If you are not aware, you should be that you have an outstanding employee in your midst.Her name is Cheryl, her title is quite high at store 4354 in Naples, Fl.She is an unsung hero. She has a passion for her job, career and is a terrific leader.Employees who work there constantly lean on her for every little thing because she cares.On top of that is her job but she is pulled in so many directions, it is hard to stay onone task when you are literally putting out fires.I chose to work there for a couple of reasons. Cheryl being number one. I initially did notpass the test but after speaking to Cheryl, I tried again, mos later. I passed.Please dont forget that those employees that go the extra mile, that lead by example,still have a passion to cultivate and help their company grow and flourish, fair mindedyet empathetic to others.... I could go on. Dont burn this one out and I would be really icingon the cake if you would tell Cheryl and others like her, Youre doing a great job.I sent this from my heart and my logical mind, I hope you use both of yours. Yesterday, no white American cheese, plenty of Yellow, if you like Yellow? No Cucumbers, no Eggland doz of Eggs, oranges that were left over, from God knows when, were all beginning to, or were already rotting. This store always has items completely missing from shelfs.Two weeks in a row, at one time is was distilled water. And there no storms, etc, in site. This store needs more registers open, at all times. Seems like everyone goes to lunch at the same time !Forcing everyone to use self checkout. I bring my own reusable bags, and pack items myself at a register. And that doesnt seem to be enough for these multi billionaires! Store is run very very poorly! So there you have my feedback. Now lets see if you will act on it !

I bought these carrots a couple days ago they seem to have a white fungus like residue growing on them as they smell putrid. I brought this issue to the stores attention however Im having an issue getting compensated. Update: compensated just have to have your receipt and take a picture.

Doesnt have everything a regular full size grocery store does, but it is still good for most things! Most of the shelves always seem to be fully stocked and the store is always clean when I go in.

Great spot for quick in and out shopping trip. Store layout is a bit confusing but overall a good place.

All aisles were clearly marked and all shelves were neat and organized. Floor associates were very accommodating and actually walked me to find the products I was looking for.

So dirty and employees on the auto-check-out are so rude. Its worth spending a dollar more to go to publix or target across the street.

Aisles clean and tidy. Shelves stocked neatly. Fruits and vegetables fresh and well presented. Huge improvement from not long ago. A very pleasant and fruitful shopping experience.

It was kind of like every other Walmart supermarket. Clean, friendly service people, product is filled on the shelves, and pricing is wonderful.

My expectations are already generally low about Walmart due to recent experiences, however tonight takes the cake. The “manager” on duty on this lovely night happened to be (William) what a gem. I could honestly name 200 people more qualified than this very UNSTABLE man. I simply purchased Lysol for my business, no issues with the cashier whom rang up my items with a smile. Next enters manager William with a chip on his shoulder to publicly belittle and attempt to humiliate me for my purchase. I was told I’m inconsiderate and called nasty names for my purchase. Had there been a sign about quantity I would totally understand. Keep in mind there was countless units left on shelves in which I could use at my business to keep my members safe. As stated above my expectations are generally low for this specific Walmart, however with the current rate of unemployment. 9,750,000 currently in the state of Florida. It is mind boggling there is not a better choice for a manager to represent such a large corporation. I’m still boiling, I will not give another penny to this corporation. This man should be pushing a mop around the store without any authority to communicate with paying customers. Best of luck, hopefully this man receives the training he desperately needs.

Not a lot of product...might as well go across the street to Publix. And be careful in the parking lot: 2 employees were out there talking behind my car. They saw me get in my car. I proceeded to back up to leave and the guy employee got hasty and started banging on my car. I yelled out that its not a good place to stand behind peoples car, and he responded with a rude remark.. Needless to say I probably will not be going back there.

Walmart should train the employees better. Workers dont know were the item are if you ask workers at the store for any product they answer is I AM NEW AND I DO NOT WERE THEY ARE.

The pharmacy went out of their way to fill several scripts because I had to give my husband meds that evening. They also gave me the best discount on the price. Very conscientious and caring. They really aim to please. Pat

What i love about this place is theres plenty of parking and the food is a lot cheaper than the supermarket around there. The store is clean and the staff are helpful. Its a neighborhood supermarket so dont expect to buy clothes and other merchandises the other walmart sells so dont knock STARS on their ratings.....

Always a savings on groceries. Little nervous about crowds in the store and parking lot but you just wear your mask and deal 😉 We use the pharmacy there too - you couldnt meet a nice staff.

I went to the pharmacy there because it was the only place in town that had my medicine. They have a large inventory and a friendly, helpful staff. The process was a lot quicker than I anticipated as this was my first time there. Thanks for doing a great job.

