I absolutely HATE buying a vehicle, and today was yet another example as to why. I completely the online, Shop Click Drive, process. The appraisal that I got from this process seemed a bit higher than I had received for multiple other sites and dealers. However, I figured I would complete the process and go in to the dealership to see how much it would change. Again, from getting quotes from about 6 other sources, my value was showing about $3500 less than what Tullys was showing. I was expecting them to come back and say they were in this price range. Instead, I was fed a line that this is a national driven appraisal, and they have no control, and some vehicles are higher than others, and blah blah blah. After the explanation, came the offer of $8000 less than what was quoted online. Disappointing is not even the word. A complete was of my time. If this part of the website is broken, take it offline. If you arent able to, on the first email contact after someone submits the application, STATE THIS IS AN ISSUE. Dont lure someone in, knowing full well its a broken system! Again, communication and transparency here would have been great!

Oil change was fine, along with the rest of the service. However there was an approximate 18inch scratch on the passenger rear door that was new when I left the building to get in the vehicle. I informed the service manager and they body shop buffed it out, but th scratch is still present albeit faded, and the rotation pattern from the buffing is obvious.

I had my trucks ac pump seize up on me. Brought it in and called to let me know it was done. When I got there they had to go find my truck. No big deal. When I got in my truck, the top glove box was all the way up, and my lower glove box was on my passenger seat. Not installed!!! I had to go to.work, so couldnt stay, ac fan now makes horrible noise, windshield washer doesnt work now, and Im pretty disappointed. Last time I was there, thought service was good. Now I have to take more time out of my life to get my truck back up there. Hoping you will make this right....

Bought used. Was told they would do up coming service that was due and change all oils/ filters. Right. After going to another dealer and another mechanic. They both said that it hadnt been done. The lastest was the cabin filter that hasnt been changed I. A long time. Beware...

Scheduled an appointment on July 28th. for 4 tire replacement on Aug. 25th. requesting a specific Firestone tire and an alignment. Upon arrival on the 25th the requested tires were never ordered needless to say I was quite disappointed as I wanted the service to be performed by GM trained technicians not by a discount tire retailer. Two days later the tires are in and I get an appointment on the 31st. I am now very satisfied not only did Tulley price match the tires they discounted the installation apologized again and as I was told have instituted measures to prevent another such incident. Very pleased highly recommend Tulley

Best car buying experience ever! Sales Mngr Mark Pike and my Sales Man Frank Pattelena really rolled out the red carpet for me and treated me like I was royalty. I had searched the entire NE area for this particular truck and was elated that Tulley GMC had the exact model and options I was looking for. I made the drive up from southern Ma after confirming the availability and trade details with Sales Mngr Mark. Upon my arrival they had the truck pulled up in front all detailed with a full tank of gas!From the moment I walked in their very clean and contemporary showroom I was greeted with a friendly fistbump and the keys to my next new truck. Both Mark and Frank were never pushy or tried to do the old back end financing strategy that many of my past sales guys at other locations have used to try and hide the true cost and fees of the sale. At Tulley I found them to be extremely straightforward and transparent with the pricing. They gave me a very fair deal for my trade without any haggling...thousands more than other GMC dealers I had visited. Both Mark and Frank went over every detail and option on this truck. All in all the total experience was excellent and if it couldnt get any better I was informed that with every new purchase at Tulley Buick/GMC you get one year of free dent and scratch repair as well as accident protection that pays your deductible and repairs your vehicle if god forbid you get in an accident during your first year. I have my own repair shop I can be very patient, truck is new and under warranty have to go to the dealer but When deal with incompetent people in a big respected place and specially when they act like they own it I loose my patienceBack in January they fix my truck with only 4 thousand miles on it with is ok and normal that things can fail I am ok with that went back 3 times for the same problem then I give up nothing serious steering is out of alignment I decided it to wait till next oil changeNow with 8 thousand miles time for oil change I tried to go to a different dealer they refused me and it make sense because Tulley got paid from GMC but truck still not fixed and GMC won’t pay another dealer for the same problemSo it forced me to call Tulley make a appointment explain the situation to the service guy he was very pleasant and very nice to talk to and because I live 45 min away from the dealer I asked for a loaner and he said no problem just be here first thing at 8 o’clockAm I did show up at 7:30 pulled in did paper work and the service guy last question was anything else can I do for you I said yes my loaner his answer was sorry we don’t have one for you and after everything and me getting up early and driving 45 min I lost it I will never go back I got two new cars from thereI will never refer or buy a car in this place I want nothing to do with Tulley .

