I recently shopped for a sofa and chairs at La-Z-Boy in Naples. I was lucky enough to meet Sal and Veronica! I couldn’t be happier with the level of customer service and personalized attention I received! From the moment I stepped in the doors I was greeted by a friendly face (Sal), who knowledgeably walked me through the many options for what I wanted. He then introduced me to Veronica, who is like a lovely and patient mind reader. She came to our house, took measurements, petted and treated our dogs, and we chatted. She put together the rooms of my dreams through her intuition and talented creativity. She knew what I would love when I didn’t even have the words to describe it. Sal explained everything about the process, furniture, and warranties. They make a great team! I literally cannot wait for the delivery of furniture and decor that will finally make our house a home! I highly recommend Sal and Veronica. You will not be disappointed.

Bought a loveseat in december. Super basic, nothing custom. Great in-store customer service. We were told that, due to delays, it would be in by march. Kind of a while to wait, but alright.Called in March: oh, delays... should be here in mayCalled in May: sorry, delays... start of june.End of June now and still waiting.I just wish theyd said straight up that it might be half a year because I would have skipped the trouble and gone somewhere else.Only redeeming factor is that the people are nice. I feel terrible calling them constantly but jeez....

Weve gotten several pieces of Lazy Boy Furniture and have always been happy with them. So when it came time for new again without question back to Lazy Boy. American Made, good quality and awesome sales staff.

Our salesperson Stacy was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. She went above and beyond, spending a lot of time with us to ensure we found the right sectional and fabric for us. She helped coordinate colors and made suggestions for other furniture that we may purchase in the near future. We had a fabulous shopping experience. Out of all the furniture stores we visited she was by far the best. However during the 6 month wait for our furniture she called to notify us that one of the 2 fabrics chosen for our pillows was no longer available. I expressed interest in switching to same fabric as sectional. She stated she would reach out to corporate and get back to me. I never received a follow up call and when furniture arrived all pillows were same color. I am disappointed that this switch occurred without any input from me. We wanted 2 different colors for pillows, not all the same. I left numerous messages for Stacey without resolution or follow up by her.

Salesman Ed was exceptional explaining all you would ever want to know about La -Z-Boy furniture. Ed is a great listener, whos expertise was valuable in assisting me on my choice. The special item arrived in short order. Delivery was flawless by knowledgeable La-Z-Boy representatives who explained all aspects of care. Extremely pleased with the entire experience !!

Purchased custom matching loveseat and reclining chair. Furniture was supposed to be delivered in 6-8 weeks. They took 4 months for delivery! When delivered they damaged our front door and frame. The chair has seams which aren’t attached and the fabric is absolutely horrible! I went to the store to get assistance with the damages and the defective chair and saw my salesperson Judith and she called me a liar and refused to help me. I had to get the manager involved. Lazy boy came to inspect our defective chair and will replace the parts affected but did nothing to repair the damage to our door. I will never ever purchase another item from this place. I am living with a very expensive lesson! My next step is BBB if they don’t repair our door.

Great Customer service while shopping at the Naples store. Salesman (Ed Quid) was very knowledgeable and helpful. Went back three times with questions prior to purchasing two recliners. Shopped around and this was the best price for what appears to be a quality recliner. Ratchet system is exclusive to Lazy Boy and a really nice feature.

Purchased leather recliner. After 90 days of normal use shows wear on both arms the back rest, along all seams. Was told “all sales final”!Poor customer service, do not stand behind products but charge full price! Better off buying furniture at Costco who will stand behind merchandise they sell and it’s a better value.Do not shop here.

Having been a Lazy Boy customer in the past, I knew immediately this was where I was going to shop for furniture for our new home.Upon entering the store, I was greeted by Brian who advised me of the sales and gave me an opportunity to look around without hovering over me. I explained what I needed and showed him dimensions of my new family room. He in turn put me in touch with Veronica, the design specialist at Lazy Boy. I couldn’t have been more pleased with her guidance and professionalism. She put together a power point of the pieces on a big screen in store where I could visually see the room lay out. That was a game changer! It made the process a piece of cake. I selected what I wanted, met with Brian and he wrote up the order. The financing was also a breeze. A kiosk is available in store and it took a total of 3 minutes. High quality furniture that is reasonably priced is tough to find these days. Forget the high end places, look no further than LazyBoy.

