The friendliness and responsiveness from the happy sounding people on the phone is really a pleasant rarity to experience these days. I was kept informed of the status of my accident repair, and was very pleased with the result. They even cleaned the inside of my car! A smooth, friendly and pro experience!

I can’t praise this shop enough, the estimate process was super easy and they worked directly with the insurance to get this done very quickly. I dropped the car off and was given a ride to get my rental. Car was in the shop for about 2 days and they had returned it looking brand new. They also washed and cleaned out the inside of my vehicle. I was not expecting that and it was a pleasant surprise. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable and I would recommend you give this shop a call.

I contacted this shop for car repairs, got a quote, dropped off my vehicle for a two day repair. On the day I was to pick up car I called to make sure it would be ready when I was told it wouldnt. Wait! Why didnt anyone call me? Well they didnt even touch my car after it sat there for two days.Mike told me over the phone there was damage to my hood. WHAT? I had a small dent on my fender. He told me the hood wouldnt close and he couldnt give me the car back.I drove over there during lunch and asked him to show me what he was talking about and he then said the hood was fine. (It should be it had nothing to do with why my car was there). Then he said I wasnt going to like it, but my car needed an entire new fender, but they had to order it and he didnt know when it would be in so I had them give me my car back since I need one to get to work. He then said he would order the fender and call me to let me know when we could have the work done and he graciously offered to have a rent a car there for me to use since I was already inconvenienced for two days.Anyway, cant help but feel like the story kept changing and here it is going on 3 days later and I still have not heard anything.I will be taking my business elsewhere just out of frustration. I cannot comment on the quality of their work because they did not work on my car.I am disappointed that I have to start all over and that I chose this place due to the good reviews.

I usually dont write reviews (this might be the 3rd in my life to date) but this was very disappointing. I had work completed on my car a couple of years ago and when my car started to make an odd noise I thought I would reach out to this business for their assistance once again. The first time around they were pretty fast and seemed to do a competent job however, after inquiring if they might be able to take a look at my car this time around the representative who answered my call accused me saying its their fault due to the previous work done. I didnt once think that! I was hoping for an expert in the industry to help advise me in the right direction so that I can drive a safe vehicle. She was completely rude, unattentive, and frankly, not helpful in any way. I do not plan to bring any business here again and would not refer my friends and family just to have them deal with representatives like this.EDIT after owner reply: I did not ask anyone to make any noises over the phone. She asked me what kind of sound my car was making and I informed her Im really not a car person and I genuinely do not know if its a screeching, rubbing, clunking,... whatever type of sound. I mentioned it sounded worse when I used my breaks. Honestly, this just further demonstrates the lack of professionalism from this business as the reply is taking zero responsibility and instead is trying to make me, as potential business, seem arrogant, rude, and childish. I went to you because I was seeking expertise and advision. Instead I got disrespect and subpoor service all around.

Mike is a real nice guy, its too bad that his sister had to be involved with my quotes for repair. She is not a people person and in my opinion shouldnt be dealing with people if thats the attitude she is going to have with her customers. They must be so busy to be able to turn away the 3 vehicles I wanted to have repaired. No matter how major or minor the work. Work is work and obviously they are so busy they dont need the business. Good for them to be so busy in such trying times in the world. 2 stars is all for Mike.

This repair shop was recommended by State Farm and they were fantastic to work with. From start to finish they were ultimate professionals. I was able to call and make an appointment. It took approximately 15 minutes from start to finish to get an estimate. They were able to schedule my actual repair for later that month. They also let me leave my rental car there and called Hertz to pick up my rental. Overall a fantastic experience.

I have to hand it to Mike and his crew for doing an amazing job on my daughters car, it looks like brand new again. He was also able to assist her with a rental car through the kind folks at Budget right down the road from the collision center. Being 18 Budget was the only one able to rent to her and bill her State Farm insurance. All the paperwork was handled by Mike and best part, her car looks even better than before the accident. Very professional and friendly shop and Mike made the entire process comfortable for a first time accident victim.

The folks at Nashua Collision Center are courteous and helpful. They explain things clearly. We will be having work done on our car there in two weeks. The fact that they are authorized by our insurance company to do the repair estimate simplifies the entire process. It makes the best of an unpleasant situation.-- Now after my car repairs, I am even more enthusiastic about Nashua Collision Center. They are a great bunch of folks. I had some scarps from a separate minor accident, and they took care of them at no additional charge. Very friendly, helpful, and competent people. I cant say enough good things about them!

My car repair was covered by collision insurance and I opted to use one of the agencys recommended repair facilities, Nashua Collision Center. From the time I went for the initial estimate till the time I picked my car up, every person at NCC treated me with courtesy and great customer service. They gave me a ride when the car rental agency said they couldnt be there until later in the morning, and they returned the rental car for me. Everything was handled in a professional but also a caring manner, if that makes sense. My car was even cleaner than when I brought it in as they vacuumed the interior for me. The staff went above and beyond as far as I am concerned!

