We want to thank Joe in the meat department for preparing our beef tenderloin for us. This is the second time I have gone to him and requested a five pound tenderloin. He trims it, grinds the extra for burgers and it has turned out perfect both times! He is so friendly, always asks what else he can help us with and we want to thank him for his excellent work and taking pride in what he does! Great job Joe!

This is the rudest Publix Ive ever been to. Obviously the talk the manager had with the deli department did not help. Everyone at the deli department has attitude. They hate stopping what they are doing to make sandwiches. I ordered a whole Italian sub yesterday so I can eat it over a 2 day period. I had to fight with the guy to give me 2 little containers of sub sauce. He gave me such a hard time. He barely put any in the 1st container so I asked for a second one for the next day when I eat the other half of the sub. The cashiers are more concerned playing with their phones. This store is a joke. Ive never been to a Publix like this.

Wow, what a VERY rude store manager. HERBert completely brushed me off and prevented customers from receiving items.Every other associate was and is professional here at Neopolitan way, my FORMER favorite publix. Quite a team effort shopping today, but one rotten egg (HERB EDDY) stinks up the place for everyone.Until this manager has been removed or demoted we will not shop here.The store has processed Business credit manually here at neopolitan way, Naples Plaza, Naples Berkshire, and Kings lake.Herb is unworthy of his position, lounging in the cooler, or bantering as an entitled frat boy. The two second interaction was not at my store the direct quote... he must, unfortunately, be quite cozy with the owner(probably an Alumni thing).

I live right around the corner from this Publix and my family and I go frequently. When trying to buy alcohol this evening my friend and I were turned down with valid identification by the manager (Ken). I’ve never witnessed such childhood behavior from a manager. I will never go to any Publix again and will see to it that noone else has this experience.

Google search indicates this is a liquor store. It is not. Beer and wine ONLY

Just a block away from Park Shore resort. Great place to buy groceries at affordable price. Food from deli is fresh and of a good quality. Service is friendly. Store is clean and very well kept. Right off US 41 highway.

I love Publix and I love Publix Deli potato wedges. I can get consistently good potato wedges from any Publix location I go to, EXCEPT this one. The only thing the Neapolitan Way Publix is consistent at is making garbage potato wedges. They are always under-cooked and soggy and you can tell they have been sitting out for a really long time. The solution is very simple, just cook fresh potato wedges until they are crispy and do it a couple more times every day. Its not like potatoes are expensive, its a small cost to improve customer satisfaction.

Great grocery store if you don’t mind the prices. The fruits and vegetables are really fresh and their deli has great customer service. The staff is friendly and very helpful. The place is clean, neat and really well maintained. And to top it all off, the restrooms are clean and nice. I would highly recommend ordering their custom sandwiches from the deli since they make extremely well sandwiches.

I live within a stones throw of another Publix but travel to this one instead. This store is always well stocked and has a much better selection than the one by me. The staff at this location is also always available to bag my groceries and escort me to my car which is something Ive come to expect from Publix. However, thats not the case at the location by my house. This location is great!!

I stopped here to get a fruit platter and dessert.I have been to Publix since I was little.It is still a great store.It has everything you need for food shopping.The parking lot was easy to find and to park.The lines moved fast, also I was on the express lane.The fruit was fresh.The pie was great.I would go back.

Store is clean. Employees are friendly. Boars Head at the deli. Bakery is okay. They have a continual problem with produce, especially in the summer. Melons are mushy inside. Watch berries for mold. Produce that looks good lasts only a fraction of the time as compared to produce bought at a different grocery store. I no longer buy produce at this Publix.

Me and my father went there to pick up two clorine tablets, but they ended up not having them. We first asked the manager, and she told us they were in aisle 8. (They werent) We then asked a cashier who has been working there forever, and she said theyve never carried them. Thanks for the honesty Ms. Lynne. My dad ended up getting a four pack of wine, and I got a cookie. The cookie was better then it usually is, but it took a little while to get one of the bakers attention. (Thats how it usually is.) Overall the manager should know what they have, and thank goodness Ms. Lynne was there.

Alina from the bakery at Neapolitan Publix went far above and beyond for our family.Our daughter was having an ice skating party at Germain Arena. We were hoping for sometype of ice-skating theme cake. Aline called our home to let us know there were no itemsin her inventory that would work in regards to the ice-skating idea. We let her know we wouldbe fine just using very lt. blue frosting and writing happy birthday X .We arrived to pick up the big b-day cake- and it was the most lovely, hand-designed lg. whiteice skate w/ silver laces, and detailed w/ gorgeous white detailing. The ultimate little girl b-daydream cake.

This store has so many displays in the main perimeter isles that shopping is anything other than a pleasure. If a person is shopping the dairy case and they are in front of a display you cant get through. Now two customers are aggravated. The one that cant get through and the other gets frustrated because they know theyre holding up the traffic flow and feels rushed. IM DONE WITH PUBLIX! High prices and frustrating shopping experience.

This store is small and because of that the inventory is limited. If you can, I recommend driving down to the Naples Plaza or the Pelican Bay stores.

Everyone knows Publix so I will just comment on this one. Typical layout in a strip mall setting. Parking is a nightmare most of the time. It is the closest Publix for a lot of people that live between 41 and the Gulf so it is very busy. That said, they have the great selection of items and BOGO specials. Because of the crowds and poor parking we usually go to another Publix.

I love my neighborhood Publix. I like that it is not huge, I am able to do my shopping in less time because I dont have to trek a half mile across the store to get everything I need. Prices are good and the staff is friendly!

Light and lively atmosphere, good food. We enjoyed Quinoa bowl, fish tacos, steak tacos and chicken dinner. Everyone enjoyed their dish, though my Quinoa bowl was covered in too much sauce that really took from the flavor of the veggies and steak. Service was superb and our waiter was very knowledgeable. This is not a daily or weekly fare for me, but nice for a visit.

Over all, shopping at Publix has been very good. There are times when I want an item they dont carry or are out of. Just have to substitute.

The store is nice and small but the deli has the slowest people working there it took me 20 min just to get a sub at the deli. The front service is nice anf fast. And customer service is excellent.

Deli definitely needs improvements. ordered a chicken tender sub with hot wing sauce and ranch and they did not cut chicken in pieces and did not use a zip bag to mix ingredients. when ask to please do so, I was told they never done that. all other publix mix ingredients like that but seems like this deli they do what ever they want and not what customer wants.DELI SERVICE SUCKS in this publix plain and simple.

Very disappointed four packages....16 cans of Red Bull included with my delivery order.....was not on order but I was charged for them.....do not have any use for them. Expensive.....no help from Publix...

Are use Western Union a lot there but there’s always one girl that works there that tells me Western Union is down and she don’t even go over to the computer the logon but this is the third time she’s done it in three weeks I was there two hours ago and sent money to my mother and my wife went there to send money to her son and tells her the same thing western unit is out of order and it’s always the same Person that tells us that I don’t know what her problem is any other time no issues

Poor poor service in the delivery sandwich build station. PRE-ORDERED online for pick up at 2pm and subs were NOT ready and didnt get them until 225pm. What the heck was the use of pre-ordering when the food is not even going to be ready .....tell me?! Plus you made me late for work 25 minutes!!! Thanks Publix.
