They did an absolutely amazing job. What Im really impressed about is they told me that my order will be done within 10 business days and it only took them 4 business days to complete. Because they were so awesome and AA+ quality... I had to place two more orders for Thanksgiving and Christmas. I highly recommend them for your next shirt embroidery for all my employees and family needs.

HORRIBLE! I brought in 2 newborn white sleepers to be monogrammed. I carried them in the mall in their protective cover. First I was rudely told “take it out of the plastic”. Then I was informed I had 4 choices. “Which one?” She asked. When I politely inquired about the color of thread (I wanted light blue to match the trim on the baby sleepers) I was told I had 1 choice. When I asked about pricing, was told $45. OK. $45 for non customized embroidery in a color that does not match. I politely asked if I could think about it - these are gifts for my two baby grandsons due in a few weeks. The woman then responded “If you can’t make your mind up now, you never will. Don’t come back.” No worries! I won’t come back - EVER!!! There are multiple embroidery places in Naples where you can get the service you desire done in a friendly, respect manner. This was inexcusable!

Horrible people I brought 30 t-shirts to them and made a deal with them at $6.00 per shirts because I would be a repeat customer and they backed out of the deal I definitely would not use those liars they are con-artist

Two years ago we received relatively good service, however, in March 2019, we received absolutely no service at all for embroidery on scrubs for myself and staff, they took our money for the deposit and never followed up after two phone calls, it was obvious that attitudes had changed as well.....DO NOT recommend
