Ordered entire house of furniture from Arhaus furniture Naples and worked with Tami Harms as the sales associate. Ordered $42k worth of furniture that trickled in and was delivered first in August 2021 and then again in September, October and finally November 2021. Stools for the kitchen countertop were ordered in bar height instead of counter height and when told the wait Would be an additional 4 months to get the correct stools we cancelled them. We also canceled 4 pieces of furniture that were delayed 2-4 more months and given complete berating by the sales associate when deciding to return items that had little hope of coming into stock before Christmas. Remember i ordered furniture March 14, 2021.The store charged me $199 additional delivery fees after the first three due to the ongoing delays and delays and delays. The store manager Tracey Watson was helpful but didn’t assist with the additional delivery fees due to their inability to get the products and quite honestly didn’t follow through on the status of the outstanding items unless i emailed the store to follow up.We continue to wait on one ottoman that we cannot return as it was special ordered. It’s not super special it’s their stocked fabric in a round instead of a rectangle.The staff at this location were insolent, rude, slow to communicate, if at all, and simply disrespectful on their handling of the large order and the many delays. Sales associates in person blamed the pandemic.We ordered in the meantime 4 kitchen counter stools from Frontgate online and had them delivered to our door in 8 working days for the same price for high end leather stools.I’d not recommend this store at all due to poor customer service, poor sales people and overall poor management. If i could give zero stars for the frustration i would.I’ve never spent so much on furniture to be treated so poorly by sales associates and management.Do not expect much if ordering or buying goods from this location.

Increased my review to two stars as the issue was finally resolved but took 6 months! Original story was: Chair needs service. Two Em contacts on website with no response. Two telephone messages with no response. Finally one call was answered and was told to contact Concierge. Did so last week. No response. What good is a company that doesnt stand behind what they sell!!Update! Social responded and I gave them the information they said they would get back to me, never did! Concierge finally called back and said they would give me the names of two technicians in my area. One said they are not in my area, and another said they cant fix it! Still looking at a chair barely 3 years old that need repair and store cant/wont help. Will keep everyone posted so they can make good buying decisions.UPDATE! It has been three months now, I have gotten four different conflicting stories. 10 phone calls, 12 emails and no fix! Cant return E mails because the box is full! Spent a lot of money on two chairs and one has a manufacturing defect and I cant get it fixed. Cant get calls or emails returned and when I do speak to someone, I get a different story. I am telling 100% truth and now with over 500 views, the word is out. Will be filing a complaint withe the BBB next week, and if needed will take them to small claims. The BBB complaint got the job done! Parts arrived.

We drove here from an hour away because we found a table online we really liked that they had on display. They had some really nice pieces but customer service was horrific. We walked around for 20 minutes looking to purchase a dining room table and chairs while the entire staff just looked at us and said nothing. It was kind of like they were assuming we had no money. We will never go back.
Terrible sales women BUYER BEWARE! Came in around closing when we said we were just looking around to get a feel for the place she all but kicked us out of the store. We asked if a chair came in a barstool height she kept referring to the price as if we couldnt afford it and was very condescending. You will be much happier right next door at Norris furniture where we were treated with respect.
We had the pleasure to work with Arhaus on our newly purchased second home. The entire project was done by phone, text and email. The craftsmanship of product was exceptional. Laura, the Arhaus designer, is so talented with her attention to detail that she was able to take our small vision and turn it into a little slice of heaven!!!! Thank you Arhaus!
Received a warm welcome from Sales Associate Regina. She was informative when asked about specific items. We had no pressure to look around before making a final decision to purchase. The selections were unique and high quality. Excellent!
Whenever I thirst for organic Arhaus rules! The Naples store boasts the most imaginative store front (and floor) designers in town in my opinion. They put stories together like no other. Sometimes I walk the 2 floors just to see what they have created now! Love this store.

If I would have known the date that is quoted to me by #arhaus for my sectional to arrive was a complete lie I would have went with a more reliable company. I was told my sofa would be here beginning of sept. Called at the beginning of sept and was told sept 17 it would arrive to the Ohio warehouse. I called again today to verify and I was told oct 8th. I was then told the dates they give are pretty much bogus. It’s extremely sad because this would be my first purchase from Arhaus. I was expecting to purchase a lot more furniture from this company. But after this as a first impression I cannot see myself spending another dime with this unreliable company. Complete disappointment. 👎
The Napels Arhaus store is gorgeous. Conveniently located on US41, it offers 2 floors of furniture, tons of options from the Arhaus collection. We worked with Regina and found her to be lovely, knowledgeable and gave us some great recommendations. She saved us more money than we thought wed save and has helped us throughout the process of getting our furniture and making order adjustments. Couldnt be happier with our purchases, her effort and Arhaus Naples.
Done with trying to buy anything at Arhaus. They are 12 to 17 weeks plus for delivery of any furniture, and when pushed that is just a guess as delivery is likely longer. Not sure how a furniture store that can not supply furniture in a reasonable time can remain in business. They blame Covid however I had this issue with them 2 years ago on a sofa I purchased. Sometimes it is just poor management not anything else!

Wanted to order some furniture with my daughter. Her regular sales person was not in, so we asked another lady to help us. She was one of the most negative sales associates I’ve ever dealt with. She didn’t want to deal with us and split the commission with the original associate and her attitude was down right rude. We placed the order anyway. And, low-and-behold one item wasn’t even available until JANUARY (this was October). She made no effort to tell us this (I found this out when I went online to show my husband a photo of the piece, so she clearly knew this). The other two items were supposedly in stock. To this day we have yet to see them.Oh, and YES my credit card was charged the full amount the next day!There are many good furniture stores here, and MANY good sales associates who are caring and helpful.I won’t step into Arhaus ever again.

Delivery dates are not as they appear. Apparently delivery dates are when product is shipped to the warehouse. They need to update all website orders to reflect this. I ordered a couch on Jan 31 and was just told it will arrive in my house on March 15. That is NOT 4 weeks as advertised prominently on the website below the couch. Customer service WILL not help you as they give themselves wiggle room with a ship to warehouse stage as my couch has to make a few stops. Worse I was transferred to multiple agents who had to Contact their boss with no boss having autonomy to help. For example not one boss would give a 10% coupon for the aggravation and time when suggested they do something.
