I have bought and had finished thousands of dollars of canvas, threads, purses, over 5 years. My take is if you disagree with the owner how something comes out it isn’t a discussion but a condescending speech.After not being in the store for 2 years I went back and tried to have 2 more pieces finished. I was told she wouldn’t accept my pieces.What a great business owner

Was helped by two different ladies both thoughtful and a good eye for color.

Looks like they have plenty of needlepoint floss but by “yarn” they don’t mean for knitting. After seeing this result in my search for “yarn stores by me” I was disappointed to find they did not have what, as a knitter, I call yarn. And there are no prices on anything. They have to look it up for you... not my idea shopping. I was greeted though, and the staff seemed helpful enough.

They have an immense selection of handpainted beautiful canvases and a huge selection of different yarns! They also have needlepoint trunk shows, and needlepoint classes.

Excellent. A joy to behold for anyone doing needlepoint. Super wide variety of canvasses and separate rooms full of a multitude of yarns, colors and types to boggle ones mind. Always helpful staff who know their materials and market.

Very pleasant but hire people with no experience. Bought a needlepoint with yarn. Didn’t think it was enough, but advised it would be more than enough. After three weeks, had to return for more. Returned to Italy, and again have run out of yarn. Staff not experienced

This is one of the most complete needlepoint stores anywhere! The staff is friendly, helpful, and so knowledgeable. They cater to the novice or very advanced stitcher!!!
