Looking for a patio set to complete our new home. bought almost everything else wed needed at consignment stores, but found nothing worthwhile in terms of patio furniture. tried 3 different patio stores, but by far-and-away. the nicest was Leaders. not only did they have a wide variety of styles, once wed selected one, we got to choose from dozen of fabrics. our salesperson, Sherry, was terrific, giving us advise when requested, but not hovering. we were in only for a short visit, and couldnt take delivery for 10 weeks, but they called the day before as a reminder, and showed right on time. the sectional and dining set look beautiful, and are sturdy and comfortable. we even went back yesterday, both to thank Sherry, and tell her how happy we were with our purchase... and buy a matching cocktail and end table, plus some pictures. lots of nice stuff there.

We purchased a 6 piece outdoor furniture set and it arrived quickly in perfect condition. We love this furniture set and found a better value at Leaders than our previous stops. The last piece needed to complete our condo was to purchase furniture for our lanai. We are new to the area and there a lot patio furniture places advertising so we werent sure where to go. Leaders was recommended so we went to their store in north Naples in mid September. We werent sure of what we wanted but the store had a ton to look at. We were greeted by Sherry, one of the managers, and she let us have space while we looked around the entire store. She checked in with us a couple of times but gave us space to look. Once we found a set of furniture we liked, Sherry came over and answered all of our questions. After that she brought out fabrics that were available and helped us make a great choice. We were coming back in early November and Sherry said that even though it was a special order, we should have it by the time we returned. Sherry was right. We received our delivery yesterday and the furniture is awesome! The fabric is a perfect match and the Leaders delivery team was quick, courteous and clean. The price was great, the service was great...you cant ask for anything more than that. Thanks again, Sherry.

We ordered a table and 4 chairs. The table and chairs look good. We are satisfied with them. The issue we have is when we were purchasing them we were told by two sales reps that if we went into google and “liked” them we would get 50% off on a small item. So we did the “like” thing took pictures and everything. My wife went back to claim her cheap 50% off item, only around $13 before discount, and a grouchy women told her they don’t give that discount anymore. They might have saved 5 or 6 dollars, but you can be assured we won’t be back. I hate when people lie to me.

We found the set that fit our needs. Fairly priced but a bit expensive for cushions. No discounts were available and wanted to charge us $99 for delivery after paying full price for furniture!

My husband and I searched many stores for quality outdoor furniture at a reasonable price. We found Leaders. I was able to order an etched table top for use in our dining area over the phone from Massachusetts. Couldnt have been easier. When we returned to Florida, we went into the store in order to purchase a patio set. We were given all the information we needed to make our decision. I always felt our order was a priority. The furniture is handsome to look at; comfortable and sturdy to use. The two orders were linked together and the store manager was able to get the order delivered the same week. The furniture was delivered during the left over hurricane. The delivery was prompt and courteous. The deliverymen were very personable in the miserable weather. They took special care of my etched glass top. We plan to return to Leaders, and point our friends in their direction.

I ordered a sofa, glass for round coffee table, end table and rocker recliner. The furniture was delivered on the exact day promised. The glass was plain and I ordered etched. They were very accommodating and redelivered the glass with the etched glass. Unfortunately it was not available in the same etching to match the coffee table. Again, they were very accommodating and made the switch back to the plain glass.This is the second time I have ordered furniture from Leaders. I will definitely recommend them in the future to friends and family.

We bought a wicker furniture set for our lanai from Steve. He showed us a good selection and told us about how to protect our furniture from the sun and rain here in the rainy season. We were looking for a wicker table and chair set with cushions on the back and seat. After going to 8 other stores we stopped at Leaders in north Naples. Steve Triano was very helpful in directing us to exactly what we had been looking for. The price was good and the different colors for the cushions was excellent. We left with a sample of the material called back and placed the order over the phone. Delivery was to be in 4 to 6 weeks we received the set in a little over 3 weeks. Delivery was promised within a window of time and Dennis & Ray were on time set the table & chairs up with great care. Had a very comprehensive selection of furniture styles with many cushion choices for each set. Salespeople were extremely helpful suggesting styling choices and giving tips on what might be best for my described needs. Delivery was quick and setup of our fire pit and furniture was done completely with instructions for use and care.

The Furniture is pretty pricey, but at the same time, theres a lot of neat Florida old people style stuff. At night you can sit on the outdoor couches on either side of the shop with your friends/sweetie and hit some reefer and/or crack open a brewski before heading home. I always enjoy going into the store. The associates who dont follow me around shadily, are actually really cool people.

Our order was complex. We shopped in October but had to order in December because we went back to Illinois in November. We needed delivery in January when we returned to Florida. Nora set us up with all the info we needed. We ordered our lanai furniture in mid December with special order covers. We returned to Naples in January and Leaders worked hard to get our furniture on time before we had to leave in February. We are now watching the Packers game on our new furniture that was delivered yesterday. The delivery guys were great and even helped clean up the lanai since we brought the furniture through the yard. Delivery was on time and great care was taken to protect property and product.

We bought a table and chair set from John Hughes at Leader Furniture, 3906 E. Tamiami Trail in 2012. This week we arrived in Naples, and found problems in one chair and with the small bearings that support the table legs. We had a great experience at Leaders .... Linda and her manager (cant remember his name) were a great help in choosing the lanai furniture for our new home. They were very helpful in choosing our fabric. Delivery was within the stated timeframe and was very professional - the guys were fun! We are very happy with our furniture which arrived just in time for the first visit of our family - the grandkids gave it a good workout :)!! The store has a wide variety of furnishings and accessories and has taken us several trips to really see everything. We will definitely be returning for accessory pieces! Love our new furniture although somewhat disappointed the fire pits dont have electric starters. Sales people were very helpful but surprised at how antiquated their sales order process is. Lead time was longer than communicated. Had to call multiple times to check the status before being told our items were ready for delivery. Delivery guys were friendly and accommodating but the person who answered the phone when I called to check the status was short - probably due to being overwhelmed but still not an excuse. Overall, Id recommend Leaders but expect to wait if you are purchasing during the busy season...
