I called Yankle Candle prior to coming in store about a damaged vase. I was told they will be able to provide me with a brand new one if I come in store. However, they did not inform me to bring the broken vase to show valid proof of the damage product. But luckily I did bring a photo as proof. I spoke with the Manager in store and I must say the customer service wasn’t great. She didn’t offer to help me find another solution like searching up my file. So I will not be shopping with yankle candle anymore.