They replaced my bumper and the paint matched perfectly and was done very quickly. Great service and work!

Weve dealt with Nashua Collision Center in the past, so when my car was damaged on a parking lot a few weeks ago, going there again was an easy choice. The only inconvenience was to wait a month for an appointment - yes, theyre that popular. It was well worth the wait though. Besides, instead of 10 days to fix it as our insurance company estimated, the job was done in 3 days. Mike and his team not only did an excellent job with the car, they took care of all communication with my insurance company and the car rental company. As Mike said giving me the key, Dont come back to us - but feel free to send friends and relatives. We sure will!

Our 20yr old daughter slid on ice and hit a telephone pole and did quit a damage to the NEW mini cooper. It was painful. I drove it over to Nashua Collision (bad idea) to get it dropped off. Nikki offered to get a rental for me but I declined since I already have a car at home. She did all the paperwork and got in contact with my insurance. I was planning on Ubering home but she offered to get me dropped off by one of the employee instead. The car took almost 3 weeks to get back but their work is amazing. It looks and feel like when we bought it. Thank you. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I cant say enough great things about Nashua collision. I brought my Lincoln MKX in a few months ago to polish out some scratches and they did it for me quick and for next to nothing. I then came back to them today with my 1967 Cougar to replace the bumper. The did it within a couple hours and only charged me an hour of labor! These guys are the best. Everyone there is top notch - friendly and professional. The only place I would take any of my vehicles.

I am a former owner of an an auto body shop in Chelmsford;Mass. and my experience with Nashua Collision Center over the last 20 years is they are honest, ethical, and they do all kinds of auto body and frame work and they do it beautifully. i would never go anywhere else for my 7 series BMW.

I had a damaged fender on my Honda Accord that I was replacing on my own dime. I received quotes from 4 places, including Nashua Collision Center (NCC). NCCs quote was lower than the other 3, so I was nervous. In my mind, if something is too good to be true, it often is.I asked Mike, at NCC, as to why their quote is different from the others. He stepped out with me to the car, and took a close look. Even before I told him what the precise differences were, he offered his thoughts on the things a different person writing it up may consider and build into the estimate. He was on the money. He also shared his expertise on why he didnt think those things were necessary. He was happy to do them, at a higher cost, but felt it would not do justice to the customers pocket.I felt comfortable with his knowledge and his willingness to do what was appropriate for the customer, not just what was fiscally beneficial to him. They estimated the work at 2 - 3 days, I had the car back in my hands in less than 2 days. I am no expert, but it looks quite perfect to me.So, in summary:* Customer focus: they understood I was paying from pocket. They created a work write up that met my needs of keeping cost low without reducing quality of work. They recommended an after market part, and I am happy with that decision.* Easy to work with: unlike other shops, they didnt constantly scare me about unknown damage until we open it. Mike was pretty confident that this was a simple job, I trust he has done this enough times to know.* Prompt: Exceeded their estimate of when the car would be returned* Friendly: The environment was very friendly. I felt trusted, and I felt it was easy to trust NCCTo be fully honest and balanced, there is one con, albeit a small one:* Mike had offered to look at the existing scratches and see if they could be taken out. These werent really done. He explained that the scratches were not causing any harm as they are only on the surface. And that if he tried to touch them, it would likely look worse. I trust his judgment to be accurate, but would have liked to be told that before.I would happily recommend NCC to friends and family. Thanks to NCC, the process was smooth and stress free.

We were introduced to Mike and the team at Nashua Collision when our 2007 Acura TL was almost totaled in a rear end collision. Sunnyside Acura recommended them and we were very pleased with the work. It was done on time and looked like it came straight from the factory. We hung onto the Acura for 4 years after the accident and there was never a problem with the repair. No peeling, discoloration or rattles ever appeared. Since then, we have had Nashua Collision work on several of our other vehicles and the work has always been top notch.Their prices are fair, they work well with insurance and the results look like factory new. We cant recommend them enough.

Very disappointed with NCC. I was having a few minor dents repaired in the rt quater panel. After three estimates including NCC, NCC came through the cheapest and I was told the car would look like new. When I picked up the car the work was incomplete (missing emblem) and the invoice was 55% more than the original estimate. Nicole told me it would do me no good to ask Mike (?owner) about the inflated cost, because the cost is what the computer says. I took the car back to have the panel worked on because of the waves and curves on the panel and lines - there was polishing done and no corrections. Mike knows how to be a friendly guy and act really busy as though there are 20 people beckoning his attension (I dont think he knows people can pick up on this.) He told me the dents (small to begin with) took so much body filler they werent able to get it smooth, never mind they didnt pound down the high spots to make it look right (I took it back to one of the shops with a prev estimate for an opinion.) Not a trustworthy body shop if you ask me.
