My wife has been having some problems with pain in her lt hip and lt knee.Went to Good Feet and Jay was VERY understanding and helpful in addressing these problems. He took his time in showing and EXPLAINING how the system works. We even went back the next day for him to show us how the inserts are attached in different shoes. Incredibly helpful. Last week, my mother was in so much pain that she was having difficulty walking. Jay was patient and kind then went above and beyond to help her. I cannot say enough good things about his customer service. The arches are helping already . . . We are very thankful.
I have usually had great service here until my last visit in February. i bought a pair of shoes which I believed to be the ones I wanted. I did not wear them out of store instead wore my old shoes out. My mistake I didn’t wear the new shoes right away but when I did they didn’t feel right very uncomfortable. I returned to the store in April ( I had not tried wear shoes until then) to see why I was having so much difficulty wearing them. To my dismay I discovered the sales lady had sold me the wrong size. my biggest mistake and I take full credit is I didn’t check the size she gave me before leaving the store. the manager was not friendly as I explained the shoes were not the size I had picked and had been given the smaller size by mistake. it was a horrible experience, he made me feel very uncomfortable in a threatening manner. i was told someone would be in touch with me about this mix up but it has been several days with no contact from this store. Very poor customer service, that is why I give one star because it doesn’t have a negative star.
I was dealing with Plantar Fasciitis for a long time and I tried everything over the counter and nothing worked until I walked into the Good Feet store! These things were life-changing for me and would recommend all 3 supports for anyone who has foot pain.

Its $400 for some inserts which I understand but if you want to buy a second or third or more pairs because theyre only a piece of rubber they should be $20 but they still want the same amount thats when I realized the place was a scam
I find they are comfortable, however have not had the results that they are hyped to do. They are expensive for the little relief they offer.

I have had bad feet all my life and weak ankles and now I have neuropathy. I heard about the Good Feet Store on TV and finally decided to try it. I can’t say enough about this place. Bad customer service, only service the elder clientele. I’m a sever and they want to fit you with arch support but don’t carry slip resistant shoes.... I’m assuming owner caters only to elderly... been in other Cities with no issues.
Very knowledgeable, up front with pricing and answered all of my questions. I also liked the option of being able to use my flexible spending card for the insert purchases. Very clear directions on the paperwork sent home as well.
The staff at The Good Feet store were very nice and showed to be very knowledgeable of their product. I have been in agony for over 11 years working 12 hour shifts as a nurse. When I left the store I was very confident in getting relief. Today is 24 hours later and the pain is definitely less. Not gone, but nothing works overnight. It was a great experience.
Jay explained the inserts very thoroughly. I was at a point where I needed to do something about my feet.Inserts were uncomfortable at first but now getting used to them. Back pain seems to be easing up after 2 days!So far, no regrets.
My in store experience was excellent. After stepping on the thing & saw where most if my foot pressure was hitting, VERY uneven. It was all explained in detail. Also my situation takes 3 steps to eventually line up properly . Each step/support to be worn a period of time then change sulport & so on. Worn in increasing time periods. AgIn this was all explained in detail.Day 2 going well. Have additional info to come

Im a hair dresser and never thought that I would get rid of the foot pain that my job causes me, partly because I never believed that I would be able to find an arch support that would fit into the dress shoes that I wear to work. If you had ever told me that they could be so thin and still so effective I probably wouldnt have believed it but the 3 pairs of supports i bought fit into literally every pair of shoes (even sandals!) that I own. My back and foot pain is gone thanks to these arch supports. I never work without them now. [Including a photo of my black supports in my wedges:]

Im writing regarding the excellent service experience I had a month ago at the Good Feet Store Naples with Stephanie Sanchez. Although I stopped by the store on May 13, 2020 without a pre-scheduled appointment, Stephanie happened to have an opening and accommodated me graciously. She provided superlative consultation regarding orthotics that could address the painful metatarsalgia I have experienced for the past five months. As a result, I purchased the Good Feet Three-Step System of arch supports and a pair of Brooks athletic shoes during that visit. Stephanie provided in-depth information regarding how to transition to and between the three levels of arch support. It is now 23 days later, and I would estimate that my condition is 90% resolved. Kudos and appreciation to Stephanie for her professionalism, courtesy, knowledge, and wonderful approach to customer service, and to Good Feet for the quality of its products!

