service speaks for it self. My husbands bike had not been ridden for 4 or 5 years. I called RJs. They picked it up, had it running smooth within 24 hours at a very reasonable cost. I cant believe it.