Was interested in one particular vehicle. Received a quote online and made an appointment (because they told me appointments were necessary given COVID policies) to see the vehicle and coordinate purchase. Made the 45 minute trip only to be told the vehicle was sold 15 minutes earlier. All the Sales Manager did was shrug. Dont trust a business with no integrity.

Brought vehicle in for noise coming from front brake area. I was told brakes look good and they did not hear or see anything that would cause noise. I continued to hear/feel noise so I brought it to a known mechanic. He advised I had rusted rotors which was causing the noise/issue. He replaced them and my vehicle does not make noise anymore. Why would that have been missed by your company? Seems like an obvious thing to look for with what my complaint was. I paid you guys for the diagnosis everything was fine...when it in fact was not.

When I brought my Encore in for a brake repair, I was told the caliper might be damaged too. They found it was not. I appreciate that they let me know when things are working fine and dont need repair as much as when things do need repair. The loaner car program is convenient and easy.

Poor Service Dept. experience, 8 October 2020. 2014 GMC 3500 diesel ~133k miles. Low Coolant light on, techs assessment was Coolant Reservoir Leaking so I replaced tank at $372.63 (parts & labor). Drove less than 10 miles (9.8 miles) from dealer and had to return to dealer as light came back on. After paying nearly $400 they told me it was likely a head-gasket. Settled on adding dye to coolant to verify location of leak (only charged $7.70). On the invoice for when dye added, it stated Recommend driving until low coolant message comes back on. In that case pull glow plugs to further diagnose and verify head gasket issue. $390.00 when diagnosis is needed. My vehicle was incorrectly diagnosed the first time, which cost me nearly $400 and Im led to believe Ill be charged an additional $390 when I come back to the dealer for them to FIX whats wrong with my vehicle?

Had the check engine light come on just one month after Banks in Concord had serviced my 2016 Sierra which is a CPO vehicle. I called Banks to see when they could look at it and they told me nothing until two weeks? I was shocked and I asked that seeing as they had just service the truck couldnt they get me in sooner. I was told no. I suppose that is the draw back of being the biggest dealer in NH, they dont seem to care because they are at max all the time.I called Tulley because colleagues had great things to say about them. I was greeted by Emily and was offered an appointment the next business day. Dusting kept me in the loop during the entire repair process. It turned out that the torque converter need to be replaced. They were very methodical at following the service bulletins to identify the problem.My truck was completed in 2 days which I was very happy with.This might not be the largest dealer in NH with the best lounge area but their employees care about service and take great care of their customers. I will now be using Tulley for all of my future service needs.

Many issues with new GMC Sierra. Tulley Service Dept is inept. Management wont return calls.Jeez, where do I start.First, whatever you do, dont purchase a new Sierra 1500. Among the many problems, Ive had transmission issues since new, where the truck shutters under acceleration (there are many, many posts regarding this issue that I wished Id read beforehand). Tulley has been unable to fix it, and now has given up, telling me its normal (why replace transmission parts as they did 3 months ago, if its normal). Next, I had them check the brakes this last visit, which they also said were ok, however driving home from the dealer they were grinding as if they were metal to metal (is this normal?). It is incredibly frustrating to deal with a dealership that is so terrible. I didnt want to simply complain, I was interested in a solution, so I politely asked for one of the senior managers, John Murphy, to call me so we could come up with a solution to the transmission and brake issue, and he never called.The dealership finished with my truck at 3PM on Friday while I was at work. At 9AM on Saturday as I was heading out to pick up the truck, I received a voicemail from Tulley they were going to report my loaner stolen I assume, if I didnt call them and return it. Yikes!Avoid this dealership at all costs.

Here is a shout-out to Mike Ciano at Tulley BMW for an excellent pressure-less tension-free buying experience. With a young family I was always late on my appointments, but Mike was able to accommodate my erratic schedule without any complaints. He patiently gave an overview of the car during test-drive and spent considerable time at delivery to go over the features in more detail. Even price negotiations were done in a friendly and respectful atmosphere and in the end we both got something out of the deal. I will highly recommend this dealership and Mike to prospective customers.
