Service fine.Product, horrible. I have blisters and rubbed off skin from just walking.The souls are so thin, brand new, that my old worn out shoes are more protective than these walking shoes. First time I wore them I had pain from the thinness of the souls. It was like walking in cheap sandals.65 bucks gone on garbage and because of the return policy Im just out of luck.DO NOT BUY HERE😠🤬🤯🤕

Reminds me of Payless but this place has more upscale shoes and sneakers. I almost struck out but I did find sneakers in wide width! Thank you Rack Room Shoes! They had a sale and I got Asics for work and great pair of Merrills for being out in the world. Even though Wolverine World Wide sent most of their production overseas, I still support the Wolverines. Many memories of the tannery in Rockford MI.

Very sweet girl up front helped us on our visit. It was tax-free weekend, but she didnt seem flustered at all the crazy children screaming everywhere. She even checked the tongue of my shoes and found the one out of a pair was the wrong size! Another associate went and got us the right one, and although the register went down as we got there, she gave us a speedy checkout. Saved us a possibly annoying trip back to the mall to exchange a wrong shoe. Thanks, girlie~

They have a BOGO deal that really isnt really much of a deal and most shoes are outdated

This is a help yourself type shoe store similar to DSW but much smaller. Many but not all items are at very good prices. We have purchased shoes there a few times.
