They are always so nice and try to help the customer get the best deal. The lab is usually quick about getting the lens made off site and back to the customer quickly. If you want to browse the frames, you must make an appointment due to the virus with the number of people safely allowed in at one time.

Only 3 registers open in the entire store. Long lines with rude employees who clearly seem over worked. Disappointed that you completely removed your maternity section. Not everyone wants to order online, some of us need to try clothes on.

Im always looking for clearance because everything is highly price...I brought a pocketbook on Clarence for $25 a month later, I was disappointed the straps broke off of it that was a $60 pocketbook before they mark it down to be affordable, I went to Walmart and bought one for less than 20 dollars. I was disappointed with some jewelry that was tarnished after a couple days of wearing it.

The shoe collection here isn’t that great, which is why I went that day. But overall, the rest of the store has a good selection of clothing and decent sales.

91 year old Mom wanted to purchase new curtains. She picked the out in store, but there was no stock. Salesman ordered them online to be delivered to house. He ordered wrong color. I returned them to store and asked another salesman to reorder and send them to her home. When the order did not arrive, I called for her and they had been delivered to the store. No convenience in JCPenny. The customer service salesmen were both uninterested and inattentive to making the orders correct.

You would think a department store on its last leg would have better deals, but there they are still pushing that credit card... No thanks. Handicapped accessible and parking. Not many associates around its kind of a dark basement vibe. Lots of full overpriced items left not much in clearance.

Lexi and Susan were so incredibly helpful, friendly and professional. I have never had customer service that wonderful from any other retail store in my life. Thank you ladies!! You are very appreciated! I will certainly be back to JCPenney because of my experience with them.

Walked into the salon with an idea for something bold. I spoke with a few members of the staff, all very pleasant, and then I spoke to Leah Liqui. What a lady! Not only did I have arguably the best haircut I have ever had, but the wonderful personality of this woman is infectious. The long process of letting the dye set, washing it out, and styling it was filled with lively conversation between myself and Leah. It was an absolute pleasure to do business with her! I would tell anyone who asked for a place to go look beautiful to go see Leah. 10/10

I ordered about $1500 worth of accordion blinds for my windows. I had to give them the measurements in advance and give them payment in full. The blinds arrived and they all fit perfectly and they really added so much to the rooms

I love this store; they have a great selection of clothes reasonably priced. I also bought jewelry for a Mothers Day present; very reasonable and so pretty. And as usual, customer service was excellent!

This store has some of the BEST sales on clothes!! I walk out with bags and bags of clothes. I really love when the kids clothing goes on sale because kids grow like sprouts and constantly get their clothes dirty. So, I spend my time at JCPenny going through racks of kids clothing for all sizes. Tops and bottoms often on sale for under a dollar a piece. Whatever the kids dont wear, I just donate it. Such a win win all the way around.

This place is a mess

Excellent department store. Their merchandise is a very good quality. Always have good sales. The staff is very knowledgable and friendly. I actually witnessed the cashier point out a sale that the couple in front of me had missed. The gentleman was purchasing a suit and his wife had picked out the dress shirt to go with this very nice suit. The cashier asked if the couple was aware that the dress shirt was on sale as a 2 for 1 sale item. Would they be interested in getting a second shirt. The wife was surprised and very happy to learn this. Naturally the wife went to get a second shirt. Thats what I would classify as customer friendly. And, good business.

The workers are very helpful and kind .I went for a car seat because I seen them on line .But they no longer have car seat at this store.😥 Besides that I enjoyed my shopping there today.

I really wish accessibility was important to you and your employees. Not only do you hide your elevator but you dont have any signs when you enter the store to tell you where the elevator is. Then on top of all of that your employees instructions on how to find the elevators is garbage.

JCPenny is OK. We were looking for something in the mens apparel department, but we could not find the exact item we wanted. Theirs is a somewhat limited selection.

I love JC Penney with its great sales and helpful associates. They have a big selection of different styles and sizes. The fact that JC Penney has husky sizes is really helpful when kids are in a hard to fit size.

The ladies in the evening wear department were so nice. One even helped me figure out how to forward a picture I had taken of myself to my daughter. This was not required for her job, but was greatly appreciated. It meant a lot to me.

Many sought after, quality brand name items in stock, but shop early for going back to school and holiday items, because the stores are crowded with bargain hunters.

JC Pennys has petites and Skeechers. My kind of place. Plus, the big majority of workout clothing is fantastic. Today I will be visiting the eye glass department for the first time. I heard the prices were very reasonable and they take insurances. How to find some cool looking modern frames with progressive lenses. Here goes....

On one hand they have a good selection. On the other hand I didnt over an hour in the suits section and not one person was there to help. I did not see the first sales person the entire time to help. At one point I even stop under a camera and waved for help!

We went to JC Penney today. It was good with lot of black friday deals, customer service is also good. I would rate it 3 because the clothes and other things where costly but the quality is reasonably good.You could visit this place during sale season

Okay department store with a hard time finding exactly what you want because its so big and there are so many walls. Hard to find a quick checkout to since they arent located near the exits.

