I ordered grocery pickup for the first time. Best experience ever. NEENEE made it so easy. Im not able to speak well...She was patient and kind. !! Even tho she was so busy. Im grateful to you walmart for hiring her! She deserves 10 stars.. not 5. Thank you neenee. Youre AMAZING! ❤❤

My fav supermarket, good price

I shop here regularly and a couple months ago I left my purse in the cart in the parking lot! The manager and John kept it safe in the office for me and I couldnt be more appreciative! Its well-managed, and always someone to help. If you are shopping for paint, go in the daytime, cuz its sort of a specialty and not everyone has been taught to work that department. Very clean and organized.

Lacks effective inventory control practices (many items out of stock), poorly trained employees (cant or wont assist you), inaccurate prices upon checkout vs. pricing displayed on shelves, amongst other issues at this store and the one at Juliet Blvd in North Naples, FL. Its getting more difficult to accept the incompetent practices and the lack of effective customer service at this outfit, tired of having to put up with lack of improvement!

Small and quaint but didnt have everything I was looking for. The customer service rep was very nice but it was just too small for my needs

Do not try and get propane tank swap here. They never have someone that can help swap tanks. The people at customer service say they will help you at the garden center but that person cant do exchanges. Not to mention you have to do all the work yourself running back and forth to enter aces to get the tanks because the person isn’t able bodied to pick/move tanks. Just sad this has happened 3 times now.

Pretty much a good store, a little hard to find things. But for the most part has what you need. Good prices as well. 🤗

Just a regular Walmart super center. I was just going to get to the pharmacy but didnt see it initially and had to ask where it was. After I found it, I was surprised I didnt see it initially and had to ask. The woman at the pharmacy was also very helpful to me. Everybody I ran into there was very nice.

Order was out to me within 3 mins! Everything was in stock & correct

They have what you need, but you are the new cashier. It does seem faster though if you have someone with you to bag.

Horrible disgusting experience, Eva the woman who rung me up was extremely disrespectful made up policies that I couldnt buy alcohol because i was with my child. Nina the manager did nothing. Ive never dealt with this at a walmart ever. I will never go back.

Walmart is a great chain of stores. The only problem I have with the ones located near me is trying to get a customer service person who speaks English and can help you find something in the store. Its very frustrating. If I can find what Im looking for at a small local store, and even if I have to pay a little more, I prefer customer service over price sometimes.

Served me shrimp that was raw. Like not even cooked raw. Tossed the whole meal in the trash. 40 bucks gone. Shrimp was poor quality and reaked like fish. I had to toss back some tequila just to kill anything living on the shrimp.

They often dont have what I am looking for, when other Wallmarts have had better product selection. Great staff though!

Terrible- half of the refrigerated showcases were empty. No reason given for the lack of merchandise . I left in disgust with only a fourth of what I came for. Too bad because I usually prefer this Walmart to the one on Juliet Blvd.

I go to check out and there is only 1 cashier. The farthest location from the door. I counted 15 people waiting to check out. As everyone became aggravated waiting their turn an employee walked passed and someone in line asked if we could get another cashier and he shook his head no and kept walking. I then spoke up and said can u call the manager. He never turned around. One woman so disgusted went and got a woman that was by self checkout. As she walked toward the line we were waving at her to come over. She STROLLED over and when asked if she could cashier she said no! So I spoke up and asked her to get a manager. With her back turned to the line said “ I am the manager” then I question why she couldn’t run a register and as she walked (her back to us) she said “ I’m on break”. We were all furious by this time. A couple left their cart and said we r leaving and they can empty our cart. Then a younger gentleman walked by and we asked him if he could cashier and he said no but that he was sorry and would call a bagger. We told him the manager said she was on break and walked away and he said he was also a manager and that they were very short of help. BUT never offered to cashier. Now the line was getting smaller as people were angry and the cashier was trying to do her best to keep the line moving. Over the loud speaker baggers were called and not ONE of them came to our checkout. They all went to self checkout. It was ridiculous! My guess is, I was in line for 10 to 15 minutes. You have film running u should check it. Lots of people would prefer to be checked out by a cashier instead of self check. Try saving money in another way. It’s bad public relations when u leave a store without speaking to an employee. Your taking the personal touch out of the fun of shopping. I hope everyone in line contacts you. We ALL talked about it! It was the worst experience at this Walmart I have ever had. Walmart location us 41 and Immokalee. Naples Florida.Thank you for reading this. Jo Ann Mc Coy.

