We went here to purchase a complete set of kitchen appliances.We found a huge selection of products and Bruno helped us all the way through the 2.5 hours of shopping and deciding.He knows everything about all the different models and also intuitively knew when to leave us alone to discuss.I suspect all the employees in this department are knowledgeable but Bruno was the one we dealt with. We purchased all the appliances with his help!
When I purchased an item here last week I was told this item could be returned within 15 days with a receipt. I try to return at two different best buy locations and both say they cannot accept the game back. I call the customer service number and the representative tells me that they should accept the return. All in all horrible experience.
The staff is great, and always helpful. Just keep in mind when you go that this is Best Buy has been there a long time so its on the smaller side, and the building has seen better days. But other than that its still a full Best buy and they can meet your needs all the same with their knowledgeable people.
Talked to Austin about audio gear and PC components. Hes a really great guy! He was super knowledgeable and gave advice that helped me make an informed purchase. 5/5 stars for this interaction! Will 100% come back to this specific Best Buy because the experience was so great!
Our dryer broke and we have a family of five - lots of laundry. We went to Best Buy for a new one, and that experience was fine other than the promotional thing the higher-ups are having staff promote regarding warranties on products, and they seemed to have a difficult time understanding it themselves. People love Best Buy for their warranties - if it aint broke dont fix it. They told me the delivery date and time and right there, I wrote it down. The Saturday came and no one showed (this is an EIGHT HOUR window). I called and they told me I had the date wrong - it was supposed to be the following weekend. I would have gone somewhere else if I knew they couldnt make it earlier! No one I talked to on the phone seemed to have any empathy and the issue was never resolved. Weve never had an issue at Best Buy, so it was kind of really upsetting.
5 employees trying to find a USB mini b cord for 20 minutes unsuccessfully, before I decided to leave. very frustrating experience after driving 40 miles to my closest best buy. I found what I was looking for at a dollar general store. certainly wont waste my time again. best buy needs to change their name.

Bought an open box all in one computer, description stated satisfactory, meaning slight blemishes, some non essential parts may be missing but working condition. Missing connection for mouse and keyboard when I got it back, obviously cant use a computer without a mouse and keyboard. Made my appointment to go back and when I spoke with them about the missing part they answered sorry, that happens with open box products.. so basically they say it has all working parts and when it doesnt thats your problem too bad... I have other computers to replace not likely to purchase them from a company that says too bad after spending hundreds of dollars there. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because the people working there are very nice, company policy isnt nice.
TLDR: they charged me for a service call and then never showed up. Then made me spend weeks trying to get a refund.Worst experience Ive ever had. I called to get my home theater set up and they charged me in the store for it. It took a few days for someone to call me back to set up a time and when they did, it wasnt best buy or geek squad but some third party vendor. They set up a time a few days later with an 8 hour window so I had to take off work and then they never showed up. I tried calling best buy and they kept hanging up on me. finally got through to the third party and they said theres nothing they can do and theyll call back with another time. two weeks later they tried to call back to set up another time. I canceled with them and again tried to get a refund from best buy. After multiple phone calls in which the employees hung up on me, I finally had to go down to the store and argue with the manager before they gave my money back. If I could give them negative stars I would. Unbelievable.
Curbside pickup took an hour waiting for 1 item ! Not ideal for those on the go with a small widow of time to shop . Would have been faster going in to make purchase.
Went in looking for a new computer. The one I was following had just dropped $180.00 the day before! What luck! Only one PROBLEM. Tech specs advertised on THEIR website did not match the actual specs as it relates to processor speed. (Ive been following this for about a month and the online is still the same). Had a very knowledgeable and friendly sales person. When I showed him their spec sheet from their web site he was speechless, as expected.. Every thing else about the computer is fine. But it is MIS-REPRESENTATION.
I was greeted right away. They helped me with everything and they answered all my questions. This place is awesome. Customer service is extraordinary. Love this place.

