You really want to beware of this business. Danny, the manager is extremely rude following an escalation from another employee who refused to give his name and hung up on me. Basically, they refused to credit returned merchandise that they gave us in error. Once replaced, they didnt credit the return and we have to pay almost $500 for their error. They flat out refused to assist after in person visits and many calls. Do not accept any promotions from them that they tell you will save you money. You really want to deal with Verizon corporate because you will have no recourse when this franchise cheats you.
One of the worst experiences ever. DO NOT go to this store and instead use the Verizon corporate store in the mall which is on the lower level. My experience has been horrible to say the least.1. They sold me things without revealing full facts. They said tablets are free and who would not take a free tablet and so did I. What they did not reveal and what I did not know was a 10$/month charge was being added to my account. After I realized the additional charges, I walked into the store to return them and was charged 35$ restocking fee.2. They quietly put in a tempered glass on my new iphone without even asking me if I need it or no and charged me 36$ for it (you can get is for under 10$ on Amazon)3. However I called up Verizon customer service and detailed my experience and they patiently heard my case and refunded me all the money that was charged. They promised me that a message will be passed to this store to sell products with honesty and keep the transaction ethical.In summary, stay away from this store and use a Verizon corporate store that wont try to hide things and reveal everything upfront. This store has scum bags
Super pushy. I dont have Verizon but inquired about services to switch. I have been with my carrier for over 10 years and I love it. But if I could get a better price why not give it a shot? This guy was so pushy to get me to switch wanting me to run my credit. I said no Im just inquiring about switching and then they wanted 500.00 down because I wouldnt run my credit. I dont want your service so, Im not paying anything. Maybe he was confused and thought I WAS switching. But never did I agree and I never signed anything. So I will stay with my carrier.
Zack and the other employees were very pleasant, helpful and easy to deal with. It was a pleasure dealing with them.