Horrible customer service at the Naples store but the products are American made and comfortable. It’s sad the lack of customer service dampers the ratings of the products themselves. Phone calls are not returned and there never is a clear date of when already purchased items will be delivered and in stock. The only time you get some answers is by calling corporate and then call the store to try and figure things out. Unless you are spending over $10,000 I’d go to another store not the Naples store who only like the rich people spending a lot of money.

Bought a sleep sofa and carpet at Naples Fl store. Sales rep was very nice and worked hard to help us select a product. Dispatch was a disappointment. Truck was an hour late after a dispatch call said theyd be there in 10 minutes. Tried calling to determine status but everything is automated. No real time communication between stores, dispatch and delivery team. Pretty weak system in my humble opinion.In the end everything arrived and delivery team was great and the products met our expectations.

Brian and Veronica worked together to help me with my purchase.They listened to what I wanted/needed and showed me several options which was so helpful in making my final decision.

Sal was our sales man and he knew how to guide us and when to let us think on our own. Love the product. We have had a lazy boy couch and love seat before for years. We feel safe about the quality.

She suggested we utilize the stores decorator specialist which we did.We were then introduced to Veronica. We sat and talked with her a while so she could become familiar with our likings and dislikes. At this point we schedule a home consult with her. When she arrived she quickly assessed our environment. She brought many fabric samples and pictures of different styles of furniture. She to was very personable, pleasant personality and a fun person and was very knowledgeable and had many suggestions and ideas. Veronica quickly gained our trust and confidence.After this meeting with Veronica we went back to the store to see what she put together for us. During our visit to the store we were quickly greeted by Sue and she remained with us throughout the process. We were impressed with what Veronica had put together to present to us. Needless to say we purchased our piece of furniture, pillows, and two area rugs!

We dealt with Sue. She was patient. She carefully listened to what type of chair we wanted. The color selection as well as the fabric selection was great. We sat in several different styles. We took several samples home and she made suggestions that led to a successful sale. Sue was an integral part of it.

We recently purchased a new living room set at Lazy Boy Galleries in Naples, FL. After spending the day looking at furniture in several stores, we finally came upon Sue Whistance at Lazy Boy. She was very helpful, pleasant not pushy, and stayed with us over an hour past store closing!Thanks to her help, we finally made a decision with which we are confident. Sadly, we have to wait 8 weeks for our delivery. We’re hoping this last part goes as well as the first!

Excellent service from caring people. Both of my salespersons were very patient with us. My husband was on a wheelchair and they had to move furniture around as he navigated his wheel chair to try different chairs. They had very helpful suggestions about extended lever and tall swivel bases They were very understanding when he needed to ask the same questions several times

She listened to our tastes and very quickly had us excited about her suggestions. I have very limited foresight, but when Veronica visited our home & patiently put all of the samples & pictures of what it could look like together, we were thrilled! Working with Dana & Veronica was a stress free experience and very enjoyable! A breath of fresh air!

Our sales associate Cora was very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. Once we made our selections a delivery date was scheduled. The delivery team arrived Friday evening at 6:30PM after having made 13 previous stops. Once they saw our stairs they pretty much decided our new couch wasn’t going to fit in the door. We asked them to give it a try and things went down hill from there. They broke one of our exterior lights on the way up and the other on the way down when they couldn’t get the couch in. Frankly their effort was lacking at this point. The driver left in a huff when we told him we didn’t want the chair either when they couldn’t get the couch in. We visited the showroom the first thing Saturday morning to describe our experience and determine our next step. The general manager was sympathetic and promised they would send the A team to try the delivery again. When we inquired about scheduling that delivery on Monday we were told they wouldn’t try again and we were to select something else. Reluctantly we did so but everything we choose was out of stock. At that point we decided to move on and request a refund. It was REFUSED so at this point we are out over $3,000 and have NO furniture. Please think twice before you buy anything from this establishment. We’ve had to file a claim with our credit card provider and have reported them to the BBB. Terrible experience!!!