I never had a bad experience going here. Last time I ordered something for pick up at the store and it was simple and easy to go in and pick it up. Still one of the few places to have a greeter who asks what you are looking for and point you to that location and if you need help. At least the items I needed were in stock sans a PlayStation 4 controller but thats pandemic related.
Ian, the sony camera guy, was SUPER knowledgeable and helped us buy $6k in tech.
Needed to buy a new laptop right away because the keyboard on the old one malfunctioned and I had to get reports out right away. The sales person was very good at explaining the various option. Once I knew what I wanted, he talked up the value of the Geek Squad. They could do my set up in half an hour. we go to the Geek desk, and they told me 6 days. My heart nearly stopped!They explained to do a data transfer et, etc, it would take that long due to the backup. After discussion with the manager, they could do a basic set up for me, but it would take 6 hours. The store was closing in 3, so i could not use it until well into the next day.I took the device home with me and loaded the basics I had to have in about two hours and finished the project I was working on. What irritated me the most was not the time it would take to get the work done, but the false information provided me by the sales person.
Drove up to this Best Buy from Boston to pick up two portable ACs. The staff was amazing, very friendly and helpful. I really appreciate their cheerful attitudes, especially the guy sitting at the door telling me to have a nice day each time I came in and out with my ACs. A smile goes a long way
Bought my wife a new phone and picked up today. Best Buy set up & did the file transfer. Everything was completed and I was treated great. Very happy will the treatment & service! 3rd phone we have bought from Best Buy.
They run a scam eith pre orders. They dont fulfill orders which are paid but get their orders and sell it to customers coming to shop directly. Store employee almost agreed to this saying these things happen. My latest purchase becomes my last purchase at Best Buy.
Best buy sucks. Spent HOURS on the phone with these people over a Samsung fridge that was defective. Samsung came out and couldnt repair so authorized in store return. WHAT A MESS. Good luck dealing with the 800 number. Best buys a joke and cant wait to see them fail

I dont normally give one-star reviews, but this one was a real disappointment. I bought a MAC last week, when I took it home, I found that there was something wrong with the battery, I took it to the Apple Store for repair, they told me it was a used device. When I went back to Best Buy and explained the situation, I got bad feedback. This wasted about two hours of time. The manager wont give you a satisfactory answer. If you want to buy products here, remember to check for refurbished machines.
Best place to get your hands on before buying, prices are comparable to online shopping.

Sometimes I have a positive experience at this store and sometimes the staff is either nowhere to be found or rude. Hit or miss... the area is always busy too so plan for traffic most days.
Lots of very friendly and helpful knowledgeable staff here. Store is clean and well kept, and hand sanitizer and masks are available throughout the store.

The website keeps telling me I’ve ordered too many Xbox’s but I haven’t even been able to get oneThis is the third limited release I’ve been on time for only to get a bogus error message and receive no help. You can’t call this store and the customer service reps all just transfer you from department to department until you end up giving up or having the machine hang up on you. I’ve wasted hours of my life just trying to be a patron and am increasingly frustrated by this continued error and their teams complete and utter uselessness. They are unable to provide me with help or even find the person who would be able to assist me. They’ve no idea how their own online orders work.

I was scared to visit this particular Best Buy because of so many horrible reviews on Yelp. But I was pleasantly surprised that I had a very good experience here. There were people to help me out and a sales rep immediately went and got my product from their warehouse since it was not there in the display area. The billing counters were nicely managed so that people maintain distance. All on all I would go this Best Buy again in the future.

I used to work here and Im glad the experience is still the same standard that I aspired for, if not better! This round my family and I went in looking at surface laptops and the Microsoft rep. explained things in a easy to understand manner, and was able to identify our needs based on the programs and uses we had plan for our new device. Poor customer service. They expecting me to take possession of this TV with the box being destroyed. They wouldnt even give me a discount on the damage of the exterior of the box knowing that probably inside the TV would probably end up being just damaged to some sort. This was also a online order for pickup. They also refused to give me a refund tell me it was too soon to give me a refund because I was just in the store 10 minutes ago, they had to wait 2 hours before the order could be really confirmed. I paid on credit card too.

