If your looking to buy a new motorcycle/atv, give these guys a shot. I’ve now purchased, and had service done here and both are top notch. Kyle in sales is absolutely GREAT and went above and beyond to meet my expectations( which weren’t low) to get me on the machine I wanted, at a great price to boot. He even made himself available to answer a couple questions on his day off. Service was able to get me in, without much notice, on a Saturday while I waited. Quality work at a fair price. They definitely earned my business and I’ll be back in the future. All in all these are extremely detailed people who are great at their jobs, even making sure the tank is full before you take delivery. Thanks again to the BEST cycle team

Ok ladies and gents for real you want to be treated like a human being with a passion for riding and much more....well head right on down and see the guys here at best cycles! Im not kidding months of total straight bull from other places and then bam I found the one for me and they did everything they could to get me on the bike I wanted...when all other places said oh your money is no good because you dont have enough of it ...Kyle and I believe Ron was his name dont hate me guys.... but your truly just absolute amazing and made my money work for me!

Been searching for a 2006 KTM 950SM,a perfect example showed up on Best Cycle website. Kyle worked with me from start to finish, including a video of the bike running and constant communication to keep the paperwork process flowing. 2 weeks later and shipped 800+ miles it is in my garage. Went up to best cycle and met with Kyle, who is very honest and will sell you exactly what you are looking for. The manager Ray is awesome as well as Moe, the mechanic. All down to earth guys with a passion for off road vehicles. They know their stuff and will be able to solve any problems in the event you encounter something you can’t figure out. Definitely my new go to ATV dealership. Very happy with my two new machines and the experience with Best Cycle

This dealership is Ripoff never go there they took my bike for service and popping noice for 5 days next day I got ph call from Chrish and he advice me to tune up carburater and it will cost me total around $ 800 to $900 and specifically ask Chrish that it will fix my popping noice and he says 100 %positive that it will fix the popping noice after 5 days no one call me so I have to call them and went to pick up my bike and meet Ray I think his the manager/owner and I explain about the bike problem and Ray walked away from me and not answering my question also top of everything they blame my pipe for not passing my state inspection sticker so I paid them $700 for not fixing my problem and pick up my bike then down road from them went to bike shop and they did pass my bike and put state inspectors stickerso please people be aware about best cycle center and go some where else

Up until today I had a great experience purchasing a 2020 Ruckus from Best Cycles, Ive called a few times in the past week to order a part for it. Got an answer today and was promptly left on hold for about 10 minutes, and then they proceeded to hang up once the phone picked up. No problem there lines disconnect sometimes and its not a big deal but then I call 4 times consecutively only to have it go straight to voicemail. Very disappointed in the customer service on the phone side.

Excellent sales people. I worked mostly with Kyle, nice guy and hes passionate about bikes. This is my first ATV and he was incredibly patient. Other shops, the sales guys were too cool to answer dumb questions.. I traveled to buy this 4 wheeler from Kyle. He was that good. Kudos to the guys at Best.

Been here 3 times and a sales person has NEVER approached me despite the fact that i was the only one in there and I was seriously looking at bikes. Seriously enough that I was on the floor checking the brakes, tires, how clean the motor was etc... Also their prices are high and Ive heard their service center is also bad.

Update since I gave my 2 star review about 2 hours ago, their employee Kyle repeatedly kept calling my cell phone until I finally picked up and started harassing me over the 2 star review that I gave.Employees ignore their customers, and their staff doesnt even know about their own inventory. Def wont be bringing my business here and hope others wont either ✌🏻

I recently had the opportunity to take a Honda Gold Wing F6B out for a test ride. This bike was amazing and I had to have one. I contacted different local and online Honda dealers. I spoke to Ken at Best Honda. Ken was more than willing to negotiate $$$ with me for what I had hoped to be my next ride. After meeting up with him at the dealership, I found Ken to be very accommodating and we ended up closing the deal that same day.My experience with Best Honda was excellent. The Best Honda team actually stayed around beyond regular business hours to see to it that I was able to take delivery on my busy timetable.After the sale, Ken made a call to their rep to qualify me for a new $1,000 Honda accessories incentive that had just been introduced by Honda. Turned out that he could get me into the program and asked me to come back to the dealership with my $1,000 accessories wish list. It doesnt get any better than that.My experience was everything a buyer could hope for. If youre in the market for a new or used motorcycle, you owe it to yourself to give them a try.