My favorite store

I know it is a Saturday and stores are busier but to have only two womens dressing rooms open and one of those was blocked and half closed leaving only 5 rooms open for use! One dressing room had at least 10 people waiting and the other one was not as bad with 6. Some people walked away and gave up, I chose to wait with only 4 items in hand to try on. 30 minutes of waiting for the dressing room and trying on my items I decided to purchase two of them. I proceeded to the register area and with only two cashiers there were at least 20 people waiting in line. I put my items down and left the store. I have patience but not a lot of time to waste, I will do my shopping elsewhere in the future. It’s a shame,I have shopped at Penny for years and like your merchandise. Hopefully this review will make you aware of changes that need to be made.Mary Ellen H.

Skip this JCPenney. TERRIBLE customer service. Sales person at the jewelry counter wasted 30 minutes of our time. She said shed change a price on something, because it was in a section that said a certain price, and then refused to change it. When I went to check out with some clothing, I had a $10 reward, and the sales person refused to let me use it unless I use a MasterCard that I dont even have??? Very very disappointed. UPDATE: I went to the JCPenney at another mall this past weekend, and used my $10 reward with my own debit card with no issue at all, so the sales woman at this Nashua location was lying.

Got some new merchandise in from last time I was here. Also, this store is NOT closing.

I liked them at first but last 2 times my kids had a haircut there, they end up with LICE and it takes me more than a month to treat it as they have very thick hair. I refused to get this conclusion first time my son got it and infected the whole house but second time was one year later and within a week I discovered the nites. I pay way more time and money to treat the lice than a single hair cut. I cannot hate thia place enough.

JC Penney was having a sale and a woman gave me a discount coupon, 50% off my purchase. I got well made clothes that will wash well at a bargain and a pair of pants.

Our appointment started off with us explaining the type of pictures we were looking for. We only had 4 poses in mind and it should have been a fairly easy process. After explaining everything and after showing her the headbands and accessories we were carrying and confirming that the poses were all doable, the photographer we were working with, Daneka, suddenly dropped off and sent another person to take over. No reason, no explanation, nothing. We had to re-explain everything again. By then, our 6 day old newborn started to get fussy and Daneka came back in to tell us she cannot give us 5 minutes to calm the baby. I asked how would they take images of a crying baby. She said she thats all they can take. And Continued to take pictures with our baby crying, and by the end of the appointment, I left in tears. Except for one image, nothing else turned good. Not one image captured the babys face fully. We were then made to wait for 1.5 hour to view our images. If you had to make us wait for an hour and a half anyways, why not give us 5 minutes and at least take decent pictures?! We felt discriminated against, we werent given 5 minutes to pacify our crying newborn. The pictures taken were abysmal. And we left in tears. I cannot imagine an appointment going any more worse.

The JC Penney store line itself is okay, I usually find bottom line pricing competitive with Kohls, etc and quality of clothes somewhat better.So why the two stars? The help and lines at this store are ridiculous - twice in the past few months we have tried to shop here, had probably $200 of clothes in hand, left them on table and walked out due to crazy long lines through understaffed registers across the store. Im not talking 5-10 minute wait, Im talking 20+ minute wait ad I heard from others closer to the front. The store itself wasnt even really busy either time. Waiting nearly a half hour to hand someone your money for clothes seems crazy to me. Rate them higher if you disagree.To bad, I do want to like the store.

Went to shop for curtains today with my 2 kids at JCPENNEY HOME STORE IN NAHUA ON 292 DWHIGHWAY, and I have never experienced anything horrible and disgusting like this before. I spent almost $200 at this store. After I paid and about to leave, this guy who works at the store name ALFRED kept mumbling to himself complaining about my kids because my daughter has been screaming and running around the store. I was standing there with kids. He didnt approach me directly. Instead, he just kept looking at me and the kids from distance and kept complaining. The last thing he said was unbelievable. I talked to the store manager about this. Her name is ERMA. She interrupted me without even letting me finish what I had to say and she said we have customers with kids running around here and screaming all day and it is really annoying for our employees and very disturbing to other customers. If you cannot control your kids, you should not be shopping here. I asked her if she has any kids and if she understand that it is not easy to control when the kids scream or when they want to run around. She said I have kids and I have grandkids and if you cannot control your kids that means you are doing something wrong. I am a mom. I have sympathy when I go to the store and see other people struggling trying to keep the kids under control. I understand how frustrating it is, so I dont get annoyed when I see other kids screaming or crying at the store. The parents are doing their best to keep their kids from crying and screaming. Nobody wants that to happen. So I smiled to the parents who struggle with the screaming and crying kids at the store to let them know that it is ok and I understand what they are going through and that Im not annoyed by that. I am not saying that the kids have the right to run around and scream like that, and I would have been ok if the employee approach me directly instead of complaining about me and my kids from distance like that. What this employee and manager at JCPENNEY talked and reacted to me was disgusting and unacceptable. So, I returned everything I bought and I will never ever shop at this store again.

I have not shopped in this store so am not familiar with clothing and/ or other items for purchase. I went in to purchase a gift card for my son in-law . Customer service representative was very cordial.

It was a hot day. Went there at night it was hot in there us customers were sweating looking around. My friend and I left. I was mad cuz I had a cart full of clothes. But my friend was getting dizzy from heat.

Good deals, however they failed to deliver a bedroom set and two sofas. Never showed up on the bedroom set delivery date and when we called, they said it would be another 2-4 weeks. With the sofas, they called and said they didnt have the fabric for one of them, so they canceled the whole order. Said we could go back and re-order. No thank you.
