The creating was fast and easy and the shipping was quick. There was a little confusion on the thickness of the shirt and what I actually received, but Im happy with it. They did a good enough job, but I would be tempted to go with another company if the price was similar. Just to see if they can do better.

Everyone was super nice, graphic artist made several small changes that I didnt like in the artwork to make it just the I liked and did them VERY QUICKLY!! All questions were answered and resolved quickly and shirts were printed and shipped early!!! I could not be happier with a printing company!!!

Developed artwork from a photo that looked fantastic. The quality of the tee shirts was also very good. Only small drawback was I was short-shipped one shirt out of 48 ordered, but was quickly issued a credit to compensate. Highly recommend.

After placing the first order, the company contacted me with concerns over some of the color/text choices. They were exactly right and I was so glad they brought it to my attention before filling the order. The products we ordered looked and fit great and have held up well. I have been ordering t-shirts from this company for about six years now. I love their selection of colors & they are ALWAYS willing to give suggestions about how something might look better etc.... They are nice shirts. And I used this company for 2 years. In the past, I have spent more money to support local businesses. This business I will never support again. They messed up an order of mine which I just let it go. I wanted 1 shirt out of the 6 done correctly and compted. This was a huge deal to them. I was only asking for 1 shirt, not all 6. I have spent $26 on shirts that I can get thr same exact shirt online for $18. So much for customer satisfaction and loyalty. Its sad that Brick and Mortars are loosing to online, but for this company.....sorry not sorry.Response to owners response: I do not think its asking too much to replace 1 shirt at no cost when 6 were not the right shirts for the order. 1 shirt to loose a customer for 2 years? A shirt that was paid for and not done correctly. Kelly messed up the order. I did not even ask to replace all 6. Thats pretty easy going. Again, supporting local business was not the right decision for Naples Top Dogs. We will order online, same shirts, for less money. I do not understand as a business owner myself, the choices. Good luck! Its a shame...