Jared in the auto tech department was incredible. Helped me try and install the radio over the phone and when I realized that it wasn’t in my skill set he made an appointment for me in 2 days and has the radio working great. I am coming back to have a remote start installed next. Jared left the car cleaner than when he started working on it and made sure I knew how to operate it before I left. Highly recommend!
The sellers and the customer service was rude some of them play they do not know how to speak English they do not want to serve certain people and the top of all they pick and choose who to serve meanwhile they give me a running around for my request that I already pay waiting 2 weeks ago also get accused me thing I did not do due to the experience that I received they was verbal abuse and threatened to be arrested for reminding how to treat the customer. Dues to experience I choose to shop on-line to the wall incident I had somebody in the line witness and hear the whole conversation the incidents, my feelings was hurt and worst the irritation of dealing of them left me to choose shop online thank you not thank you Best buy

I placed an order online, and was sent two emails telling me my order was ready. When I went to the store, they were unable to find the item. Either it was stolen by an employee, or the store is incompetent.
I placed a a curbside pick up at this store and when I arrived to get my order the employee told me I couldnt get it because the item wouldnt fit on my car. He said I should have a bigger car. When I tried to understand it better and get some help from the store, the were rude talking with me and also said there is nothing I can do for you. Very unprofessional and unrespectful treatment received from Best Buy!!! Never buying anything from this company anymore!!!
Not very happy with Best Buy right now. Purchased a laptop in early January, received it January 7th. I was able to use it exactly twice. It would not turn on, would not take a charge. Tried calling the store numerous times over the course of the next few weeks, and we were not able to get in touch with anyone, just endless holding. My husband finally brought it back to the store today and they claimed it was one day out of the 30 day warranty; today is, in fact, day 30. We were told we would have to pay to have it fixed. They also asked if we had an appointment. How the heck do we get an appointment if no one is answering the phone? I find it ridiculous that during this pandemic, when some of us are still trying to stay out of crowded places, they cant - or wont - stand behind their product and customer service. They did eventually offer a full store credit, but Im not happy at the thought of purchasing anything else from them. Certainly not a laptop. I will be pursuing this further with my State Consumer Protection Bureau, as this practice is dishonest. 30 days is 30 days, Best Buy.

They didnt have the TV I wanted in stock, even though (perhaps because) its a popular model right now. And they couldnt get one in to the store for more than a week. Thats not competitive in 2020 and other stores have it in stock or would be able to deliver it much sooner. Also, Im pretty sure TVs are one of the main things keeping physical retail stores in business these days, so they ought to focus on that more. Best Buy has a great selection of other items, but if theres no reason to buy a TV here, then Ill likely do most of my shopping online at other stores.

Received an email that my order was ready for pick up. When I went they told me they still had to get it off the shelf. Then said it wasn’t in stock and I’d get an email when it comes back in stock. Order was cancelled a few days later because I failed to pick it up after the initial email. It turns out it was in stock the guy was just looking in the wrong spot.

It was a relatively easy experience, a little regimented for my liking (had to stand in line upon entering) but I was able to get what I came for.
I was assured that the pick up order would be available for pick up on the date given. Guaranteed three times that the item was shipped to best buy for pick up, then as I’m waiting for it in the lot I get an email saying the item is delayed. Then I am told nothing and to expect an email telling me when I can pick it up. Nothing else. Now I get an email saying the order is cancelled, plus now the item shows as out of stock. What ?!?

I bought a surround receiver here a year ago. Well, it is dying already. I spoke to the manufacturer and they said to bring it in to a repair center with my receipt. I couldnt find my receipt so I went to Nashua Best Buy. Cam was great. He printed up a copy of my receipt.I wanted to get a replacement receiver. I was looking tonspend about $600-800 on one. They didnt have any of the display models because the new models were about to come out. Cam found a Pioneer unit that was even better than the couple I was looking at and it was $100-150 less than the others.

I thought it was going to be easier to exchange my computer case in store than online. I get there and they are way over their capacity. No one is social distancing. People are walking around everywhere. I was given a reused shopping bag. I did not feel safe at all. I will continue to do my shopping online.

We purchased a new Chrome Book for our daughter in July in anticipation of remote learning this fall. We were concerned that if we waited until September they would be sold out everywhere, which they are. She didn’t use it until the first day of school on September 16. She used it for 2 days and we quickly realized it was defective. I made an appointment with the geek squad for September 19, exactly 2 months since the date of purchase. He acknowledged the problem and could not fix it. Then the manager came out. I was told there was nothing they could do because it was past the 15 day return window. She repeatedly told me I should have purchased the protection plan, insinuating that somehow this defective item is my fault. They offered to send it out for repair with a 4-6 week return window. When I asked what will happen if the product still comes back defective, she told me I will have to take it up with the manufacturer. Buyer beware.