In terms of being a supermarket, they really DID have it all, we could found everything we needed to so that’s a plus.We did the auto register thing so we didn’t have the chance to interact that much with staff, still we asked an employee for something and she was really helpful and took the time to explain us a bit.Very clean, space-y, and yeah... good. I’ll come by again for sure

It was my first time at this Walmart and it was a horrible experience. The produce was all old the potatoes were rotten and was smelly as hell. I did find some edible yellow squash and zucchini then I couldnt find any bags to put them in all the bag stations were empty. One registered open. If I wanted to self check out I expect to get paid. The shelves were empty did I pick a bad day to come there? Thank God all these opens on August 12th on Bonita Beach road yay!

This walmart is nice and clean and the staff is very friendly. There clearance section is nice and clean.there automobile section is really friendly and the only thing is the electronics section need more then one person.

I was in the self checkout and I used coupons and the one that was there that day because I didnt even know how to do her job I was going to cancel all my purchase but I called customer service and approved my coupons that were correct but it took a long time in the store so I give it that day that rate

UPDATE: 12/24/2020: Just wanted to add that after this review was posted, I thought I would try again with pick up service this past week and it arrived to my car about a minute after I pulled into the parking lot! (Maybe the previous review helped?!)Pick up service needs to be better streamlined. Notified that order was ready but waited over 45 minutes (after checking in AND calling to indicate arrival). No Pickup parking available. Only one vehicle (out of nine waiting) received their items in a 40 minute time frame. It appeared only one person was working to deliver items to cars.

One line open.. express checkout.. could have opened a lane or two like Walgreens when you see more than 3 people in line. Theres gotta be an alternative for people who dont have the patience or just flat out dont for some reason want to check themselves out, AKA the open registers that used to exist.

Extremely Unprofessional. I was a victim of a crime two months ago I was shot in the chest and in critical condition. However I was denied my medication because of George the pharmacist who referred to Google to refer to information while conversing with my self.. I had to go to the E.R because of my pain and nerve damage . This is Unprofessional, unprecedented, and unacceptable that I had to go to the E.R to get the attention I needed even though it was prescribed by a doctor. Nothing is being done either . Worst experience Ive had ever. I didnt ask to be shot I was a victim of a crime. Thank you have a wonderful day.

Over a year ago I stopped coming inside walmart: loud obnoxious music, dirty, shelve a a mess. Today, I had no choice but to go back. Surprise, it is very clean, wide aisles, shelves stock, english speaking for help, no loud music. Nice job WM.

Pretty bad experience here. Just about everyone was nice, except for electronics. No employees wearing a mask and they refused to unlock a case because “no managers will come.”

Organization is key in any business. I should not find items shoved and scattered on shelves. And why am I forced to utilize self check out? I dont work here and expect an employee to ring everything up.

I only gave it one star because it made me in order to write down how disappointed I am in that store every time I walk in there. They should just close it down and tell everybody it would be better just to order online. Because they rarely have what you want when you go in there. Most everything is getting to the point you can only get it online.The only thing that stores really good for is returning items picking up some snacks and maybe you might be able to find some decent clothes to tide you over until you get to a REAL STORE 🏪. For 10 years theyve said they were going to make that into a superstore. I see that they are trying to fix things up... But they really need more cashiers. The self checkout is ridiculously long and usually only 1-2 regular cashiers open. Its why I do not try and shop here unless it is completely necessary.Also, because of this shortage of employees, the people working...managers, cashiers and floor employees just seem so unhappy. Its sad really.

I live closer to the Walmart at State routes 951 and 41 but this Walmart on 951 is the only place that carries Arbor Mist white zinfandel Strawberry Wine

Walmart really has high quality fruit, not a great varity of greens, really fresh eggs and most of their branded items as good as brand. Has been less crowded than other food stores during pandemic and self check out safe.

I like Walmart because they keep prices in check as compared to other places. The grocery offerings are great and the produce looked very nice (we didnt buy any). This is a nice store but a bit messy (this the lower score). The only beef I really have with this store is the parking lot. I am not sure who designed it but not the greatest design.
