One of the best shoe stores near North Naples. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. The store is clean and they also offer larger sizes. Highly recommend paying them a visit

Just purchased one pair of shoes and two pairs of sandals from Roxy at the Naples Happy Feet Plus store. I am down in Naples on vacation and noticed the store on my morning walk. I was just going to peek around but Roxy gave me a warm and friendly greeting right away so I stayed. She was fantastic! Roxy took the time to find out my needs through good questions, and by using the foot analyzer technology they have. I left there very happy with my experience. I highly recommend Happy Feet Plus and Roxy in particular!

Outstanding Customer Service!! :)Tony, Mia & Roxy are wonderful! They are welcoming, very knowledgeable and make suggestions, but are not pushy at all. I bought a pair of Dansko Tennis Shoes for work. I work 8 hours standing and these shoes give the best support. They are also attractive. I also got a pair of Kenkoh Flipflops. They are eager to help you out with the perfect fit for you!Hands down a much better choice than buying shoes online without first walking with them and making sure they are the correct fit! I highly recommend them. You are in great hands regardless of who takes care of you! :)p.s. They went out of their way to give water to my dog! :)

Theres no way this business will survive the shift to online shopping. Their prices are well above other prices for the products online. The employees were nice, but I found the regional manager to be very arrogant and transparently pushy / sales driven not consumer driven. Overall I will go to alternatives like Natural Comfort of just shop online.

I went to this store thinking I was going to find compassionate employees to help me with my pain. Instead I was pitched products I didnt need including the Kenkos which seem like a SCAM. Everything is so overpriced. A gentlemen announced loudly he was the regional manager but as soon as I didnt want the painful kenko he dismissed me completely and was rude. I didnt feel heard or appreciated as a customer by anyone in the store. I planned to purchase several pairs of shoes and left with nothing. I will definitely not be returning and will find a small local store that still appreciates its customers.

Save your money. Went with plantar fasciitis hoping for a resolution. The person there had me put my feet on a piece of paper which indicated a slightly fallen arch etc.. She then went in the back and brought out a prepackaged set of three foot supports. Obviously not designed for the individual, but a general package. She told me that they had a 95% success rate in helping plantar fasciitis. Yes the supports felt ok when I tried them, but when she told me they would cost me over $1000.00, I said I would think about it.I then went and talked to a couple of doctor friends of mine and when they heard the story, they laughed. They told me that by proper icing, stretching and some less expensive supports that they could also guarantee improvement for 95% of sufferers. I bought a set of inserts for my shoes which looked and felt very similar to the Happy Feet inserts. These cost less than $20.00. I have used them, iced my foot and done exercises that I found on line and the improvement is tremendous.You don’t need to spend outrageous amounts of money. Check with your doctor, look online for advice and avoid Happy Feet!