But it was so shiney and it was calling my name.All the cool kids were doing it.its not my fault.( Thats what I told the wife anyway) good service. We recently purchased 2 Honda Ruckus’s from Kyle. Kyle went above and beyond and clocked out at the end of the day (our purchase made him stay late as it was because we walked in right before they closed) and borrowed a trailer and hooked it to his own vehicle and loaded and unloaded the Ruckus’s we bought and taught us how to use them. We begged him to bring them that night after the purchase and he was so great that he drove all the way to Milford, after work on the spot, in his own vehicle! That’s a great salesman and a great guy. We were so impressed we recently went back and delivered him a thank you card and gift card for his great service! Guy deserves a raise!The finance guy that sits next to him was great also and they both were very down to earth and trustworthy. I didn’t feel like I was getting ripped off or that they were shady salesmen. Overall a great experience.

I went late last night after work they stayed till 7 with me, I had Ray as my sales and Adam who helped load it on my truck! No hassle, super helpful! I said what price I wanted they didnt even argue or anything just said let me make one call Ill make it happen, 15 minutes later it was a better price than I wanted. Ken, my sales person, was knowledgeable, honest, friendly and did not pressure me at all. He seemed committed to helping me find the right bike, not just any bike, and spent a lot of time showing me many different makes/models. I ended up getting a Yamaha dual--sport thats been great. I just wanted to write to let any one out there looking to purchase toys, Ken @ Best was very helpful in getting all my questions answered and was very down to earth (not a quality you find in sales people these days). I bought a new Honda Foreman 500 from Best Cycle last week. They were very friendly, competent, and NEVER pressured me to buy. I visited a few other places and found it to be the complete opposite. They didnt know much about the machines but did give me the hard sell over and over. I strongly reccomend Best Cycle, I had a good experience.

Had a problem with my Suzuki Boulevard this week while visiting Nashua. Found this place off of Google, gave them a call. Explained I was up there, from out of state, and the problem with my bike. Now, they could have said, Sorry we are backed up. Nope, Moe said if I could get there, they would look at it. Had the bike towed there on Tues. afternoon, Moe called me with a diagnosis, I said go ahead. They fixed the problem and the bike was ready by 11am on Wed.! Cannot say enough how impressed I am>Thank You, Thank you, Thank You!

I recently rebuilt a CRF80F and bought many parts from Best Cycles. They sent the cylinder head out to a machine shop (with some new parts) and had it re-machined for a reasonable price. I like them even more now that Frank has taken over in the parts department.

Got a bike there a couple of months ago and when the time came to get tires I went through them again. They ordered the tires and gave me a bit of a break on the price which I appreciated. When I was leaving after the service, which was completed in a timely fashion, I locked the key to my bike in the under-seat storage compartment (whoops!) After realizing how big of a goof I had just made I asked if they had any experience with this situation. With out hesitation I was met with 2 sets of helping hands, 1 flashlight, a screw driver and a few odd keys! They were able to have me on my way assuring me that I wasnt the first person to have done something so silly.

I went in there just to have my bike serviced and ended up purchasing a used Harley Davidson the Sales Manager John was honest and took an interest in my riding style, although he is not the most professional person he is real .and did not try to push me on a bike I did not want but helped me find a replacement bike that I was comfortable on for long rides. WOW! What a difference. The staff is great. John the sales manager is great to deal with and knows a ton about bikes and answered all of my questions. Ken, the used bike manager has been selling bikes for over 10 years and finally brought used bike to Best Cycle Center. Adam the parts and service manager actually knows about parts and service! He races dirt bikes so he truly understands what I’m taking about in regards to parts. Adam also brought the motorcycle service back to the cycle center instead of the Ford advisors, so he got my bike in and out right away. I even got to speak with Kevin the technician and learned that he graduated from tech school and has been working on bikes for over 5 years. Way to go Best Cycle Center it looks like you guys are back on track to being the BEST!