HOWEVER, when I lost one of my orthotics CORPORATE, apparently, has changed its policy and will no longer sell a partial replacement. The manager of the store tried but with no success. Was told to make an appt to avoid a 30 minute wait. I did. I was 7 minutes late because we are new to the area. They took someone in my place and told me Id have to wait 30 minutes. Even real doctors give you 10 minutes. Wont go back.
I have been dealing with foot pain for many years. After listening to the commercials of The Good Feet Store and the stories of real clients in the Radio several times, I decided to give them a chance.I went to their location in Naples, FL, where I was greeted by Lisa, a very friendly and knowledgeable consultant. Lisa had listened to my story very carefully, and after that has begun to search for solutions.I was impressed with how solution-focused Lisa acted, and that she was able to offer a solution, adequate to my needs, in a timely manner.How I wish I would have gone already earlier to The Good Feet Store and Lisa!
I found the store and its products useful. The issues with my feet are slowly getting better using the products offered and the visit to the store was generally good yet I thought more time and exploration of the issues could have been more in depth.I did get a call from the store after a week and I returned to call as I do have questions and further concerns .I have not received a call back yet. Im hopeful they follow through .
I’m only a few days into using my inserts, however the pain in my hips after work is almost gone. I have extremely flat feet so the inserts caused a little discomfort at first. After a 2 days or so I wore them to work with great success.

The supports feel good. I believe my feet are improving. The shoes I were sold were too small. They can not be returned because I wore them for a week, have no box, and the salesman threw out the inserts that came with them. That was a waste of $120.00!

Very professional.. I have flat feet.. Wear steal toe boots for work and flip-flops at home and weekends.. They do put a skip in my step.. And help.. Didnt do the whole $1100.00 deal but the leather uppers in boot and flipped flop due help.. The leather top tore back in two days.. Took them back and replaced no questions asked.. So far so good.. And Made in America very cool..

Justin was very helpful and informative.After putting the insert in my shoes, the comfort was immediate. My old inserts served their purpose for 5 or so years, but they never compared to how Good Feet inserts felt the first time.If, you have never worn inserts for planter fasciitis, it might take a little getting used to them...dont give up on them...

Yes I that the young lady that helped me was very helpful and very kind considerate as far as pieces that go in the shoes I had no clue that it was $1000 for a couple places a plastic thank God I had HSA or I wouldve never been able to afford these I just figured they were A couple of hundred bucks I guess I shouldve called first but other than that they do make my foot feel better I do not think its 100% they feel about 60% better maybe I just have not had them Long enough to make a difference yet plus when youre in my line of work and your go-go go there is not a whole lot of time to take pieces and change them around but I do want to thank The woman there that took the time to help me I hope my feet get better
The sales person was very nice, but the product is VERY over-priced. The orthodic inserts are touted as custom to you and they are not. If they were they would be unable to go in the back and bring them out in minutes. They are semi custom and no different in my opinion to the ones you get from the Kiosk for Dr. Scholls. Over a thousand dollars versus $30-$40. You decide. I felt they were really taking advantage of older people

WOW! I am amazed!! I have been suffering with self diagnosed plantar fasciitis for two years. I work 12 hour shifts, and am on my feet all night. Usually, by the end of my shift, I am not able to bear down on the heel of my foot.I bought the three step system on Friday 6/9, and started wearing them on Saturday. By Sunday and on Monday I have had little to no pain in the plantar. Today (Tuesday) there is not even any sensitivity in the heel. I was a little skeptical, at first, about investing in these inserts, but now am convinced they are going to fix my problem permanently.The staff at Good Feet are very compassionate and supportive. I live in Fort Myers and been trying to stop my constant foot pain for the past eight months. I am on my feet everyday as a nurse. When I saw that Good Feet had opened a new store in Naples, I called them and went in for a foot consult and test walk. That was two weeks ago, and I will say about 75% of my foot pain has disappeared and I think if I continue to wear the three arch supports as laid out in the 30 day regimen Good Feet recommends I might finally get rid of my constant foot pain.

This place was the right place for me. I have plantar fasciitis in both arches. Just had surgery on my left foot for it two months ago. Ive been wanting something that would alleviate the pain as well as avoid another surgery in my other foot. I believe Ive found it!

Having been in a great deal of pain due to plantar fasciitis, and in an attempt to avoid steroid injection, I thought I would try the Good Feet Store as an option. My feet felt great while at the store. I followed their instructions to the letter when I returned home with the arch supports and although they offered some relief, the pain never went away.In thinking of their advertisements after my visit, I came to a conclusion that they are not medical specialists and therefore cannot diagnose problems inside the feet to determine and treat a problem. The supports, which are not customized as some might believe, were very expensive. In hindsight I would reconsider my options. I was just trying to relieve intensive pain but ended up seeing my medical specialist anyway.