I have NEVER been more disappointed! I ordered sofas over 8 weeks ago! I expected them to take time to produce a quality product BUT I didn’t expected them to take my money and not deliver my furniture!!!! After waiting for 8 weeks, I finally called asking when my sofas would be completed- their response “oh sorry we forgot to call”I scheduled the delivery (now I have to wait 2 more weeks) get my window of time- take off- and the delivery people NEVER show up!! They claimed that couldn’t find the house... why not call? You’ve had my information for 10weeks! Why wait to the moment to realize you are lost? The Naples FL Store did NOTHING to help us with this problem- instead- the manger HUNG UP on me when I called- claimed it was my fault! (After I left 8 messages!!)Unprofessional, unrealiable, unbelievable!!!!Disappointed- save yourself the stress and headache!

We thoroughly trust the La-Z-Boy brand having purchased 2 recliners about 20 years ago which are still in perfect working condition and still look great as well.

I had the greatest experience at La-Z-Boy this past month. I had been wanting to change my living room furniture and went to La-Z-Boy and they had a designer, Veronica come to my home and then give me a plan for the layout. Then went to the store and we picked out materials and now I am waiting for the furniture to be delivered. Best service I have ever had.

Our experience with Lazy Boy interior decorator specialist, Veronica, was very positive. She guided us in the right direction when advising us on our furniture choices for our newly remodeled condo! I recommend the options that are available to new furniture buyers in southwest Florida.

Is this a store? I cannot understand how La-Z-Boy allows this so-called store to stay open. It is very different from other stores we have visited in Fort Myers & Canada.First of all, when you walk through the door, you are immediately claimed by a sales person who owns you for that visit. Most sales personnel are under-informed, aggressive, fast-talking order takers.During our most recent trip to La-Z-Boy Naples, we wanted to buy an end table. Most tables on the website were not in the store. We found an acceptable table on the display floor. Once the price was established, we were given two choices - pick up a similar table in Fort Myers (45 miles away) or pay $69 for delivery. Apparently, they cannot have items shipped for pick up in the Naples store. Why bother opening for business if cannot provide the product?We had previously bought an electric fireplace costing almost $3,000 from this store. The delivery personnel could not attach the front doors without them scraping the frame when being opened or closed. We immediately reported this to the store, but nothing happened. When we asked about this during our recent trip to the store, we were told to go to the website to find out how to solve the problem or they could send a serviceman for $70. What a ripoff!Needless to say, we bought elsewhere.

Sue was friendly, but not pushy and I really appreciated the fact that she was so knowledgeable about the products and could give me good advice on the items that would best meet my needs. Disappointing customer service and product. Chair wouldnt recline as promised. Poor and extremely slow customer service and did not resolve my issue. Had to go to credit card arbitration. La Z Boy still hasnt communicated with me to remove/return the chair. I would give zero stars, but that is not possible. I would not recommend doing business with this company.

Our experience while shopping at Lazy Boy in Naples was excellent. We were approached by Dana Sterry and she worked with us until deciding what we wanted to order. She was very professional answering all our questions and concerns no matter how much time involved. We were never pressured in making a decision until we were ready. I would definitely recommend shopping at this Lazy Boy and ask for Dana as your consultant.

This place could care less about your order once they have your money. Ordered chair, suppose to be 6 weeks, going into 8 weeks now and they could care less. Lazy boy has great products, but these people should not be selling them.Update: Got chair after 10 weeks, they only delivered to Marco once a week so we had to pick it up at their showroom. That was considered delivered so no refund of the delivery fee. I love Lazy Boy, but will never buy from this dump again. You make your own choice.

Very disappointing! Went in there several time to get a price on furniture! The sales person never followed up, the designer never followed up and the manager never followed up. We had bought a lot of furniture about 3 years ago from them. We ended up buying what we wanted out of North Carolina.