I purchased a headlight bulb from the parts dept, just the bulb, for an older Honda dirtbike. Price = $55(aftermarket, not even a genuine Honda part). Guy behind the parts desk felt bad about about the listed price and gave me a 10% discount.Eventually I needed another bulb. I found a replacement bulb online for $9, shipped.Best Cycle charges a 600% mark-up??? Seriously???I will never purchase anything from this place again.

Very disappointing. Called last Friday to see if a 4 wheeler was available it was and still is. Was told to fill out online credit application so I did that night. Did not hear back so I called Saturday around 4 as to give plenty of time an was told they were working on my application an would call me back. Well here we are almost a full week later an no call. My credit score being a 690 is not the best in its plenty to have this sale closed the same day. Wouldnt recommend them as it seems they dont take people seriously or maybe they dont like easy sales.

I found a bike on Craigslist that I was interested in so I called Ken at Best Cycle to find out more. He sounded very knowledgeable and friendly over the phone and was nice enough to answer a whole bunch of questions for me that I had about the Harley I wanted. I came in to see the bike in person like he suggested I do and I was very happy to see that the bike was EXACTLY in the condition that it was described online, maybe even a little nicer. Ken showed me the bike as well as some other similar Harleys and he really knew a lot about the different models they make. What I really liked was that he never talked down to me nor put any pressure on me to buy today. I had visited three other motorcycle dealerships over the last two weeks, and the only thing it seemed like they knew about bikes was how to try and make me buy one, you can tell when someone is trying to help you or just help themselves to a sales comission which they apparently dont get paid by at Best Cycle. Anyway, I bought my Harley from Ken at Best and two weeks later the turn signal stopped working. I came in without an appointment, he remembered everything about me and my bike, brought it around back and replaced a burnt out bulb for me in under 5 minutes, no charge. Needless to say they have earned my business for life! Thank you guys SO much, I love my Harley!

Brought my bike in for service cause my rear caliper was locking up on me the bike I own is only 1 year old with 1375 miles on it. I bought the bike from there and also bought the extended warrenty They first told me that the warranty company wasnt going to pay for it. I called them up myself and they said they didnt even have a claim open. I called the dealer and ask them why there was no claim open. After 2 weeks of back and forth the dealer said they couldnt figure out what was causing the mechanical failure. They final said that even just pushing my bike around the shop to move it that it did end up locking up on them. They finally got the warranty company to pay for a master cylinder and a new caliper. I ended up buying the brake pads and rotor. I bought them myself and brought them in cause its a lot cheaper then there outrages over inflated dealer prices. Then they said the part was on back order and that they had to get one from a dealer in Canada. So now finally 3 weeks later and I go and pick it up and even though the warranty company said they where paying parts and labor for the Caliper and Master cylinder they over charge me saying that they only paid them one shop hour for the labor. I got a $350 bill for a Oil change and to clean my chain. They also charged me for 4 quarts of oil when the bike only takes 2 1/2. 3 quarts yes but four. I then just paid and left with my bike I bring it right back and tell them the rear brake still doesnt feel right. He says the brakes have to break in and see if it changes if not bring it back to us. I made it a mile down the street, I am stopped at the light and the rear wheel is locked up again. I have cars beeping at me, I cant even throttle it off the road cause it kept shutting off on me. I managed to pull it over. Called the dealer. And the service manager tells me its all in my head. He said he will send someone to pick it up. I kept pumping the brakes cause I had to get back to work. I got it to unlock and drove back to my job. I called him back and told him were to pick it up. I went over everything I have been through and instead of being understand he said there is no way its all in my head and hung up the phone on me. The service here is poor, over priced and these people are rude. The worst customer service I have ever in my life experienced and my bike still isnt fix. I am taking it to another dealer and getting them to fix it and getting a lawyer. I work for a car dealership and our service department would never tell a customer even though you are on the side of the road and your life is in danger its all in your head. This is my life on the back of this motorcycle and he didnt have any concern for me and my safety.