They had me step on carbon paper and then said they would provide me with custom orthotic. They came back 5 minutes later with stock orthotics and said the price was $1000. They also tried to sell me shoes and inserts. I quickly realized this was a total scam and left in disgust.I then visited a podiatrist who performed two injections in my foot and all is well. Total cost of $200 of which $120 was covered by insurance.
I was greeted by the staff and asked to sign in. You get professional personalized attention. The wait time was moderate (20 minutes), and worth it. They inked my footstep on a large inkpad I walked over on a sheet of paper and then explained the results. Very interesting, and explained a lot of why I was having foot pain. I was recommended arch supports for a very high instep. OMG- immediate relief! I wear quality work shoes for my medical job, but these aided so much more. Pricey, but this is my career I thought I was going to have to leave, as I walk a lot on tile floors. They qualify for an HSA acct, if you have one, as these are not OTC grade gel inserts.

Ive had foot issues my entire life and I have been seen by podiatrists from the time I can remember and Ive had numerous custom orthotics made and injections for pain to no avail. About 7 years ago I purchased Good Feet inserts (it did take some time getting accustomed to them) and I could not have been happier. The morning first step pain from plantar fasciitis went away, my feet were not sore at night, and the thick calluses that I had on certain spots of my feet changed to soft skin. Over the past few months I noticed some of the nasty callouses returning so I figured something was up. There is no longer a Good Feet location in Michigan but I found this one in Naples (good excuse for a quick winter get-a way) and when I got there Harry was extremely helpful. I was remeasured (turns out Im still the same size and my inserts were just worn out). Because of their warrenty I only had to pay $29.95 for NEW inserts. In less than a week my feet are becoming soft again and my feet feel rejuvenated. They stand by their product and their customer service is outstanding. Definitely worth it!!!!!! Thanks.
I came into the store looking for relief of my foot pain. Ive been diagnosed with capsulitis of the second toe. I could barely walk without pain. After a short analysis of my feet, I was able to try the different orthotics to relieve the pain. The associate was very helpful and knowledgeable in explaining about the Good Feet orthotics and was confident they would help. Even though they are very expensive, I decided to give them a try. I have not had the toe and foot pain since I started. I still get a bit of an uncomfortable feeling in my toes, but was told that too should go away. So far I am happy with my purchase and the Good Feet people!
Harry was who helped me with finding the right fit for my aching feet. I have had pain from my lower back, to my legs, knees and feet.I have been wearing my inserts for about 3 weeks. I’m not where I want to be yet but am on my way to less pain.
Store presentation was marvelous, but Im not seeing any results. After each day on my feet, Im still experiencing extreme discomfort. For the money I spent, I expected more.
I was fitted with numerous options and finally decided on one shoe orthotic insert that worked for me and purchased a pair of Brooks tennis shoes as well. I was unaware that you walk out the door with the orthotics. My first pair of Brooks tennis shoes, and I love them.

We were told many times about this store and the success people had.My wifes feet have been bothering her for 6-10 months and was diagnosed with Tarcel Tunnel, bone spurs and Plantar Fasciitis and the pain over time increased and she was miserable.I brought her to the store and had her fitted for the orthotics and within a week her feet felt much better. It will take time for a full healing but she is able to walk without pain some days and thats the whole goal.The associates were kind patient and knowledgeable.
I finally visited The Good Feet Store after seeing the TV commercial incessantly for a few months, and I’m glad I did.I’ve been in the food service industry for longer than I care to admit, and am on my feet for countless hours a week. I was diagnosed with Plantar Fasciitis a few years ago, and thought I had to just get used to living with the pain. Upon visiting the store in Naples, I was warmly greeted and introduced to Harry, who asked me a lot of questions, took a couple of ‘footprints’ (for a lack of better words) and fitted me with orthotics specific to my needs. He let me test them out in the store, and I was immediately convinced of their efficacy. While my particular pain wasn’t completely removed immediately, I can believe that Mr. Harry was telling the truth when he described how they work over time. He also showed me what I referred to as the “Kia” and the “Rolls Royce” - a starter model and a true investment. I opted for the ‘Kia’ as I couldn’t immediately afford the Rolls, but was told that the cost of the less expensive pair would be deducted from the price of the recommended set if I came back within 6 months. I have every intention of doing so. Also, they offer a lifetime replacement guarantee should the orthotics wear out, which makes the investment in foot comfort worthwhile.I highly recommend going if you have any type of foot pain. The staff is knowledgeable and very friendly.

Took a chance and I’m glad I did. I have had multiple cortizone shots after dealing with plantar fasciitis for almost a year. After finding no relief at 2 different drs I went down to the good feet store. I was very impressed by the knowledge of the staff and they really took the time to understand my situation. They are not cheap but after 6 weeks in the program I can say that is one of the best things I have ever done for myself. I thought I would never find relief but I am pain free now thanks to the inserts from the good feet store. Thank you with all my heart
I have used the 3 step system for 2 weeks and have yet to have any relief of my Plantar fasciitis.Went back and they reevaluated my step and gave me a more aggressive insert for the first step. I am almost 1 week into the new insert and most of my pain has dissipated. Will continue to use the inserts.