Left Total Wine&More store to go to Wal-Mart and went from good service to poor uncaring people. Why go to Wal-Mart?? I will go to other grocery stores and pay more money and get better service.

Kind of amazing the amount of Great Value products they dont have. Walmart in Florida doesnt compare to the ones in Michigan. The product selection is not that good.

Clean, polite but a smaller Walmart.

With the virus going around these days. This walmart actually cleans to make sure everything is sanitized. They have employees outside wiping down every cart. They employees at the check out lanes wiping down after every use. They have hand sanitizer out on the sales floor for customers to use. This is the only walmart I shop at right now because they are doing their job right. They are protecting themselves and the customers. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

Super place to buy things cheap! I buy my meat at P but for other things I might stop here if Im in the area. Very nice employees especially Betty

This Neighborhood Wal-Mart is the best thing to happen to North Fort Myers in quite a while. It sits nestled off the road to keep the cars coming out of the parking lot from having to run full steam into traffic to get out. Also, the people who fill your bags at the register are very friendly and its a nice distraction after a long day of hard work.THE NICEST THING about this Wal-Mart is that the caliber of people who shop at this location are a far cry from those who shop at the one further down the street at Pine Island and 41. Its a joke the sheer number of people that they drag out of there for shoplifting!! The police are constantly parked right out in front of the entrance and it just gets you ready for the melee you are about to enter. Of youve been there you know what Im talking about and may I be so bold as to suggest taking the extra 2 minutes that it takes to get from that store to the Neighborhood Marketplace. North Fort Myers shining diamond!!

Things could be more organized.

Chronic lack of staff, poorly stocked shelves with dozens of items fallen behind the shelf left to rot. Management keeps it understaffed to save money. The workers should unionize and demand better hours, wages, and conditions.

Always seem to be out of something and i end up going to Publix anyway. Shelves never seem stocked. Hit or miss going here.

The assistant working the self checkout line (I forget the name but this was at 4:30pm Sunday July 7th; it was a Hispanic female) was totally incompetent and rude when my girlfriend and I accidentally scanned an item twice and needed it removed. She insisted we could keep scanning despite the fact we repeatedly told her this was for an item that wasnt alcoholic. We also had wine which we had scanned beforehand, and Ive never had an attendant demand we keep scanning our items instead of immediately entering their information to approve the sale. She then demanded to see both of our IDs for the wine which Ive never had done at another neighborhood market. The rest of the shopping experience was decent but this one interaction ruined the whole trip for us.

I hope go here about six times a year. Lotta times I go there because I have a certain brand of pants I need. Otherwise it’s always fun to go and see all different varieties of people

Shout out to the pharmacy folks. All of them are special but Aletha and Alex have rocked it out for more than 2 years for me. Shame on me for waiting so long to post this. They earn EVERY penny on their paychecks. Thank from a very happy customer.

Affordable and the staff are pretty friendly, but the store is not well-maintained. It can be dirty, especially on weekends. I still continue to shop there for the prices though.

This grocery store is good for quick trips without having to endure all the crowds in the larger super stores.

Lots of stuff in for the holidays. Got the supplies I needed. Good prices for meats. Good prices on soups and other spices for baking and cooking. So good sales on lots of snacks for the holidays too. Plenty of pies too choose from such as Apple, cherry, and apple/cinn, pumpkin, and mix of classic or crumble tops. Chocolate logs, choc rolls, My fav are the Pannetone in Traditional and Choc!!!So many people are shopping for holidays but not too crowded!Easy to check out with more of the Self-Checkout lanes.

Its great that its just a grocery store and pharmacy. It seems to be run very well and well stock!

I would not recommend this Walmart to anyone. There is black mold above produce, when it rains there is buckets placed all over the store, the ladies bathroom is always a mess as if it hasnt been cleaned in days. Trying to find someone who understands English is also hard. The black people just stare at you when you ask where a product is. Trying to get front end help was a nightmare due to everyone just standing around and talking. By far the worst Walmart ive been into in a while.

Stopped by on a Saturday for the first time. I expected it to be insanely busy. There werent many customers. The store was clean and well stocked. The shopping experience here was much more pleasant than at the regular Walmart. Great selection of products at Wal-Mart prices!

This place is mainly for food.. it’s no super Walmart but it has what you need. They have his gluten free cauliflower pizza that is amazing. Produce selection is good but stuff for the house you won’t find. Kitchen towels? Forgetta about it. Go somewhere else. This place is good for food and if you hate to check out by yourself this might not be the location for you. I don’t mind doing it but if you do. Don’t go there. Cashiers are limited and they take their time.
